Stayed at this hotel for a long period of time, I found that the staff were incredible. They provided some of the best service I’ve ever seen at a hotel.
I stayed in two different rooms. One room was very clean and one room had stains in the carpet and an issue with silverfish. (I never brought this up because I noticed the bugs closer to check out). There was likely a leak in the room previously.
During my stay, there were two occasions where the hot water did not work in the morning. The hotel provided reward points as compensation for the first one and just an apology for the second one.
Breakfast wasn’t my favorite, however, it was very decent for what the hotel could offer. It was convenient and it made the morning easy. The coffee machines were fantastic to have.
Parking is €25 a day. It can be very hard to park if you are trying to park on a Friday afternoon before 8pm or Saturday midday because the parking garage is shared with the shopping center. However, If you drive around the floor a couple of times someone is always leaving. Hotel guests can only park in two areas that are kept open 24 hours. The garage is very spacious for parking in Germany and as long as you follow the arrows, there is plenty of room to turn around corners.
The parking is paid separately at a pay machine. The hotel does not offer the ability to use a key card or add it to your room.
The parking garage only accepts Visa, MasterCard, or notes.
The only feedback I have for the hotel in regard to parking is if you can negotiate some reserved space for hotel guests. Please see if there’s any way to get a system that integrates with key cards to enable guests to pay at the hotel itself.
The laundry facility is very limited, so plan ahead and set a timer on your wash cycle. There is only one household sized washer and one household size dryer available.
This hotel does have fantastic air-conditioning. This is a very nice hotel to stay during the summer.
This hotel is located in a very accessible part of Stuttgart, and is directly in front of a U station.
Despite a few minor things, I would stay at this hotel with no hesitation again. The staff will help you with anything you need and are very friendly and easy to approach.

The employees are very kind and understanding.
We had a pleasant stay. Everything went smooth and calm as we wished for our short stay.

As this was my first visit to Stuttgart, I initially thought the walk up the hill to the hotel from the central train station was daunting and almost regretted my choice thinking I would have to make this trek every time I had to walk to old town square. I could not have been more wrong - in my opinion, it’s the perfect location. After settling in and situating myself with the surroundings, the walk from the hotel to old town through the back side of the hotel (my first walk to the hotel was alongside the major street in front of the hotel) is a nice relaxing walk. The location is super convenient, being attached to a nice mall. I had a room facing the main street, but the windows were so thick and soundproofed the traffic noises were not a problem at all. The room was spacious with a large king size bed, and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Came to solo on business June 29th, 2025.
The receptionist was nice and attentive to me.
The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
I was in the high floor was rather good view.
The breakfast was just good though not fancy and many selections.
They should have available ice machine though as it very much needed (and not only Americans or Japanese asked for them)
I spent a quiet and relaxing night.

First of all, I would like to thank the reception staff (Zain + Muhammad Turki), they were extremely polite, respectful and courteous. They really helped me with everything and gave me all the information related to the hotel and the city. As for the hotel, it is connected to a very large shopping complex. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all close to the hotel. Excellent location. Their breakfast is delicious and has many options. Also, the parking is very easy to access through AP1 and there is a private entrance from the parking lot directly to the hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff 🫶

I recently stayed at Aloft Stuttgart, and while there were positives, some experiences left me disappointed.
Location:
The hotel’s location is excellent, situated next to the Milaneo shopping center and with easy access to public transport, making it a convenient base for exploring Stuttgart.
Rooms:
The rooms are functional, clean, and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, and the space was efficiently utilized, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is simple but good, offering fresh and tasty options to start the day. However, the selection could be more diverse to cater to different preferences.
Service:
Here’s where the experience fell short. Despite usually booking directly with the hotel to avoid third-party fees and being a loyal customer who brings 30–50 guests annually, my prior conversation about a cancellation was not recalled. Instead, I was told I must pay the cost, which was frustrating. Given my long-standing relationship with the hotel, I expected more recognition and flexibility in handling the situation.
Overall:
Aloft Stuttgart has a great location, modern rooms, and decent breakfast offerings, but the lack of customer recognition and service flexibility was disappointing. I hope the management improves their approach to loyal customers, as this hotel has the potential to provide a much better experience.

Great service, employees are very kind and always help with everything. Hotel is 7 minutes walk from main train station, and station for underground trains is 1 minutes from hotel. We are staying here now for third time.

I stayed at the Aloft in Stuttgart for 3+ months. Everyone there made me feel at home. The room was impeccable, everyone that worked there was kind and friendly. I honestly consider some of them my friends, and would hope to see them again. The location is perfect I could not have asked for more. PROST!!

I’ve stayed at Aloft Stuttgart for nearly a year working on a military base. Anna-Lina and team was by far the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. From filing police reports for me, getting me forks whenever I need it, telling me the best restaurants and places in town to experience, decorating my room for my birthday or just someone to fun conversations with… this place felt like home and I’m truly going to miss it. I almost didn’t even want to go back to America. I’m emotionally attached to Aloft and Germany 🇩🇪 forever. This hotel should be five stars. Thank you for your professionalism and your warm atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
Also phenomenal room service 👍🏻

Clean and comfortable, and a true king bed like in the US, which was a nice comfort. Parking was easy to access below the hotel and the staff were easy to work with.
It’s attached to a large mall which was very convenient for shopping and dining if I needed something quick.
