Minus: although good breakfast, chefs must do a better job. 15 slices of bacon stuck together fried with only the frist and 15th slice having a crisp. No housekeeping for 3 days.
The front desk staff informed me that he would come within five minutes to check the issues. However, I believe such matters should be treated as a high priority, especially given our condition after a long journey. When he eventually came and confirmed the problems, he told me that we would be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the process of changing the room was delayed, and I had to go back to the reception again to follow up.
We were eventually given a different room, but unfortunately, the walls were also dirty, which left me dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness and maintenance.
Overall, I was very disappointed with both the service and the room conditions. I strongly recommend that management take action to improve response times, prioritize guest comfort and safety, and ensure that rooms meet the expected standards of cleanliness before check-in.
The included breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had, eggs had a funny taste and the bacon was chewy almost like it was made of plastic. Not even the pastries could redeem how bad it was. INEDIBLE.
Given the exorbitant price this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely won't be staying at the Holiday Inn again.
