Nice modern hotel with huge rooms and great breakfast - and very economical! Hotel is located in a light industrial area, so not the best neighbourhood to go out. But if you are just looking for a quiet, decent, clean and welcoming place to stay the night, I would highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. I'm giving 3 stars because the shuttle advertising on Expedia was misleading - there is NO shuttle to the airport. You'll have to pay for a taxi or Uber.

Hotel was well located for where I wanted to be. Shower heater kept tripping which meant hot water kept disappearing. Bar staff were very slow and inattentive.

Good hotel and price is also good. It was clean, breakfast was decent, they have free parking as well. Stairs were a bit dirty and on holidays couldn't see anyone on reception but we didnt face any difficulty. All in all, good experience. The rooms can be noisy though as it is on the street with continuous traffic.

Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. The staff were all friendly and the room was very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. The breakfast has a good selection but might run out of some items as the time nears 9am. Eating before 8 am was always good. Dont worry if your room faces the street. The windows seal well and keep it quiet

It is a very nice place with super friendly and helpful team. We was exactly in the Christmas time and all-around was closed, but they gave us teapot, bread and etc. The host helped us with information about bus schedule, taxi and supported us in many other questions. I have 5 stars to everything in relation to price per night. It’s not luxury, but they are really customer oriented, and very punctual, attentive to details and really pleasing. The place is quiet, that's why I chose it. Room & shower/bathroom area is all new. Refurbished to high standard. Clean and comfortable. Good room and bathroom size. Bed was very comfortable. Clean room, yummy food and incredible service from Michael! I felt very safe as there were 3 keys to get in. I will absolutely stay again! The only downside is you can hear everything from other rooms so I would recommend no kids.

Stayed here for the EURO 24. Rooms were much nicer than expected, the staff is kind and welcoming and the beds were good. A little far from the citer centre, and the bus doesn't go there directly. Mr Ved the hotel manager was amazing who was always available and helpful with any problem. The room was quite good for the price. The location was most practical since the bus stop is right at the doorstep of the hotel entrance with a supermarket just next door with several cheap eateries.

Best hotel in Neu Isenburg! Free parking for people that drive the car, you can get to the airport by train in 20 minutes and to Frankfurt by train in the same time. It's also very close to a fancy park in the woods to have a walk! Very clean rooms, big enough for two, and their pastry is good!

Hotel rooms are good but I entered late around 10pm and nobody was there. I was really tired and I spent 15min and my luck someone came and told me that there is bell where you need to talk to someone who will give you code and that will give me room key.. it should have been communicated earlier to avoid inconvenience.

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

The location is far from the city and can be reached only by car. Breakfast must be improved: salmon was present (I like it) but one guest toke it and never was restored. Also the breakfast buffet is small: necessary an improvement on this point

I liked the hotel very much, it is not five stars, but for the price it is really very good. the owner cares about the guests, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the greenery surrounding the hotel is very neat. breakfast deserves special attention, it was really delicious, very good choice and quality of dishes. A minor flaw for improvement is too weak bulbs in the rooms, it is twilight at night.

Nice and clean. Not far from the airport. Shuttle service charge of 5 Euro. Only negative is the bed duvet is just too hot. Would prefer option of bed sheet and light blanket. 😴

Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

I am a frequent business traveler and I had the opportunity to visit the specific hotel due to a conference which was taking place there. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Mrs. Vanessa at the reception who assisted us in the most gentle and professional way. Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

I only had a meeting in the hotel so cannot rate an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the buffet was great. Big selection and delicious food. Good accessibility with the airport shuttle.
