The central location is ideal for a visit to Rosenheim, close to both the city center and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Since it was very hot, I would have appreciated air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room.
I will choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rosenheim.

Arrived in possibly the hottest week of the year to find out there was no air conditioning. The reception did give out fans for a 20 euro deposit though. I feel bad for people who didn’t get one though! Rooms were fairly sized, facilities were ok, but impossible to get in and out of the shower without water going everywhere; the door was right up by the toilet, making it hard to access. No views on the side I was on, other than of the loud roadworks immediately outside the front of the hotel 😂

Staff were incredibly helpful, and spoke English perfectly. The breakfast was ok, but for a city break I really wanted to sit outside, and there is no outside space at this hotel.

Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD.
there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning.
the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit.

overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door.

We stayed here back in 2018. We had a great stay. Great pricing, very helpful and courteous staff. We rented a suite with a kitchen and giant bathroom. It had all the ammenities we needed for our 2 days there. When we visit Rosenheim again, we will be staying here.
