TRUST Hotel & Appartements

We booked for room. Unfortuantly only after booking we noticed that we can't get to the hotel because it's in an low emission area which you need a sticker for on the car otherwise you get fined. We called about this hours before the check-in time. We spoke to a nasty, unhelpful employee on the phone who said the police won't look at the sticker but at the car. We told him we don't have a low emission car so we CAN'T get to the location.

In the booking com website and app there is NO MENTION of a sticker like this needed, We could not possibly know we needed this sticker to get to the hotel. So this is very unfair.

We asked for a refund because even though we wanted to stay at the hotel we simply could not get to it. WE also explained this to your employee and they said a refund is not possible. This is very unfair treatment because we told well on time that we wanted to cancel because it was not possible to drive to the hotel.
They gladly took are money for no service.

This hotel is a scam , dont book it ! There is no hotel in the first place. Once you book it your money doesn’t come back. There is no attendant nor front desk nothing. Literally waited for 4hours just lose my money and left to another one at the end.

We booked and I quote "1 extra large double bed" room with "private bathroom" and "free parking". Said check-in had to be done before 10pm so we got there around 9h20pm. Reception was closed and there was envelopes with keys and names but not ours. We phoned and had to wait for someone to bring the key. On the phone it was said that there was a problem and we would have to share the bathroom with room next door and that our price would be reduced. Our room had two single beds wide apart and when we complaint it was said we would have to ask to put them togheter. Our room was small and that is not my understanding of a extra large double bed (bed is singular). The parking was full and we had to leave the car on the street. Lift would only go up to third floor and then there was like and extension and steps and we had to carry the bags. The room was clean but we didn't get anything we paid for. When we complaint basically the conclusion was that we were not fortunate and everybody leaves happy. Well, we didn't. They did us a discount of 6.60 € and that was it.

Key was placed at entry on the back, but entering hotel was only possible throw front door... very confusing. Also the rooms belong to several hotels (hotel names?) at ones. The room itself was okay, but could be better cleaned and could need several repairs.

Worst hotel ever. It is dirty and it stinks doner from the restaurant below. Sky high prices €99 for a room 4'* 4 warmed with electric heater because the heating system was broken. Electrical instalation in the room schould be inspected by the fire department.

I am a Bosch employee and my stay in this hotel was very very bad. Very bad hotel. Only one or two person can go in the elevator. No elevator facility to 4th floor. They charge 10 euro for breakfast and they serve very minimal items. They collected all the money on day 1 of my arrival (including breakfast) and they went on some tour for the last 4 days. So no breakfast too. I Don't recommend it to anyone esp Bosch employees.
