Where to stay in Schneverdingen

Very nice and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, for a hotel with this many rooms the dining room is too small, making dinner and breakfast buffets very chaotic and not very relaxing. However, food is excellent. No a la carte service.

Great hotel with friendly staff and modern rooms. The hotel bar is cozy and invites you to spend a nice evening. Some of the rooms on the ground floor have small terraces in front of the window. The buffet is, as you would expect from other hotels, hearty and plentiful. I was here with my family and would come back anytime.

An unexpectedly great café visit. Very nice team and cozy atmosphere with a great view. The coffee drinks are very tasty. But the highlight is the selection of cakes. The pieces are very large and very tasty. Dogs are also allowed. We'll be back!

I stayed due to a business activity with my colleagues and I would recommend to everyone to spend at least a weekend at this hotel with their friends or family.

I have been there only for 1 night but it was great and to take a rest or like me being for business close by it was an ideal location. The staff is really nice, the food is good and the view over the heath is very nice as well. Good bet and shower and all very clean

Lovely hotel with an extremely friendly staff, conveniently located middle in Lüneburger Heide (Lüneburg Heath). Tastefully furnished rustic interiors, friendly atmosphere and good wine made our two-night stay an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back one day.

Nice and quiet location, beautiful buildings, friendly staff and good food. Rooms have nice interior design. Cleaning could have used some more attention to detail. Shower wastes water: it only has an on/off button, and with “on” it delivers a lot of water with almost painful pressure.

A gem. Situated close to Hamburg and right next to a natural reserve, Stimbekhof is a great place for conferences, workshops, breakout sessions or a short getaway. The buildings are an understated combination of carefully restored antiquities and modern amenities. The staff are kind and helpful. The food is tasty and the level of variety reasonable. No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru *******. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized.

Perfect for families with kids Room number 21 is actually an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is full of activities for kids. The room 21 is perfect for families who attend to assembly in Heidemark-Halle. Kids will love to play after sitting the whole day.

The holiday camp is ideal for families who want to take their dog with them on holiday. But also for anyone who loves a taste of camping. We only met nice and friendly staff. Unfortunately, we lose points because it is sometimes difficult to get the allergy list in the park. The online list does not match what the staff say. Nevertheless, we had three days of fun and it was a successful short holiday

Had a great cabin, very close to toilets, if you sleep at the other end of the site it's a bit of a walk. Great service, very friendly and helpful. Hut, toilets and showers clean. There are enough toilets and single showers, unfortunately only a hair dryer. The rating refers to the simple rooms without a shower in the Holiday Camp. Positive: The village where the houses are is made really cute. The rooms themselves are clean and enough for sleeping. We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€. The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point?? It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys. The restaurant is perfectly clean and the chef is fantastic. His absolutely delicious lemon meringue is from an old family recipe, handed down for generations--- a must! I could eat it every day.

Room were great. VERY clean in both bathroom and rest of the rooms. Nice quiet area around although not much to look at (no shops etc) but still some nice landscape views. The room also had a nice cosy outdoor space with chair and table, with acces directly from the room. The breakfast was great and the selection was quite high. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are fantastic but some of the food on the menu is obviously frozen and pre-heated while other dishes taste amazing; inconsistent and bland at times but really good other. The restaurant is really gorgeous and the staff is very polite and friendly. Overall very recommended. There is however no Wi-Fi connection from the rooms whatsoever.

Very nice hotel for an Autobahn stopover. Nice rooms but terrible internet access. I always ends up with room 16 that has no internet at all. The reception closes at 22:00 and in general the hotel could be more guest friendly. But it convenient to A7 and the price is ok.

Loved the huts and the place generally. Beautiful location and the snow Dome offers interesting activity options. One star discount for the food tasting not that great and the snow Dome access rules (EUR 10 to buy the cheapest pair of mandatory gloves, no rental option).

Great value for money. Beautiful surrounding and extra friendly staff. Dogs are welcome and you can directly walk from the property into the forests and nature parks with it's unique flora, fauna and wildlife. Highly recommended, not just for a budget overnighter..

We stayed here for 1 night in the family room. The room looked better than in the photos. All was nice and clean and all beds were made for us. Also the babybed was brought in quickly. Minor thing was the noise coming from the kitchen below, however that was over around 9-10pm. The hotel is in Soltau near a park. The center is in walking distance, which is nice.

A very nice hotel in a very good central location. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. Great breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. In the evening there is very good food and cocktails are also served. We will be back definitely. The staff could sometimes be a little more attentive, and ask more often whether you still have "wishes" or want something.

Simple but modern rooms with a chic restaurant. There are cocktails here too! Despite the officially discontinued breakfast, they put together something delicious and individual for us very early in the morning.

An enrichment for Bispingen! Great ambience. You can sleep here in the hotel, have a wonderful rum steak, or eat a delicious burger. Enjoy a nice cocktail or a beer in the comfortable armchair in the evening. Or a good cappuccino on the terrace, all very well cared for. Pleasant staff, good prices!

This place is so beautiful. There are many outdoor activities around the hotel. The geographical location is very advantageous. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very convenient. You just need a car, otherwise it will be inconvenient.

We were allowed to be guests at the Undeloher Hof yesterday. Food very tasty! Service very friendly and competent. Carriage ride very nice and Heiko, our coachman, was very entertaining and friendly. You felt welcome from the first to the last minute. We will definitely come back again!
