We went to Schneverdingen on the occasion of my wife's birthday, 25th September 2024. We travelled from Hamburg on a whim, unplanned, and with no reservations. For some stupid reason, we were under the impression that a tourist spot like the Heide would always have hotels where we could check in. Only a short visit, but for sure a very pleasant one. Nice food and very friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding! I will definately like to come back sometime.

Ā nice comfy friendly semi-rural hotel spa of the sort that Germany does really well. Very pleasant grounds and quiet area.

Great hotel with friendly staff and modern rooms. The hotel bar is cozy and invites you to spend a nice evening. Some of the rooms on the ground floor have small terraces in front of the window. The buffet is, as you would expect from other hotels, hearty and plentiful. I was here with my family and would come back anytime.

Been here 5 days or still will be until next Tuesday... no star deductions, everything was great, great sauna, great breakfast, parking, very nice staff, be it at the reception, in service or with the cleaning lady.... nothing to complain about at all, even if you have to look for it... we travel often in Germany, so we can make good comparisons. Great hotel.. Simply. Keep it up!

An unexpectedly great café visit. Very nice team and cozy atmosphere with a great view. The coffee drinks are very tasty. But the highlight is the selection of cakes. The pieces are very large and very tasty. Dogs are also allowed. We'll be back!

As you can easily see from the pictures, we came here for coffee and cake. A ray of hope on such a cloudy day!! Nice surroundings- beautiful landscape for a weekend getaway. Truly delightful hotel in the middle of nature. Great comfort room with balcony and bathtub, very good pool and spa area and a restaurant with high quality food both for breakfast and for dinner. And the staff was very nice and always helpful.

A great little guest house hotel spread over three buildings with a nicely groomed garden in the middle to look out on and private parking. A serene location a small walk from the village with its two restaurants and quirky watermill. A locally bought breakfast buffet is not to be missed and accompanying staff and chatty owners makes it a very worthwhile visit

I stayed due to a business activity with my colleagues and I would recommend to everyone to spend at least a weekend at this hotel with their friends or family.

I have been there only for 1 night but it was great and to take a rest or like me being for business close by it was an ideal location. The staff is really nice, the food is good and the view over the heath is very nice as well. Good bet and shower and all very clean

This hotel is located in the middle of the nature around Schneverdingen. It's a really quite area. The service was good and the food was tasty.

The breakfast was the best I have had for a long time. Sitting outdoor after diner drinking redwine, under big trees. So peacefully and beatiful

It was wonderful that everything was at a table for the breakfast and we sat there. We were also able to get hot water for tea one evening for tea bags we had brought with us. Also one afternoon we had coffee in the room. The room was wonderful. We were able to sit at the sofa and have time to talk, since the weather wasn´t so great when we were there to be outside. Lots of space!!!

We were spontaneously in the restaurant today and were pleasantly surprised! Very, very tasty food, nice service. Price / performance also fits. Only 4 stars, because the onions were missing from the rump steak, reordering would not have worked because then the rest would have gotten cold. We'll definitely be back!

We only visited the restaurant there, but have been regulars there for over 30 years and never had any reason to complain. The food is very good and plentiful, the service is attentive and helpful, the atmosphere is home-style and cozy. We are already looking forward to autumn and duck fed up.

This is a beautiful location with lots of character situated just two minutes walk from the heath. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the outdoors with seating areas, hammocks and lanterns to the indoor decor. Nothing has been overlooked. The menu is locally sourced and delicious. Lovely hotel with an extremely friendly staff, conveniently located middle in Lüneburger Heide (Lüneburg Heath). Tastefully furnished rustic interiors, friendly atmosphere and good wine made our two-night stay an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back one day.

Nice and quiet location, beautiful buildings, friendly staff and good food. Rooms have nice interior design. Cleaning could have used some more attention to detail. Shower wastes water: it only has an on/off button, and with “on” it delivers a lot of water with almost painful pressure.

