Friendly welcome, beautiful surroundings and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and varied, swimming pool a bit cold but nicely furnished. Unfortunately we couldn't open the window at night because there was no mosquito net.

We stayed for 2 nights and I was really at peace with everything, the owner was incredibly friendly and always asked if everything was good. It's always a pleasure to come back to the hotel from a short trip on the Edersee. We recommend . Thank you for a great stay.

We were there 9 nights and unfortunately we only found the peace and quiet that we had hoped for to a limited extent. At the end of the sudden construction of a prefabricated house, plus barking dogs and some room changes. Very cozy, delicious breakfast and lots of coffee ☕. The owner is very friendly and helpful, even checks the bus schedule on the network for us to see when and where we can go to Korbach. Nothing can go wrong there!

The stay was too short but our time was also limited. We do plan to revisit this area in the future.

It was just what we needed after a very long hike. A good schnitzel, large beer, and that warm atmosphere only Germany seems to be able to provide. Rooms was very large and very clean, a very comfortable bed. We slept like babies. Breakfast was nice as well.

Very clean room. Breakfast was good, nice employees! Only the pillow was too soft, but that is a personal opinion. But if you don't like soft pillow I advise to take your own pillow with you.

Dark & depressing room behind the dining area. (I wondered if the old kitchen block had been converted in to some rooms maybe?) WiFi worked 1 day out of 3 sadly. Google incorrectly shows free breakfast; there is free tea & coffee with biscuits. On the plus, free parking (for maybe 6 cars), central, fridge to store food in (as there is no catering on site).

The hotel is a little bit old but the environment is very nice. A good place for rest.

I had a wonderful stay in Fritzlar, Germany. This hotel is a complete package: style, efficient service, comfortable rooms, multilingual front desk service, and the ability to handle big groups. For the high quality of service, I recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel and breakfast buffet are high-class old-school. The room itself does not hold up to the high standards: an old bathroom with a bathtub shower (defect and dirty at first). There are extra rooms for pets for €20 per night, but don't expect a bowl or a bed for your dog.

All around very pleasant stay. Nice service with a free bus note. The room had a few old crumbs otherwise very clean. Nice that the bed is already made and an all around nice room. Food was nice too. It's fresh and still warm, the pancakes and pastries as an example. Personnel is probably biggest plus. So nice and always meeting with a smile and helpful.

The floor and the walls are made of marble. Makes a wonderful feeling of elegance.

The welcome was very warm! The hotel has been renovated inside and out! Everything is super clean! I had a single room (# 211) it was also very clean and the mattress was very comfortable! The stay in this house was very nice and warm. I have known this house for years and am very pleasantly surprised at how much energy and courage the new owner has shown to this day and still has before. Friendly people, from reception, wellness and restaurant!

An excellent, classic Spa hotel, with perfect breakfast and very good service.

All in all, it was good. The comfort room was big enough, as was the bathroom. However, the room was not cleaned, only the bed was made. The buffet area in the breakfast room is far too small. Otherwise, everything was there and it was constantly being refilled.

The hotel is located quite centrally opposite a rehabilitation clinic. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the hotel is nice overall. The service is very good in advance. Room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were very soft and luxurious. Very good breakfast, with lots of locally produced food. Earlier reviews mention no English - this has obviously changed, as all the staff we met spoke English, and many signs were in both English and German.

Nice themes in the rooms, but overall not as perfect as we expected. The breakfast was fine. A few meters from the hotel is some bar and people there are very loud at Fridays. Perfect location and typical german architecture.

We are visiting from another country and got to the hotel past early morning. We were in need to find a room and Krebs was absolutely amazing. He helped us with every single thing and did not leave our side until we were all set up. He went back and forth to help us and also spoke excellent English which helped since we do not speak Dutch. Great hotel, with a very good breakfast and a nice restaurant, a spa and many options for sauna and hot pools. The only problem is regarding the shower, water pressure might swing rapidly turning the water temperature either super hot or super cold, i almost fell in the shower due to the water becoming burning hot.

We love this hotel. It’s the only place we will stay when we visit Bad Arolsen. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating, and the breakfast has lots of options. This hotel is in a quiet location. Parking is free outside the hotel and in the car park next to it. The rooms are very large and exceptionally clean. Nice hotel. There a restaurant and a pub for food and drink. Free wifi and parking available. Nearby offers limited shopping options. There a park and foredt trails for running, which are worth.

For a 3 star hotel it really is on the upper level. The rooms are not brand new but all clean, so are the bathrooms. The beds are a bit squeaky but not uncomfortable. Breakfast is solid and offers all an average person might want. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My four stars don't make it a 4 star hotel but a good 3 star hotel.

Rooms are comfortable but the breakfast is quite minimalistic and the room amenities would need to be rethought (e.g. there's a nespresso coffee machine in the room but you have to pay a ridiculous 1.5 euro to use one capsule).

The food was delicious. We were served by two women, the first one wasn't friendly and didn't feel like serving us. After a while we got another employee. We felt much more comfortable with her because she knew something about service and friendliness. The selection of dishes was sufficient.

It is suitable for hiking. It is 4 kilometers away from the city, but the surrounding area is really beautiful. At the foot of the mountain, there is a small trail opposite that leads to the top of the mountain. It is very suitable for hiking.

The hotel is really beautiful, located in a resort area. The air has a high level of negative oxygen ions in the morning, which makes me feel better when I stay here!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and can only report positive things. The rooms are clean and spacious and you feel comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet and very sufficient. As a family, we had no complaints.

It's great that there is a bridge connecting the hotel room and the water park building, so we didn't need to wear big jackets to the water park and could take a nice shower in the hotel afterwards.

In the Centerparcs hotel, the rooms were freshly renovated, the bathroom redesigned and modern, and the furniture in the room stylish and comfortable. A large flat screen TV as well as a coffee machine and mini fridge are standard, as well as a safe in the closet. We particularly liked the new bathroom.

We come here regularly for a midweek, both in summer and winter, actually all year round. Always in a hotel room with an associated breakfast. The park is huge and nicely arranged. The houses are well maintained, nicely furnished, good equipped and very clean. The facilities in the park are great for children and the ski slopes are just a 20 mins car drive away.

Excellent hotel! Smooth process at all levels. Plentiful buffet in the evening and in the morning. We had a great room, very clean, just the design of what is supposed to be a sink took a little getting used to. My recommendation: take advantage of the many offers and have a great time!

Decent hotel, we stayed in their biggest suite which was like $600+ a night. I did like the suite and the huge deck was nice too but the decor was a little questionable at times. I didn't really mind that though, my biggest issue was the service. The staff was often rude or straight up condescending, especially during check-in. Comfortable, beautiful rooms. Modernly equipped with Apple TV and all streaming services. Family-like, friendly service both in the hotel and in the adjoining restaurant. Each room is individually designed and can be requested when booking. The restaurant is highly recommended - super delicious food and good service.

We stayed overnight on a long trip, so just one night but it was lovely, they were super-nice with our two young kids and put us at ease. We would love to come back again!
