The breakfast and the location are excellent. The staff was friendly and courteous! All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay a lot and can recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful Hotel, the receptionists were all so kind and helpful ! We had an amazing time at the bar as well and the room was a dream. I can only recommend it and I will definitely come back here.

Rooms clean and quiet, breakfast quite good. Big negative was the internet-speed (200 kbit/s). This was the speed according to the hotel's instructions, not a mere impression on my part. Couldn't access my emails. That's not acceptable for an urban hotel in a developed country, sorry!

Frindly staff, and a nice and clear hotel

Stayed here for a few weeks for a work related stay. It was great. Friendly staff, clean and fresh, nice breakfast and a great location. Bahnhof was close and a short walk to the Altstadt.

Excellent place. Friendly staff who will help you with everything. I had seen a post about English speaking and the lack of it but that is not the case. English speaking staff here for sure. Nice buffet breakfast and good sized comfortable rooms. Close to the Bahnhof and easy walking distance to the Altstadt. Car parking available at request.

The hotel is a bit dated but still very clean and tidy. Breakfast was adequate. Service was courteous. It's a shame that the Hanseatic Cathedral is no longer included, but the prices are reasonable.

This review is for the gym and sauna. Both are excellent and the friendliness of the staff is unsurpassed. Gym: large amount of well-kept machines. Super-friendly staff member Marcel made us feel at home. The sauna looks a bit outdated in style, but hq material and also great staff, who went to great lengths to find my lost phone, which in the end was in my hidden jacket pocket. Love this place!!

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we visited the adventure pool and saunas one Friday afternoon in October. The pools were amazing! The outdoor pool was nicely heated. 5 different slides, waterfalls, spa jets, a wave pool, and many different jacuzzis. Beautifully cozy and individually decorated rooms. Lots of exposed brick in very historic buildings around a central courtyard.

We had a great stay. The rooms were cozy and there was even a nice coffee machine with their own roasted coffee. Great sauna facilities and especially loved the breakfast. Definitely recommend it!

While struggling with speaking English , staff are genuinely friendly. In this beatifully restored place we had 2 adjacent rooms, very spatious with high ceilings and subtle decorated walls with our own balcony. Dogs welcome in tthe room with their own amenities provided.

Great hotel in a great city. Rooms are a bit somber but perfectly equipped and cleaned. Beds are excellent and so is the bathroom. You can compose your own breakfast that will be carried to your table in- or outside, and appears to have no limits. The hotel has a good restaurant for your evening meals if you so wish. We are regularly in HST. The location is excellent, right on the harbor island. You should definitely book the parking space with whom you are arriving in your own car. Staff very friendly on the phone as well as on site. Price-performance ok. Unfortunately no breakfast but a bakery 200 meters away is open at 7 a.m. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Fridge and kettle available. I'd love to come back.

The aparthotel is a bit hidden. The rooms are nicely furnished. The bathroom is okay and perfectly adequate. I find the location very good. It is almost right next to a "shopping street". Here you can find everything you need. The receptionist was very friendly. We got a baby/small children's bed in the room for our little mouse. In our room there were already 3 beds.

It's a really nice and relaxing place. Only shortcomings are no internet and very bad mobile coverage (WiFi connects but no internet, only 2G mobile which they can't influence).

It is very nice there for children. Quiet and beautiful location. All the little ones had a lot of fun feeding the animals. A small playground is on site, but very old climbing frame. Very friendly staff, extremely varied breakfast in the historic Wappensaal and the food in the restaurant is also delicious. The location of the hotel in the center means that there are many ways to walk. Our room and bathroom were equipped with everything that is needed. We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

We found this lovely spot while looking for a new hotel on Rügen. The rooms were clean and the grounds were nicely decorated. Everything was relatively new. The reception was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We would happily return.

We stayed at the Wreecher Hof for a week and felt very comfortable there. Delicious food, although the menu could be a bit more extensive. Very friendly staff, very well-kept grounds. A bit out of the way, but absolutely quiet. I would definitely spend my holiday there again.

We stayed here for three days in November. Great, attentive service. Clean rooms, very good reception. Delicious and rich breakfast. The three-course menu in the evening is also recommended. The complex itself is very nicely laid out and the heated pool saves a visit to the thermal baths. We will be very happy to come back.

With one small exception, it was really great there. Whether swimming in the pool or the gym is great. My son also made his seahorse badge, the two lifeguards were really nice and the conversation was great. There is a game room and even a playground. Wonderful start point for tours to Kap Arkona and Hiddensee by bicycle and ferry. The hotel is overall good for biking tours and sun-set watching (over Hiddensee). The hotel has renewed rooms but is quite expensive.

Mega Kool!! place to stay, relax and enjoy the natur around. They have rooms and also well equipped appartaments so you can decide how you want to organize your holiday. The restaurant has a very good and delicious dishes. And don't forget to try a pice of kuche from the nice Café and a must is to have a cocktail or dinner while you wait the sundown.

The hotel is on the water's edge and one is lead to believe that dinner is served on the terrace/dining room with a view over the sea. This is not the case, at least out of season when the dining room is relocated to a basement room.

What a wonderful place. On our arrival we we met with very friendly staff and the stilt-house we rented was very clean. We are already talking about going back in summer when there will be a lot more activities to do. We had the time to explore a small part of the island, and would like to see the rest.

A fabulous, unforgettable stay. Our flat was E type, flat 11 above the restaurant with view on the sea from...every single window ! Flat is modern and beautiful, with everything you need. We were there in the winter (February) and I am sure this place is amazing at any time during the year. I recommend it without a single doubt. Just stunning. Also, the staff was very nice !

Excellent, friendly, outstanding service. Due to private reasons we had to decline our reservation on very short notice. The Service team did everything to get the house booked again even though the contract was very clear that we have to pay. At the end: we got our money back without any effort from our side. We were in Zingst to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Due to the design, the lobby is a large hall into which an attempt has been made to incorporate some charm. The wellness area is spacious and not overcrowded even at peak times.

My main issues staying in this Hotel is just bed , I mean the Bed moving constantly all the time . If you stay hier with your love one and like to cuddle forget it , the bed will separate you all the time 😂 but other than that it's nice hotel

The hotel is good but the Wifi is just super super bad... If you dont need Wifi then it is good hotel in good location otherwise it just not good. Please improve your wifi service.
