A simple one-night stay in Trier brought me here and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect - walking accessible to the town center. The facilities are clean, the rooms are well kept and the overall service is amazing. Special mention to the Assistant Manager, Emil, who attended to us and offered us two free Sunday morning breakfasts at the hotel owing to a miscommunication regarding our room.

This hotel is in a great location. The clerks are friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
I would give it 5 stars if the double occupancy rooms weren't made up of 2 single beds.

Good location. Rooms and service are fine. But a bid expensive for what you get. You pay for the location.

I have stayed at many Best Western hotels, but I particularly like this one because of the cordial staff. The staff really makes a difference. They can easily switch between German and English. The hotel offers various options to spend the evening within the premises, and the rooms are clean. The entire hotel is decorated with beautiful pictures from Trier. Their fitness center is quite good, and there is easy access to parking. They also offer great breakfast options. If you are traveling in a group, they have excellent deals. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Best Western hotel in Trier.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with functioning AC. Staff at reception was helpful and friendly. Would have been a 5 star if not for the abysmal wifi speeds. Almost made me nostalgic, bringing back memories of shoddy dial-up connections from my childhood. Come on guys, wifi is an easy win you squandered

The underground garage is extremely narrow. If you have an SUV, we do not recommend driving it down there. The hotel has installed thin protection to prevent the car from getting scratched when driving out of the garage, but it is ineffective! Our door was completely scratched. The hotel takes no responsibility. They could have informed us that they also have an outdoor parking. Unpleasant check-in staff who laughed at what happened. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Modern hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Parking is available in an underground garage that connects directly to the hotel. Entrance to the pedestrian zone that connects to the center of Trier is but one short block away. Did not partake of the breakfast option.

Perfect location, just a few min walk to old town. The room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast nice, staff - very friendly and helpful. They also have a pool (inside one rather small) and a gym. Great value for staying in Alsace

Staff was nice, but didn't tell us at arriving that the parking spot costs 12 Euro - bad communication! We could have parked somewhere else for a much cheaper price / for free. Rain shower is a good thing. Breakfast reasonable. Overall too expensive for what they offer.

Very good place, excellent service. A few things still need renovating, such as binding doors and spotty carpets. But it seems they're in the process of doing just that.
