Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
I recently stayed at holiday inn express in the middle of August and had an incredibly disappointing experience. When we arrived, we found out that our room had NO air conditioning, despite the unbearable heat. The reception staff gave us a fan, but it did little to make the room comfortable. We spent the first night sweating and unable to sleep.

On the second day, after reaching out to the reception FOUR times and speaking to four different employees, we were finally moved to another room in the evening. By this time, a large part of our stay had already been ruined due to the discomfort and frustration.

To make matters worse, I emailed the manager, Ebrahim, about the situation, and he didn’t even bother to respond. The lack of care and attention to guests' comfort and the unresponsiveness of the management is unacceptable.

Adding to the disappointment, almost every other visitor we spoke to at the hotel was also suffering from either the same air conditioning problem or other significant issues. It’s clear that this hotel is riddled with problems and has no intention of fixing them.

If you’re considering staying here, think twice. The poor conditions, complete lack of accountability from the management, and widespread issues among guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodations.
