Beautiful hotel, our room was clean and simply decorated. The beds are very nice. Breakfast was good. They have a small bar, you can also play pool and some other games in the repetition/bar area. Good location in the city centre.

Bathrooms could use a little attention and the airco was on 22°C and it said you could adjust it with -3°C but it did not function. I had to open the window to cool the room.
Parking is in the parking garage of the shopping mall underneath the hotel, but there is no space for a workvan higher than 1.95 so i had to park all the way on the other side of the city near the harbour according to the receptionist

Great location with friendly service. The rooms are fairly big and modern. The only problem was not having a mini fridge in the room but the kitchen staff helped to store baby milk in their fridge. They also serve great breakfast buffet.

The location of the hotel is perfect: 15 min on foot from the main station and all shops and restaurants are nearby.
The rooms are big in comparison with other hotels.
The service could be improved through. The guy on the reception was not very friendly and did not tell us about the facilities of the hotel, such as sauna, fitness, breakfast. However, the lady that checked in other guests told them all the information. So, I assume it is not clear standards of service there.

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.
My wife and I enjoy travelling and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world.
We checked in, the hotel took full payment before seeing the room. We entered the room to find it in a filthy dirty condition. We then requested the room to be cleaned, which they did after 4 hours of waiting.
The day we were leaving (12 pm check out)the cleaning staff arrived at our room at 9am to supposedly clean the room my wife asked them to comeback once we had checked out. Then at 9:45am the cleaning staff opened the door to the room, I was on the toilet and I almost lost my biscuits. I yelled at them to get out of the room.
Do yourself a favour and don't book a stay with Pentahotel Rostock.

Top location in the middle of Rostock. Fresh. Very comfortable beds. The only minus is that there was no fridge in the room. Otherwise highly recommended.
