HARBR. hotel

The Hotel HARBR. in Heilbronn is excellent. It was a big surprise to me the fact that I had booked such a good hotel just by chance. It's not close to the town center but that's also an advantage for not sedentary people. The walk from the hotel to the center, partly alongside the River Neckar is very nice and interesting. The hotel building is apparently soundproof. The rooms are therefore indeed peaceful. Besides, they are comfortable, at least that I was allocated, and well furnished and lit up by daylight thanks to their large windows. From some of the rooms one can contemplate a nice view over the stated river. The staff members are extremely kind and helpful, particularly the ones working at the front desk. During my stay there was a Portuguese receptionist who is a lovely lady. She helped me a lot in finding out on the map the most interesting places to be visited in Heilbronn. Likewise, one of the waitresses working at the restaurant at breakfast time, also Portuguese, is diligent and friendly. The breakfast was good. In the relevant buffet there was all that is needed to quench one’s hunger for some time. Everything is of an excellent quality. This is really remarkable as regards the pastry, but also the fruit, which is fresh and tasty, especially the sweet fruit. On account of its decoration, the restaurant is a very pleasant place. Besides, there isn't hardly any noise and on the days I stayed at the Hotel, there was no music. Therefore, the atmosphere was optimum for enjoying the breakfast. Apart from that, there is a robot helping the personnel concerned, which might sometimes be very amusing. By and large, therefore, the hotel fulfills nearly all the conditions for assuring a stupendous sojourn in Heilbronn. It's beyond any doubt a recommendable place to stay in that city. I would very much like to stay again at that Hotel.

The desk was very helpful and gave me the room i wanted (Facing the Neckar, away from the Lift, on a silent floor). The room itself was nicely decorated, but has a certain bleakness. Guess thats the way Harbr wants to be viewed? The concrete walls on the floors are following that bleakness. Bathroom was big, and comfortable. The Chair in the room is nice to look at, but not really something to sit on. It was rather cold outside in February, and the room itself didnt offer the warmth i need. Next time i will bring my own blanket. I got a cold that night and couldnt try out the breakfast. Otherwise this is a fine place to stay in Heilbronn. There arent many good hotels in Heilbronn, so please, check this Hotel. Parking is free outside on the weekends in the street leading to the Harbr. If you are a tourist be sure to avoid the inner city of Heilbronn at Night. This Hotel is somewhat outside from the center of Heilbronn and thus i can recommend it.

Very good

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. At the beginning there was a drinks voucher and now nothing is done and the guest has to ask for everything like a supplicant and that even with higher room prices. Tip: you get a bathrobe for the sauna... you just have to ask at reception 😉

Very nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch.
Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on.
Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Top hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The hotel is in the industrial area of ​​Heilbronn with a direct view of the Neckar. It is very quiet and idyllic here at the weekend. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful really clean room with excellent bathroom contemporary styling. Free parking on site. Amazing breakfast with plenty of selection just off the autobahn nicely located by the River. Ideally for a transit stop. Friendly staff, highly recommend.

Shining new hotel with a marine themed rooms, cool bar and bike/scooter rental on the spot. Yes, it's in the industrial area, but that's not a problem when you re coming to Heilbronn with a car. Note with reference to some other reviews- hotel bar/restaurant is very much open at 10pm, you can find also a little fridge with refreshments, drinks and snacks in the lobby.
