Left earlier because bed was way too small, room was smelly and room/hotel completely outdated and old. There is no AC, it is a loud weird environment. People were complaining everytime I passed reception - staff was always friendly.

I had a fantastic stay here, the room was lovely and the staff were so friendly. It was really excellent value for money. Location seemed good too, easy to get to the train station and fairly central. Thank you!

Good location & very helpful staff.
Good + varied breakfast.
Water + wine + chocolates as a welcoming gift is a gr8 touch.
Parking is available @ €20/day.
The rooms need blackouts otherwise light comes in early on.
Fruits and water are always available at the entrance.

They sold me a room without telling me that the hotel was under renovation.
I woke up to the sound of hammering at the crack of dawn! When I told this to the front desk clerk; he said there is no renovation today, you must have heard wrong. By the way, after checking out of the hotel, I saw the workers working on the 2nd floor.
I should also share that they did not even have the courtesy to reply to the complaint e-mail I wrote.

Great location. Near to a mall with ample supermarkets. The train station is a short walk away too. Not forgetting about the main shopping district. The good resturants or places for quick bites are just 5 min walk away. The main central places of interest can be access by walking... eg the museum, library, church, ...
The breakfast is good or adequate too. More important is the room, it look new and clean. And more importantly strong hot shower esp during the winter. Recommend.

Enjoyed staying in this hotel last week during our trip to Stuttgart. The room was very nice as was the staff especially the dining room staff. The location was central to the main square and public transport was easy to find. My only complaint was the street noise after hours due to a pub next to the hotel. Otherwise highly recommended.

Looks old but inside is great. Car parking is behind hotel. Room is not big but fair enough. Especially windows in big bath room. But room is hot even in September

This hotel is maybe the hotel in Germany where you can get US levels of service. The staff - Johnny, Anel, and Katarina in particular - are just great. Conveniently located in the city near major transit hubs, restaurants, bars, and parking. Definitely recommend staying and taking full advantage of the guest discount at the bar 🍻

I loved this place. It is the pinnacle of 80s style and quality, in my opinion.
The hightide mark of left on the world before the decline.
I felt like I was an 80s VIP. The rooms are beautifully finished with timber, carpet, and quality fitting and fixtures.
The service is pleasant and reasonable.

I think they might be renovating rooms because my room was pretty modern but my coworker’s room was a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms are small but it was fine for the one night. It’s a great location and the service was very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection. It was included in the business package, I probably wouldn’t pay for it separately.
