Hotels in Neu-Isenburg

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

The moment i stepped foot inside the Hotel i knew i won’t regret my stay. Incredible nice staff, always we’re trying to find a solution instead of excuses. After sleeping in the bed with the amazing bedsheet i couldn’t go back to my normal bedsheets and had to buy high quality and high thread count bedsheets. Hotel smells nice, Pool is pretty My stay was very pleasant.

Nice hotel, the location is 15 min drive from Frankfurt city center, it's nice and quite. The lobby has a cozy vibe to it. I Highly recommended it for quite place next to the city, having a private car is highly recommended to have as well.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. The Hotel management excused in writing for the behaviour and the issues we literally had. It is important to let the management know what they should be doing better so they can improve as well. Really nice hotel.. located 15 minutes from Frankfurt city centre.. stayed for 2 night.. nice & clean rooms.. fantastic breakfast.. to be improved bar service and attitude by some of the staff.. parking available..

I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

The hotel is close to a mall and food places. The room is spacious a d has separated áreas. The breakfast was an amazing buffet. Will Definitely come back

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. I'm giving 3 stars because the shuttle advertising on Expedia was misleading - there is NO shuttle to the airport. You'll have to pay for a taxi or Uber.

Hotel was well located for where I wanted to be. Shower heater kept tripping which meant hot water kept disappearing. Bar staff were very slow and inattentive.

Large room with balcony, super friendly staff who went out of their way to make my dog happy, too. Nice dog walking close by.

This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI. I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight. The restaurant was not open in the evening. Bar area is very small. I had an excellent red wine on my drink voucher. Parking available under the hotel at €14 a day. The airport is about 20 mins away, no shuttle. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.

Nice place. Room are quite nice and clean. Bathroom is getting old and you can water on floor after shower but it's really ok. Service and people at the bar are very eager to help and it is appreciated. The food was not top. I would recommend to go outside for diner. I recommend anyway.

Perfect hotel for business travellers , nueisnberg - total 30 mins away from Messe frankfurt

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Hotel rooms are good but I entered late around 10pm and nobody was there. I was really tired and I spent 15min and my luck someone came and told me that there is bell where you need to talk to someone who will give you code and that will give me room key.. it should have been communicated earlier to avoid inconvenience.

Easy walk (22 min w/sidewalks) to the S3 train to/from Frankfurt standard business hotel. Euro size rooms. Nice breakfast with good variety and the staff cares about it's presentation. Used it for moderate cost hotel room during the major "light and building" trade show at Frankfurt Messe.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from Frankfurt airport and is spread over three floors. The rooms are functional more than luxurious. Rooms on the second floor are in need of refurbishment and feel dated. As this is a business hotel, I was satisfied with the free WiFi. The Hotel is quite a bit outside of Neu Isenburg, avoid it when you're planning to spend time in Neu Isenberg and don't have a car available. The rooms are functional but not luxurious ave they surely don't seem modern. The breakfast is good and the service is very good.

Pretty close to the airport, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is excellent. Theyr wi-fi is really really slow.

For 1-2 Nights or a Seminar ok, however, the Hotel is located in a commercial area. Within walking distance, nothing meaningful is achievable. To Neu Isenburg City 5 minutes by car. Aircraft noise is excluded by the proximity to the Airport. Rooms are functionally furnished.

It's just clean, nothing else.

Amazing hotel for our short stay in Neu-Isenburg, visiting friend who lives nearby and then travelling further down Germany to see my Mum. Hello hello, this hotel is a 10 minute uber or 30 minute bus away from Frankfurt Airport. It's located near a rewe and.. Not much else. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space. I would have liked a fridge or something but it's not important. The big issue I have with the Inn is the fact they charge 20 euros a day for a limited basic breakfast. Stayed here for the EURO 24. Rooms were much nicer than expected, the staff is kind and welcoming and the beds were good. A little far from the citer centre, and the bus doesn't go there directly. Also outside Electric scooter zones etc., so had to use Bolt/Uber to get back and forth. Reception wasn't always manned, but info regarding door lock was provided.

Mr Ved the hotel manager was amazing who was always available and helpful with any problem. The room was quite good for the price. The location was most practical since the bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel entrance with a supermarket just next door with several cheap eateries.

A very nice hotel! The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast decent and plentiful. A street party was going on when we arrived so couldn't make use of the car parking provided by tge hotel but the streets all around were opened up and thus parking wasn't a problem.

A mediocre hotel located relatively close to Frankfurt Airport. The rooms are not in the best condition and the breakfast is not the best however for a Airport Hotel it serves its purpose well for passengers who are stranded in Frankfurt.

It's what you'd expect from a Best Western hotel between a big city and an airport. We only stayed a single night after flight cancellations. Got out here for cancelled flight ( lots of people did). The staff was good but the place is very old, also arrived at 10pm and there was no where to get food. Nice rooms and overal hotel facilities. Liked good parking with a lot of places. Breakfast was OK, but I remember times when it was much better.

Recently renovated, it’s comfortable and conveniently located in the center of Neu Isenburg and nearby the airport. My room was spacious. The bed is comfortable and this is essential for a good rest. I’m rating four stars and not five because I share other guests perspectives that the room must be equipped with a coffee machine or a kettle at least! I am a ALL member and I appreciate the free drink...

Best hotel in Neu Isenburg! Free parking for people that drive the car, you can get to the airport by train in 20 minutes and to Frankfurt by train in the same time. It's also very close to a fancy park in the woods to have a walk! Very clean rooms, big enough for two, and their pastry is good!

Excellent hotel close to the Frankfurt Airport, it fits well for conferences with a number of people not exceeding 15. The owner has also a chocolaterie with long tradition. Restaurant is very good and discrete. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped.

It is a very nice restaurant with delicious food and so many types of desserts. The cookies are delicious, you can eat them at the restaurant or take them away.

We had a triple room for a weekend and a very pleasant stay. The rooms are fine (clean and comfortable) and the hospitality of the owners makes for a warm atmosphere. We would choose the Hotel anytime again for a stay in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. The location is also very advantageous, since shops of daily needs on foot in 5 min. are reached, and the Frankfurt Hbf in 15 min. with the car

The Bathroom was not Cleaning up. The Breakfast and personal was ok.

Staff is really good. If you just need a place for a night, is the right place. No elevators! If you're coming with luggage, beware!!

The place is quiet, that's why I chose it. Room & shower/bathroom area is all new. Refurbished to high standard. Clean and comfortable. Good room and bathroom size. Bed was very comfortable. Lady at reception very helpful. I recommend this place. It's about 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in the evening and caught Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00/cash only).

Clean room, yummy food and incredible service from Michael! I felt very safe as there were 3 keys to get in. I will absolutely stay again! The only downside is you can hear everything from other rooms so I would recommend no kids.
