Among the hundreds of restaurants I have been to in many countries, the Villa Keller belongs to my top ten. Tasty food and friendly service without unnecessary show effects. And a wonderful view to the Castle of Saarburg.

No microwave, no electric water, no stove, no toaster, can't cook....the idea of renting apartment is feeling like a home. Here are coffee maker & refrigerator only, but the room, the space and the bathroom are perfect very convenient

A small hotel next to the waterfall in Saarburg. The room was basic but clean but the general look in the hallways was tired. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was fine with a small Italian-esque menu which was nothing special. The waiter assured me my salad was gluten-free but the cramps the next day said different.

It was a lovely hotel with a good size room. No AC. Located right next to a bunch of restaurants and a pretty waterfall. Not far from other local attractions and the train station.

Great central location - can't park outside and hotel should inform customers arriving by car which road to use. Freshly cooked eggs and omelette for breakfast.

We appreciated the very friendly staff and hotel owner, the fabulous location and garden, as well as the rich breakfast buffet.

I have been there dozens of times, and every year on our way to family in Germany. Best local cuisine ever. We always had a large beer 'Helles vom Fass', followed by Pork Medallions and pommes. And the view of the winding river (Saarschleife) is memorable. Will go back this summer.

Could not have been better! Beautiful rooms in an amazing location. What a privilege to overnight in a castle with such rich history from the Boch family, which is apparent all around. The interior as well as the exterior exceed all expectations, and the lovely staff provide the last finishing touch. Highly recommended!!

Lovely family hotel. They have themed rooms. Stayed it the gym room. Breakfast was great. It is a bio hotel, unfortunately this is not advertised enough. You get bio breakfast and have bio cosmetics in the bathroom. Can recommend it.

Lovely traditional hotel. Easy to get to but in a countryside setting. Parking on site as is the restaurant. Good food. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We've stayed at the Sonnenhof a number of times, it's always a pleasure - well decorated rooms, good food, helpful staff. Nice terrace for sitting outside. The only downside in the summer is that the nearby road seems to have infrequent but regular traffic, and with bedroom windows open it can be a little disturbing.

Nice little hotel. Well suited for people who want to hike and bike. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful pool which we unfortunately could not use because the weather did not cooperate. But the owner and the whole crew are very nice and persistent and child-friendly.

We came as guests and were adopted as friends. The room was super clean and we slept great. This accommodation is totally suitable if you want to explore the area. Pets and people feel comfortable here. The Gastgeben are super nice and the breakfast is excellent and prepared with love. The area is just great.

We spent the night at Hotel Restaurant Laux on the road. Clean and functional. The room was huge with a little balcony. Breakfast was good. The staff are so nice and welcoming which made the whole experience perfect!

2 adults, 3 children (7, 3 and 9 mo) booked 1 night on the way through Trier. What a wonderful hotel! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend for travelers with children. If we are ever in Trier again we will definitely stay here. The room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. No AC so very hot at night but it was a very very hot day.

At first sight the hotel looks like a concrete monstrosity from another age but inside the rooms are light, airy and very modern. The breakfast was excellent and overall the hotel represented good value. I'm not too sure about the walking distance into the rather lovely centre. We're both retired and it seemed a bit of a trek.

Nice hotel for a short stay, minus points for the broken air-conditioning that heated the room up regardless of the setting during our 2 night stay and still wasn't fixed when we left. Breakfast selection was good but distance between tables was way too small and made for an uncomfortable almost claustrophobic feeling that was not at all in line with COVID safe distancing recommendations.

We stayed a night in late July and the service was very fine with quite clean rooms which is great! An older hotel, but thats ok. Our room was overlooking the street and the outside noise went on well past midnight. It was significant, even with ear plugs. Did appreciate the convenient parking! The hotel was also centrally located too.

The only down side was we had a 1st floor room over looking the main road and because the rooms were warm we had the windows open and were woken by traffic in the early morning.