A gem. Situated close to Hamburg and right next to a natural reserve, Stimbekhof is a great place for conferences, workshops, breakout sessions or a short getaway. The buildings are an understated combination of carefully restored antiquities and modern amenities. The staff are kind and helpful. The food is tasty and the level of variety reasonable. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Good value for the money. Easy to park. Friendly staff. Calm area. Ok room. Somewhat problematic to connect to wifi (worked for the phone, not for the laptop). Would visit again.

Perfect for a stopover, very tranquil place, free parking, fridge in room. There's nothing nearby as groceries or stores, so you'll need the car to get to anything. Fill up on gas before returning to the autobahn.

We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€. The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point?? It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys. The park itself is great, breakfast and dinner were great...

Great park .. but with the high prices i expect everything to be open - there were several shops and food stands that was closed. But otherwise really great for kids - both small and larger.

The park is great. Hotel as well. We had a great time spending 3 days in the park. First day was school day so we could enjoy all without queues. Was awesome! Other days most attractions had 30-40 minutes queue. For the hotel... very nice rooms (we had pirate suite) which the kids loved. We were not sure about dinner buffet, but it was very good with average price 98 euro for family of 4. All included...

Clean and simple accommodation. Friendly staff that did their best to keep everyone safe despite the pandemic. Dinner and breakfast buffets included a good selection and was well stocked.

It was absolutely amazing. There were so many people but you didn't have to wait really long so it was more than fine. I could go everywhere at least one time and I only had 6 hours. The food is kinda expensive but it's alright. There is much for kids and much for older ones. It's hust perfect, I would come here again, as soon as I could. Definitely recommend!!!

The restaurant is perfectly clean and the chef is fantastic. His absolutely delicious lemon meringue is from an old family recipe, handed down for generations--- a must! I could eat it every day.

Room were great. VERY clean in both bathroom and rest of the rooms. Nice quiet area around although not much to look at (no shops etc) but still some nice landscape views. The room also had a nice cosy outdoor space with chair and table, with acces directly from the room. The breakfast was great and the selection was quite high. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are fantastic but some of the food on the menu is obviously frozen and pre-heated while other dishes taste amazing; inconsistent and bland at times but really good other. The restaurant is really gorgeous and the staff is very polite and friendly. Overall very recommended. There is however no Wi-Fi connection from the rooms whatsoever.

Very nice hotel for an Autobahn stopover. Nice rooms but terrible internet access. I always ends up with room 16 that has no internet at all. The reception closes at 22:00 and in general the hotel could be more guest friendly. But it convenient to A7 and the price is ok.

Loved the huts and the place generally. Beautiful location and the snow Dome offers interesting activity options. One star discount for the food tasting not that great and the snow Dome access rules (EUR 10 to buy the cheapest pair of mandatory gloves, no rental option).

Everything was perfect, from the friendly receptionist to the spotless rooms and the pleasant restaurant.

Hotel beside train station. Walking distance (have to make a small detour to the entrance). Staff is great but there are no convenience stalls nearby. Reception staff was lovely with free coffee/tra/chocolate there till 9pm.

We stayed for one night and from the very beginning to the end was a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We had two bathrooms which is a great idea even for two people. We were pleased by both dinner and breakfast options. The air around the hotel is fresh and the area is calm, great place to relax. I stayed for a week for the meeting. First of all, I would like to thank Frau Winkelmann, she was very attentive and friendly. She was the most caring employee at the reception, I thank her very much.

Stayed here to go to Heide Park nearby, and I highly recommend it. The rooms look newly renovated and are very nice. They are small, but are made to feel spacious. The large windows in the rooms are an added bonus. The included complimentary breakfast for us was a bonus, and the selection of breakfast food was endless. Check-in and check-out was fast and efficient, just the way it should be. No complaints...

