Motel One Stuttgart-Feuerbach

All in all a really pleasant stay for a buisness trip. The location close to the industrial area wasn't annoying in terms of noise or the like but it isn't that fun to take a stroll there except if one likes brutalism architecture. :)
The staff was really friendly and the breakfast really nice.

The motel is a short walk from the S bahn train station-S4, S5, or S6 to Feuerbach (which leads to a steep hill up to the motel). One may also take the U tram-U7 or U15 to Sieglestraße (which is a flat walk to the hotel).

Check-in was seamless and the room was ready on time. There are multiple elevators that take you right by the front desk and the lounge (one is at the bottom of the steps and the other is near the glass walls that overlook the outdoor area). The room had everything that was needed despite being tight. The entire space including the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Our WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was quiet enough for a peaceful sleep on a cozy bed. Their breakfast has a nice array of options (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), including ketogenic food which is hard to find at many accommodations.

All the staff whom I interacted with were courteous and professional, except for one of the bartenders. He’s an older man, average height, with a dark close haircut, and may be a foreigner. He was working with a younger man on Friday night/Saturday morning (October 26th, 2024) around 00:48 when I purchased my order. The staff member in question made a homophobic and racist remark based on my partner’s drink of choice. The only reason I did not leave 5 stars is because of that experience.

We hope that this offense is addressed and that all of your employees are trained to keep their personal opinions to themselves.

Rooms were a little small however it is a motel and we opted for 2 rooms instead of 1, beds were comfy and shower was good.

The Asian young chap whose name I've forgot working night shift was extremely hospitable and we thank him very much for his great hospitality here.

The rooms are basic and small, but everything you need in a hotel which was just 69EUR/night. It is located next to a busy road and around companies. There is not a lot of eating possibilities closeby, we just went for McDo down the road. Parking is free on the streets, walking distance. Service is quick and efficient. Once again, for the price, I would stay here again.

Motel one is maybe my favorite place to stay in general. It is down to earth & prices are fair. Yet, very nice, clean, feels like an excellent hotel. Service was 100% excellent in the 5-6 times I stayed there. Team was very helpful, positive and with good English, breakfast is also very good and in a reasonable price (10 Euro).

In any case visit !

You have not the feeling to put in a "bulk-handling".. you will be friendly welcomed, the staff, take your time.. This won't be the last time that I was in a Motel One.

The only minus point is for 400 rooms of less than 50 Parking spaces...
