we visited as a family. our kids had a blast with all the possible activities, pool, great food. also we had some time in the spa… simply perfect. it’s within walking distance to the lake… very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, we loved it. it was a wonderful stay.

One of the many good restaurants in the Lake Constance region. But three things were standing out in today’s visit: 1.) although it was very busy and many guests queuing in front of the restaurant the service was friendly and efficient. We had almost no waiting time for being served, getting drinks and even food arrived in only 20 mins. 2.) though it was busy a young waiter dropped a tray with drinks...

Just love this place! We enjoyed the wellness while our son had the best time at the hexenhüsli for the kids! New year was fantastic for the whole family! Torches walk, fire work, superb dinner, friendly staff..... Just perfect! And our room/apartment was just wonderful;

2 bed apartments were great, spacious, modern, lovely big balcony. Bike racks by apartments not covered but not in a public area. Super breakfast. Nice dinner in the restaurant. Apologies, following the Storchen response, I should clarify we chose to put our bikes in the racks nearest the apartments we stayed in for convenience of loading/unloading panniers. They were in a private, not public area...

The property was very quiet and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, that was a real perfect stay here in this great Bodensee area.

Good hotel but no WiFi in all the rooms

Best hotel in the Lake Constance Area, we received the most exceptional service and had some of the best food in all of Germany. You must stay here if travelling through the area!

Cosy hotel country-style that fits well into the area. Great breakfast buffet. Neither too modern, nor outdated. Would come again.

Very comfortable hotel. Worth more stars than it currently holds. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. The bath is clean and has literally everything you need. Equipment in the hotel is new and modern. We had the room with a terrace - the view on Bodensee is breathtaking. Furthermore, there is excellent restaurant on the ground floor with traditional German food and good breakfast options.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seevilla. The service was excellent and very friendly, the room very well maintained. The hotel is centrally located on Lake Constance, so that Friedrichshafen and Constance can be reached quickly, which was important to us. We were particularly impressed by the delicious food. This was our second time at the Hotel Seevilla and we were thrilled, just like our first stay. The hotel is very nice, not so huge, but all the more comfortable. The service was great, in all areas, whether at breakfast, dinner or the cleanliness of the room. The food itself was great. Everything tasted good and was nicely prepared. There is little to complain about. Only in the rooms would a fly screen...

Friendly family hotel very close to the Bodensee. I come here again following last year. Half-board is really fantastic!

Our favorite waterfront restaurant, but we drive there just for the veal with horseradish sauce, and the kretzel fillet, but they were closed. I'd give them 4 stars, otherwise....stay open 7 days a week.

Amazing staff, super friendly and all about making your stay the best possible. Food was delicious; you'll find local dishes as well as things like steak. Beer garden right at the lake. Defo highly recommend!

tasty restautant Its a very good option near pfahlbauten, lake constans beach. They have large seating options. Service is especially prompt by friendly staff. Food tastes really good. Ingredients are fresh. Quantities are moderate. Prices are moderate. They have children special menu.

We tried only the restaurant because the room were all already booked. But the dinner was a great experience and the service was perfect too! Who goes in that town should at least take the opportunity to eat at this restaurant.

Stuff was nice, room was clean, a bit small but the layout of the room was comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough. You could choose from different breakfast types.

Absolutely perfect location, wonderful staff and delicious food. We stayed three nights with our two very young children and it was perfect! They do need to get a new mattress but other than that we will go back and visit again.

Food and location are great. Staff was terrific. A very good breakfast bar with a lot of choice including bacon and eggs. The rooms were clean and well maintained but the noisy tiny barfridge is not a great feature. The only disappointment was the smoke from the bar drifting into the restaurant area in the evening.

The staff is incredibly freindly and nice, especially considering we only speak English! We got a lovely room overlooking the fountain and the lake with a balcony. Maria, if you read this thank you for all your help!

Great restaurant. Food is great, staff is friendly, view is phenomenal. And here are the reasons why I didn't give 5 stars: - this isn't a good location for vegetarians and even worse for vegans (fur pillows at the entrance 😐, only one vegetarian option, no vegan) - not a good location for kids (No toy corner or a playground). But breastfeeding is not a problem 😊.

This was a good place to stay as home base for a few days of diving. They kindly let us dry our gear in the nearby shed and the food was good enough to keep us coming back every night.

The angus burger was amazing!! It is smoky, juicy, one of the most satisfying burger I have ever had. It is shame that we already had dinner so we were able to eat only a burger as a dessert 🤪 I could have ordered and eaten a lot more food. I highly recommend this resto!!

Just had lunch with my wife and her parents. It was delicious and quite big portions. Very nice personnel. We enjoyed it very much and will surely come back soon.

Friendly traditional German hotel in a superb location. Had a one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It was dated but clean with minimum cooking facilities but enough for our stay. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Hotel Knaus is an older Hotel directly at the sports harbour. We had the suite under the roof which is a pretty spacious flat that easily accommodates 4 people and offers a terrace with a great view over Lake Constance.

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, nice food. Big bar and restaurant. Close to the lake and boat station. Also very good location for visiting museums and Messe at Fridrichshafen with affordable price compare to Fridrichshafen. To sum up - nice location:)

Great hotel at a great location. Five minutes walking distance to the pier serving various ferries including one to Mainau. Pretty good breakfast selection (scrambled eggs, bread, cold cut meats, cereal, fruits, and more). The attached restaurant also serves pretty good dishes. Internet access intermittently available in the room, and when connected, speeds were not sufficient to support Skype calls...

Die Lage ist einfach umwerfend. Keine 100m vom See, aber auch nah am Ortskern. Brötchenservice ist klasse, jeden Morgen frisch und lecker. Familiär geführt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem.

You just feel good, the hostess is very, very nice, in the morning you can have breakfast rolls on the door if you wish, delicious, the apartment is great, everything is super clean and the view directly over the lake is just great. Highly recommended. thumbs up

Very great neighborhood. Very friendly and straightforward. The price, 55 € for a 2 bed room, was unbeatable for the area. Unfortunately, the restaurant, which has had very good reviews, was closed. We saved the evening with pizza delivery.

If it wasn't right at the train station, it might be overlooked - but that would be a mistake. A beautiful beer garden, a clean and tidy restaurant and friendly service characterize the inn. The menu is neither too short nor too long and the food tastes very good too. We'd love to come back there sometime.

Best burgers in Bayern!!! Friendly staff and the dishes were excellent and very big portions...and to a very fair price!
