Amazing property with exemplary customer service. We stayed with friends for 3 nights during the Oktoberfest period. The resort was pleasant with great views, clean and full of amenities. The staff is really nice and very courteous. The breakfast was indeed amazing. The dinner options at the restaurant were really great too. Overall we had a great time staying at Karma Bavaria. Highly recommended....

A nice and quiet resort, away from urban hussle. We stayed for about 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The resort has a great view with clean surroundings. The staff is very helpful. The nearest railway station at Schliersee is just a 15min walk and has hourly connections to Munich.

Super comfy room & the view of the mountains was amazing. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place for families & people travelling with their pets. They even made a note of my birthday and got me a gift. I left housekeeping some chocolates in the mini-bar for giving us a spotless room each day 😀

We had such an amazing time here! Won a 7 night stay at a Karma hotel of choice during our holidays in Bali. Great location with easy access to hiking routes, fantastic service, and delicious food from their restaurant (we had Indian food twice, they have a rotating menu).

Perfect destination for family vaction. A 4 star resort with indoor pool, spa, and Gym. One can have a great time in and around the resort.. Rooms are neat,clean, comfortable and spacious with kitchenette and other amenities..

The terrace is beautiful, service is nice and attentive. The food is ok but you expect it to be a bit higher quality, taking some pride in local quality products. Instead it feels just one step too close to "tourist edition". I recommend going for coffee and refreshments.

Review is for the beer garden. Good beer and food albeit rather expensive. The Käsespätzle were not the best I've had. Lacked flavour and not enough cheese and onions. The Obazda was good though and it's worth a stop for the views of the lake.

The staff are so nice and helpful. The view is spectacular. There’s a sauna, which is amazing at the end of the day. Worked from there, the wifi was reliable. Would recommend for a weekend alone to connect to yourself or to work or to go with friends or family. Great place for kids.

Very good hotel at an amazing location! The hotel is located at a high altitude which is approached via a cable car...making the experience even more fun. The view of the Schliersee and the neighbouring peaks and valleys is spectacular from up here. The hotel in itself is very nice, spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. The breakfast is indeed very good with typical European cold and hot breakfast...

Very nice location. You can have a nice view of the mountains n schilersee. Food was good and super reasonably prices. You havr to rrach hotel either eith cable car or walking. Cable car for duration of stay is included in your cost. Very nice staffs. Highly recommended for people who want peaceful gateaway.

Went up the cable car for the stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains while enjoying a beer or two in the sun. The cable car is badly organized and you have to wait a long time for it when busy. You can walk up instead, if steep hills are your thing. You can take the luge carts back down for fun, but there was even a 25 minute wait for that! Food and drink prices are reasonable in the biergarten...

You come here for the views. The spot is very popular for families as it is an easy hike to the top and there is plenty of entertainment for the little ones with a playground and a roller-coaster. The food is decent. In summer the hotel restaurant is open, which is great. Out of season the beirgarten offers good prices and decent selection. Beautiful scenery especially in the winter time. Myself and my group walked/hiked along the roads up to the hotel. We stayed for an hour and had drinks and typical German food then took the cable cart back down. Everything was beautiful!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and had excellent service. The breakfast each morning had many options, was warm and freshly cooked. We were staying here while we hiked each day. Martin is amazing and went out of his way to try help me, and was nice to be greeted with a friendly smile always. my room was amazingly clean and comfortable, an amazing shower.

Gastehaus Hubertus is a fantastic place to stay. The owner Mr Martin is a great man that makes you feel like your are visiting a good friend. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is made of fresh and tasty ingredients. And there is a lot of German cold beer that is availible anytime you need :) I absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The staff take a lot of pride in the place. The hotel and rooms were all clean and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.

It was a really nice hotel, cosy and Bavarian. The breakfast was good and diverse. You just need to keep in mind, that the reception is not covered 24/7. If you want to check in during times the reception is not covered, you need to make sure to communicate that upfront.

Very friendly staff, large rooms and a great restaurant serving large portions of Bavarian food. Includes a sauna and a quick walk to the ski slopes.

Breakfast was pretty standard but fine - and definitely good enough for the price we paid in such an amazing location right at the lakeside! The restaurant was a bit off a mixed batch. Super friendly staff, great food and the rooms have been recently renovated. There’s several hikes starting right in front from the accommodation. Definitely worth a visit!

Restaurant is closed but if you bring your sledge and picknick, then you are at right for relaxing and enjoying mountain breeze😇

A great stop on our way south. The location is excellent, very near the lake. The room was very spacious (we received an upgrade), clean and outlooking the lake. Breakfast was very good. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good!

We were (unfortunately) only one night in Quartier am Schliersee, as we were cycling and had to continue the next day. We were on the road for a total of almost 2 weeks and nowhere else did we have such a beautiful room as here. A fantastic view, everything beautiful, tastefully and newly furnished and a very friendly operator who takes care of everything. Special mention should be made of the sauna...

Like in paradise 😍 Super, great rooms with a huge bathroom, high-quality furnishings and an excellent sauna area. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired, you should definitely try the cheesecake 😉
