Caution: Pay close attention to the security of your belongings!
I stayed at this hotel from December 13th to December 15th, 2023. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, featuring a pleasant breakfast buffet and decent rooms. Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn when I realized that personal items might not be safe here. In my rush to check out, I left two brand-new shirts hanging in the wardrobe. Approximately 2 hours later, I contacted the reception, only to be informed that my clothes were missing. Despite promptly sending an email detailing the exact location of the shirts (left side of the closet), the reply arrived within 15 minutes, raising concerns that a thorough check might not have been conducted. It's disheartening to think that someone from the staff may have taken my belongings. This experience has left me with a sense of distrust, and I will not be returning to a hotel where such incidents occur.

We stayed here for one night to catch a flight next morning. The room size is ok for an overnight stay, but the bed is too soft for us. The gym is a bit small. The sauna is very big, but there are only 3 resting beds, it wasn’t busy when we used it so not an issue for us.
Breakfast is included and starts at 6:30. Free parking in front of the hotel. Around 20 mins drive to Frankfurt airport. We will stay again!

Apologies to say, but it was the worst dinner in a long time. The worst dessert ever. The dinner choice something chicken and something pork, but really it did not taste, No tea, no sparkling water,

Good hotel, but the highway is very very audible. If you are looking for a nature break this is not it. Nevertheless it is close to the highway and close to Frankfurt downtown by car.
The breakfast is the typical hotel one, fresh, good, sufficient options for both vegans/ vegetarians and meat lovers. They have also an outside patio and we enjoyed the breakfast coffees here overlooking the field and the highways.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

location location location, close to shopping, hiking, sightseeing. They offer gluten-free choices at the large breakfast buffet and also lactose free milk. Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and functional.

Very good place to stay overnight after long trip, close to highway.
Very friendly staff. We were to late for the orderded buffet and they made us 3 course meal without any problem and it was very tasty.
A lot of coctails on the map. Nice terras.

We always stay here for years. The rooms are really clean, breakfast has very delicious options not only for meat eaters but vegetarians&vegans. Crew’s behave is friendly, kind. Especially, Seçkin Karay who is working here for long years is always so nice to us and it’s good to know there is someone you can trust and call for any help.

Why would you put the treadmill (running machine) right next to the sauna? I almost had a heat stroke in a few minutes and fainted. Breakfast was wonderful

Stopped here on the way from the CZ to the UK. I chose this hotel mainly because of the restaurant and convenient location. The food was very tasty and the staff was good!
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the sleep. We were woken up several times during the night by someone slamming the door and then again at 6am when the housekeeper decided to start vacuuming.
We previously stayed in another H+ Hotel in Frankfurt and had a similar experience. I can definitely recommend the restaurant but if you are looking for a hotel where you can rest well after a long drive, consider booking a different (quieter) one.

Young lady at front desk was very helpful as I had to make some calls due to cancelled flight. Easy walk to bars/restaurants in this quiet town.
