The hotel is actually managed as an apartment. You need to register and fill in your personal information on the machine, which is not very friendly to tourists who don't speak English. This was not explained when booking the room, so we were embarrassed when we checked in. We were completely confused. Fortunately, a hotel staff came down to help, and it took a long time to get it right. The decoration style of the hotel is a bit strange. The room is very high, but the chandelier is very low, and the light is dim. The advantage is that the geographical environment is very good, right in the city center, next to the park, and very close to the train station.

Grand Hotel Palladium Munich has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather was quite hot, and this made the rooms a bit uncomfortable at times. However, they did provide a water fan in the room, which helped somewhat.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great service, just be prepared for the warmer weather if you visit during the summer.

We stayed here for a night and have not used any of the offered services (sauna, breakfast), due to the lack of time on our side. Anyways, we would like to complement the hotel and room we stayed in. It was a room for two, spacious and had enough place for storage, bedside tables had bed lamps, there were thick curtains, jalousie, air conditioner. Two pair of hotel slippers, one big and one small towel and towel for the floor were provided. Room was clean, shower hot and working, shampoo, soap - provided. Comfortable bed with two separate mattresses. Late check in (around 22:00, also was possible, without problems). We really enjoyed our stay, even if it was too short.
