A really great place for a short-term holiday in Germany. Would recommend to a family of 2-3. As an English family in Germany, we really felt at home with tye service. Thankfully, they speak English yet provide the German experience.

Nice hotel for a stopover. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, AC in the room, and a spa and a small gym. Rooms were not dirty, but cleaning must be improved.

Not as described. Don’t go by the photos. The rooms are extremely small. We had the double twin room & in the photos there was distance between the two beds. When we arrived there was no distance between beds & they were together, making a queen. The staff was for the most part accommodating, except one extremely rude & insulting lady at the front desk. I personally, would not return to this hotel in the future.

For a 4 star hotel, everything is just too far below expected quality. A 3 star rating would be more accurate.
Second time visiting as an overnight stop on the way home from vacation. It was chosen since it seemed close to the Autobahn and reviews were good. We forgot we booked here a year ago and remembered only when we arrived that we had a disappointing experience the first time. And it was the same the second time. Last time we will visit.

We had a really positive experience with the hotel. The rooms were good, the breakfast was great, and the service was outstanding. Lukas, who helped us when we arrived, was friendly and helpful. And thanks to him we found a place for a fantastic dinner.

the room was great. Extremely clean. Loved that both parking and breakfast were free. the breakfast was amazing. best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. I would love to visit and stay there again.

Hotel without AC in all rooms is nowadays totally unacceptable especially during these very hot periods. Not even mosquito nets are installed at the windows that one could open the windows during the night to get a bit colder air. Never again.
