I booked a room for a family, husband, wife and a 10 year old child, at check-in they said 95€ each day and we will make you a room with a terrace and the 10 year old child will live for free and we will provide you with an extra bed. Gorgeous resort type pools, sauna and spa.  Clean room and very pleasant and professional Mrs Chrystal at the front desk.

The hotel is very large with a wonderful park and wellness area. It's a bit dated, but very good for a business trip.

A good choice for business travel. Although it is far from the city, it is relatively quiet and safe. Europe is too chaotic now. The entire floor of the Pullman in the city was pried open, so a resort hotel far away from the city center is still a good choice.

A mediocre hotel located relatively close to Frankfurt Airport. The rooms are not in the best condition and the breakfast is not the best however for a Airport Hotel it serves its purpose well for passengers who are stranded in Frankfurt.

It's what you'd expect from a Best Western hotel between a big city and an airport. We only stayed a single night after flight cancellations. Got out here for cancelled flight ( lots of people did). The staff was good but the place is very old, also arrived at 10pm and there was no where to get food. This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

Bit of an odd one. Not a usual HI. I had a room upgrade, and it was very good, but right outside was a hand car wash place . Noise until around midnight. The restaurant was not open in the evening. Bar area is very small. I had an excellent red wine on my drink voucher. Parking available under the hotel at €14 a day. The airport is about 20 mins away, no shuttle. I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.

Nice place. Room are quite nice and clean. Bathroom is getting old and you can water on floor after shower but it's really ok. Service and people at the bar are very eager to help and it is appreciated. The food was not top. I would recommend to go outside for diner. I recommend anyway.

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Only 13 minutes drive away from the airport, they offer shuttle service if you tell them in advance. Great choice of local and international dishes. Overall worth giving it a try.

Its a super cool hotel and the location is good . Only downside is that you have to pay for hotel parking which is insane imo

Nice rooms and overal hotel facilities. Liked good parking with a lot of places. Breakfast was OK, but I remember times when it was much better.

Recently renovated, it’s comfortable and conveniently located in the center of Neu Isenburg and nearby the airport. My room was spacious. The bed is comfortable and this is essential for a good rest. I’m rating four stars and not five because I share other guests perspectives that the room must be equipped with a coffee machine or a kettle at least! I am a ALL member and I appreciate the free drink...

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

The hotel has parking for 13 euros a day. There is a big supermarket next to it. There is a pork elbow shop outside the supermarket that is delicious. Recommended! It is also very convenient to take a bus from the city center, and transfer to the subway.

Amazing hotel for our short stay in Neu-Isenburg, visiting friend who lives nearby and then travelling further down Germany to see my Mum. Hello hello, this hotel is a 10 minute uber or 30 minute bus away from Frankfurt Airport. It's located near a rewe and.. Not much else. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space. Hotel rooms are good but I entered late around 10pm and nobody was there. I was really tired and I spent 15min and my luck someone came and told me that there is bell where you need to talk to someone who will give you code and that will give me room key.. it should have been communicated earlier to avoid inconvenience.

The Hotel is quite a bit outside of Neu Isenburg, avoid it when you're planning to spend time in Neu Isenberg and don't have a car available. The rooms are functional but not luxurious ave they surely don't seem modern. The breakfast is good and the service is very good.

For 1-2 Nights or a Seminar ok, however, the Hotel is located in a commercial area. Within walking distance, nothing meaningful is achievable. To Neu Isenburg City 5 minutes by car. Aircraft noise is excluded by the proximity to the Airport. Rooms are functionally furnished.

An option, but not a must. A clean, spacious room with a small bathroom with shower, clean bed with a good down blanket. Somewhat incompetent check-in and unfortunately no possibility of dinner in the hotel. FO very helpful nonetheless. Breakfast and lunch very good, but little variation. Stay for a seminar plus an extra night.

Overall, it's okay, but the price fluctuates a bit.

Although it is a bit far from downtown Frankfurt, it was no problem to get there by taxi. I chose this hotel because all the hotel rooms were full due to the exhibition, and although the facilities were a bit old, I felt they were well maintained.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was convenient and of reasonable size. The check in and out were seamless. The breakfast at the hotel was expensive but convenient for the first morning. The park right across the street was nice and we enjoyed walking the trails.

Not for tea drinkers It was a very nice hotel. But If you’re a tea drinker, don’t bother with this hotel! There was no kettle just a coffee machine with the choice of hot water and these tiny coffee cups that if you leave your tea to brew for longer than a minute then it’s not hot anymore. Also there is no milk in the room and if you go down to the bar and ask for milk, they try charge you for it...

Stayed here for the second time as it is around the corner of our customer. Breakfast is very good. The only thing that is missing is the a/c. It was very hot that summer, and you can open the window, but it was still too hot.

Mr Ved the hotel manager was amazing who was always available and helpful with any problem. The room was quite good for the price. The location was most practical since the bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel entrance with a supermarket just next door with several cheap eateries.

A very nice hotel! The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast decent and plentiful. A street party was going on when we arrived so couldn't make use of the car parking provided by tge hotel but the streets all around were opened up and thus parking wasn't a problem.
