The hotel is very large with a wonderful park and wellness area. It's a bit dated, but very good for a business trip.

The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green area, offering a quiet retreat from the city while still being conveniently close to downtown Frankfurt and the airport—just a short drive away. A good choice for business travel. Although it is far from the city, it is relatively quiet and safe. Europe is too chaotic now. The entire floor of the Pullman in the city was pried open, so a resort hotel far away from the city center is still a good choice.

Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. I'm giving 3 stars because the shuttle advertising on Expedia was misleading - there is NO shuttle to the airport. You'll have to pay for a taxi or Uber.

Hotel was well located for where I wanted to be. Shower heater kept tripping which meant hot water kept disappearing. Bar staff were very slow and inattentive.

I stayed in this hotel for 11 days. The booking was flawless, the location is excellent and all the services I experienced were top quality. The staff was very kind and competent. The room was large and sunny. I recommend the hotel full hearted.

I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The only thing I wish I had was a light blanket, because their blankets are super warm to my taste. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay. Hotel rooms are good but I entered late around 10pm and nobody was there. I was really tired and I spent 15min and my luck someone came and told me that there is bell where you need to talk to someone who will give you code and that will give me room key.. it should have been communicated earlier to avoid inconvenience.

The Hotel is quite a bit outside of Neu Isenburg, avoid it when you're planning to spend time in Neu Isenberg and don't have a car available. The rooms are functional but not luxurious ave they surely don't seem modern. The breakfast is good and the service is very good.

Amazing hotel for our short stay in Neu-Isenburg, visiting friend who lives nearby and then travelling further down Germany to see my Mum. Mr Ved the hotel manager was amazing who was always available and helpful with any problem. The room was quite good for the price. The location was most practical since the bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel entrance with a supermarket just next door with several cheap eateries.

Basic but for the price it was as expected. Corridors were not so clean, smelled of old food. They had a car park for free but although I had asked, I only found this out once I had checked in. Free car park was very good

Good hotel and price is also good. It was clean, breakfast was decent, they have free parking as well. Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. The staff were all friendly and the room was very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. The breakfast has a good selection but might run out of some items as the time nears 9am. Eating before 8 am was always good. Dont worry if your room faces the street. Rooms of this 3 star hotel are spacious enough and clean and quiet that enables you calm rest. Small toilet is matching the purpose, staff is very friendly. I may conclude that price is fair enough.

Unfortunately during corona it was not the best time to stay in the hotel as there was no concierge, no bellboy, the spa was closed and the gym could only be used with a reservation. A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. Every trip to Frankfurt brings me to Maingau Hotel. Conveniently located in Sachsenhausen, has good access to public transportation (train, tram, subway, bus), is a nice walkable area with plenty dining options. Within walking distance from the "Altstadt und Römerplatz". The staff is very attentive. Yet, I'm not sure why, with every stay my room gets smaller :-) Look forward to my next stay in Frankfurt

Quite a few stairs so for some people it might be worth enquiring about accessible roooms. We did not require housekeeping but this was available on request. We breakfasted at the cafe next door. Great location - easy walks into town and local areas with plenty of shops/restaurants. It is on several levels so takes a bit of use to when getting to the room. Might be tricky if in a wheelchair. If you have a car street parking is also tricky but there is a car park very close by.

I found everything was fine. Only stayed one night. For the price of the room a good stay. Hotel has a vintage feel but the room was renovated. Bed comfy. Quiet. Location great, in front of the park, some great local restaurants and cafes and wine bars nearby, love the area. In 20 min walk and across the bridge you are in the center. I would stay again.

Our main complaint was that the room key did not work properly so made entering and exiting the room a stressful experience. The noise from the street outside was also very loud during the night. we booked a room to pay at the property, but as we checked in, the price that i need to pay is different as in the booking and they havent resolved the problem. the room had ac but no cooling, its even colder in the elevator than the room. the good thing was it was near to our destination and the breakfast was okay.

Old hotel which needs a lot of upgrade. In the area no restaurant and in the hotel the restaurant is CLOSED only acceptable bar food. In short, if you only want to sleep untill 05.30 (airport nearby) , a cheap location without any ambiance.

This booking is pay at hotel which I book for my colleague. The lady who did the check in did not ask my colleague for payment. at check out, they tell my colleague already paid, although it should be pay at hotel. Instead the hotel just charge my card which is used to pay the pre authorization. Please don’t go to this hotel, the front desk is unprofessional.

The room was good, the location was great, but I was there in the height of summer, and there was no air conditioning, which was a bit unpleasant in the hot weather. There was a fan, but it was a bit too loud, so I slept with earplugs. But overall, the room was clean and had everything you need.

I like this hotel, even though the decor is slowly getting worn. I have on every visit always been treated well. Underground parking is useful, especially in this area. Breakfast is perfect, when there is not a tourist group from the countries where they slurp and snort.

The price was reasonable. Great view of the Main River. I recommend the River view side room. The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small. There is a machine that can press pants. It can be help to business man. Breakfast is normal but not bad. Overall a really solid business hotel for a short stay. Decent gym, good breakfast, good shower, great location for a run early morning along the river. Well located to get in and out quickly to the airport. Staff were really really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend, no complaints here.

Great hotel but watch the taxis to airport. If you don't ask if they take credit card they will say when you get to airport their card machine is not working. Big problem in Frankfurt with taxis doing this all the time

Location is close to downtown, but the shape is rusty and not a place to come back with s good mood, sure, the intentions and helpfulness of the staff may be solicitously and under great effort but really the hotel had its best time in the past