We stayed in this hotel because of proximity to Heide adventure park. It was probably about 7 min drive which was very convenient. Hotel situated in the forest, green, with lots of activities to do. Room very clean. Breakfast and dinner had great buffet offers, one could choose to sit inside or outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Heidehotel Anna is near to a supermarket and the city center. When staying there, I noticed, that it is really quiet in and outside the Hotel. I enjoyed this really much. The food (we had one breakfast there) was excellent and also the rooms. I recommend to take one of the rooms 1-7, because they are more comfy. All in all it is tidy, quiet and a good choice to stay there.

We stayed for 4 nights in Mrs. Arndt's guest room. It was very nice and familiar! Nothing is missing in the room, but the best thing about the pension is the hospitality of the owner. No matter what you wanted to know or needed - Ms. Arndt helped. Breakfast was fantastic! I can only recommend the accommodation. Especially if you (like us) don't like big hotels, but prefer small, personal accommodations

This is our fifth time here and we are always impressed by the warmth and pleasant atmosphere. The special highlight is the lovingly prepared breakfast every morning. The decor and cleanliness of the room is very good. We will definitely not be here for the last time.

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly. Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm. The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

We stayed here in a family room (us and our five year old son). It's a very pleasant hotel, friendly staff and good-sized room. The steakhouse is lovely for dinner and breakfast here is amazing and plentiful! There is a great park nearby for kids, and it's so close to Heide Park theme park! Would 100% recommend this place!

A fridge with a selection of beverages for self-service was available to welcome you. Breakfast was adequate and the nearby steak house well worth a visit. One of the coziest hotela I’ve stayed in. Exeptionaly friendly staff. Very clean large rooms. We stayed in a room with a balcony with a view to the park. The park is nice for a stroll or to let tour kids plat. Be sure not to miss the breakfast! Although limmited, the food was top notch! Very reasonable price!

Room was clean but pretty small. Staff was nice, they understood english pretty well. Breakfast was nice. They promised us parking lot in the description and there wasn't any, but they told us, they would pay for our parking ticket if we got one.

Wir haben ein Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt im Heide Park gesucht. Bei der Preis/Leistung kann man nicht meckern. Das Hotel hat einen urigen Stil und man fühlt sich daheim wie bei Oma. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer war sauber und Frühstück sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz im Innenhof.

This hotel offers good size rooms and nice, clean and comfortable beds. Very good and tasty breakfasts. Good location. Near by Heide park, Serengeti Safari, Designers Outlet and Panzermuseum. I recommend this place for overnights.

The hotel was very clean and we had a room at the back so the noise from the street was inaudible. Unfortunately, however, the rooms are very noisy and we could hear the snoring from the next room. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of room for kids to run & play. Owners do check your discarded trash every day and what you discard. Kind of makes you feel violated.

Very comfortable, chairs are amazing. Breakfast is delicious and prepared with a lot of love. When ordering a regular breakfast (without buffet) coffee is not included. But otherwise it is a must if you are in Bispingen.

Very good breakfast, I was there with my girlfriend on Sunday and we had the buffet breakfast, very rich choice and beautifully presented. Well priced and the team was very friendly. Would happily go again and highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Perfect with restaurant in same building which served great and large portions of food to a reasonable price. Location is great for a nights stay when traveling. Pet friendly was a big plus.

A very nice hotel in a very good central location. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. Great breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. In the evening there is very good food and cocktails are also served. We will be back definitely. The staff could sometimes be a little more attentive, and ask more often whether you still have "wishes" or want something.

Simple but modern rooms with a chic restaurant. There are cocktails here too! Despite the officially discontinued breakfast, they put together something delicious and individual for us very early in the morning.

An enrichment for Bispingen! Great ambience. You can sleep here in the hotel, have a wonderful rum steak, or eat a delicious burger. Enjoy a nice cocktail or a beer in the comfortable armchair in the evening. Or a good cappuccino on the terrace, all very well cared for. Pleasant staff, good prices!

The staff were extremely friendly and, above all, did not blame me for not wearing a mask. The rooms are very, very nicely furnished and I had a good night to work the next day relaxed.
