Das Personal bemüht und super freundlich. Uns störte, dass das gebuchte Doppelzimmer nur für eine Person Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatte. Wir mussten 2 mal reklamieren bis das gelöst war- die Dame an der Rezeption sollte besser zuhören, wenn man mit ihr spricht. Wenn man Duschgel anbietet sollte das nicht leer sein. Die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Hotel ist extrem schlecht, wir mussten ein Parkticket zum einchecken lösen. Schlecht ist der nicht barrierefreie Eingang. Man muss das Gepäck über ca. 7 Stufen hoch schleppen. Die zum Hotel gehörende Weinstube muss noch lernen das Angebot ist sehr limitiert. Ich bekam keinen genießbaren Rotwein. Aber dennoch Potential ist vorhanden .

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt freundliches Personal ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ostsee äußerst lobenswert das Essen und die ausgesuchten Themen Büffets es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts mein Dank an alle die mir so schöne Weihnachten bereitet haben

Ich habe zum ersten Mal dieses Hotel ausprobiert, da mir die Nähe zum Strand und die Stadt wichtig war. Das Hotel liegt zentral so das man fußläufig schnell zum Strand aber auch in die Fußgängerzone kommt. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. Ebenfalls ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Hinter dem Hotel sind die Parkplätze ( Aussenstellplätze und Garage ) Das Hotel verfügt über eine Abendbar sowie Saunen ( diese werden aber erst auf Gästewunsch an der Rezeption aufgeheizt ) Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und lecker. Ich übernachte gerne wieder hier….

This hotel is not exclusiv at all, not worth the money just because its near the beach and ocean. And one lady that welcomes guest to the breakfast was starring as if she had never seen other people than Germans visit this place. Very weird! I would not recomend

Nice hotel just 1 block from the beach. Very pricey for a standard room. We booked by hotels com because they should have had free parking and EV charging. In reality we had none of it and had to chase for a parking spot in the streets instead and start the journey the day after with a charging stop in a village nearby. With no parking and EV charging €280 for one night is very pricey if you just need a sleep over.
