Solid hotel. Dogs allowed, breakfast included, better than expected. Rooms are nothing special but clean and do the job. Would come back for a one night stay traveling through!

Staying here for 3 weeks for a work trip. Nice modern hotel in a great location.
Rooms:
- Rooms are decent size, not huge, but okay.
- A/C unit not cooling properly since its some ''green'' heat pump system
- Windows can only be tilted open, not fully opened
- Water pressure fluctuates greatly form minute to Minute, sometimes almost no water comes out of shower for a minute, then okay again, not sure what's going on, only cold water, so might actually get burned since its then only hot water coming out at full pressure, not good!
Breakfast:
- Good Breakfast with great coffee, juice, bread, Pancakes, cold cuts, fruit, pastry, and yoghurt
Nearby:
- 10 min walk into old town / downtown with shops and restaurants.
- 24/7 Gas station with food market 2 min walk nearby
Parking:
- Big parking garage next door, not part of hotel. about 6 euro for the night or $10 for the day as far as I can tell, can pay cash or card at the 24/7 machine.
- Street parking not an option really.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
I recently stayed at holiday inn express in the middle of August and had an incredibly disappointing experience. When we arrived, we found out that our room had NO air conditioning, despite the unbearable heat. The reception staff gave us a fan, but it did little to make the room comfortable. We spent the first night sweating and unable to sleep.
On the second day, after reaching out to the reception FOUR times and speaking to four different employees, we were finally moved to another room in the evening. By this time, a large part of our stay had already been ruined due to the discomfort and frustration.
To make matters worse, I emailed the manager, Ebrahim, about the situation, and he didn’t even bother to respond. The lack of care and attention to guests' comfort and the unresponsiveness of the management is unacceptable.
Adding to the disappointment, almost every other visitor we spoke to at the hotel was also suffering from either the same air conditioning problem or other significant issues. It’s clear that this hotel is riddled with problems and has no intention of fixing them.
If you’re considering staying here, think twice. The poor conditions, complete lack of accountability from the management, and widespread issues among guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodations.

Room was spacious, far bigger than expected for a express hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and my 7 year old had a pull out couch that was big and comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean and neat. Unfortunately the aircon didn't work at all and they weren't sure what the problem was and the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't move to another room. The location is very close to the highway which is good but unfortunately right next to a busy street and the cars were extremely loud. If the aircon was working this won't be a problem because with the window closed you don't hear anything. Breakfast was decent and a good variety. Parking cost us 10euro for the night but it's right next to the hotel. Price for the night was very reasonable for 2 adults and a child including breakfast.

We booked a twin bed room for one night. However, we were given a 1 large bed room. We were too exhausted after a long day of traveling to make room changes.
The AC didn’t cool very well for someone who likes to sleep in a very cold room.
The staff that welcomed us didn’t seem very friendly.
We didn’t have help carrying our bags to our room which was okay as we are young. This would be difficult for the vulnerable group of people.
The room was very small but we knew that when booking it. The design and decor of the room was perfect.
They don’t have food room service.
Breakfast was lovely and adequate.

I really liked the hotel, it is modern and very clean with great breakfasts. I also had such a situation that I forgot things in the room, the staff kindly collected and mailed it to me. Everything came safe and sound including the wallet with the money. thank you very much
