No AC on a summers day We spend a night as family in this hotel and we weren't happy. We had a duplex and the room temperature on the 2nd floor was 34 degrees. There was no A/C. It was impossible to sleep. It was also noisy from the room next door.

Clean and comfortable hotel Nice big family room, immaculately clean, all surfaces was literally shining. Breakfast was good, with the selection of food you would expect in a german hotel. EV charger in the parking lot was a bonus.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Could do with AirCon, but there was a fan in the room that was quiet and kept the air flowing. Breakfast was amazing, outdoor seating in the morning was a perfect way to start the day.

Awesome hotel. Extremely clean, the area is quiet, had lots of supermarkets just behind the building. The rooms are modern, the hotel has a small gym also very very clean, I loved it. Has a sauna, and pretty decent breakfast. Tv, WiFi , even found a book to read ok my desk :) very comfy bed and bedsheets, has a small desk to work on and blackout curtains. Can adjust temperature in the room very easily...

Nice hotel in the centre of Walldorf. The city centre is a stone throw away. The room is decently sized for one person. The hotel is close to the SAP ( 10 min walk). The staff is warm and hospitable. The morning breakfast was good with multiple options. Edeka and Aldi are just around the corner for any needs.

Neat and clean. Good breakfast. Even though you book in advance good rooms are not provided. 3rd floor rooms are small. Ceiling height is low if you are tall your head will surely hit the ceiling. Second floor rooms are fine. Service / flexibility was also bad as they denied cancellation for 1 day even though we informed 3 days in advance.

Comfy .... more importantly walking distance from SAP HQ.

Very good position. Rooms are spacious enough and breakfast offers a wide choice. They have also shuttle bus to SAP or the nearby companies for free.

It's all good in general. The room is big. However, after checking in, we were asked to wait for more than hour before we could get a room. It says 15H to register, but we arrived at 15H and had to wait for more than hour.

The hotel is very big, probably with hundreds of rooms, a swimming pool and a sauna. The rooms are the largest of the same level hotels I have stayed in Europe, and the decoration is also relatively new.

Remote hotel with no open bar, not ideal with a long walk to the nearest off site bar or restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable

A really great place for a short-term holiday in Germany. Would recommend to a family of 2-3. As an English family in Germany, we really felt at home with tye service. Thankfully, they speak English yet provide the German experience.

Nice hotel for a stopover. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, AC in the room, and a spa and a small gym. Rooms were not dirty, but cleaning must be improved.

Lovely, clean, and good value hotel. I enjoyed a buffet breakfast every morning with good coffee. The staff were friendly, considerate, and very obliging - speaking perfect English as my own German language ability is minimal. I will definitely stay again and recommend them to anyone visiting Waldorf.

This was a place we found by chance. What a gem this place is. The room is clean, spacious and well laid out, the food is excellent and the staff are friendly and courteous. The pricing is fair for what you get. All in all a great wee place I strongly recommend.

I was here till yesterday for 3 days.. well maintained rooms. Individual wifi router and TV for each room. Common iron box. Clean rooms. A wide range of variety for breakfast. Very friendly owners and staffs. Easy car parking in the streets. God view and sunlight. 360 degrees fan for summer and everything one needs for a stay. Need not think a second time to book this place.

Great place to stay. Rooms are good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My stay spanned across a few weeks which allowed me some time to do some hikes and collect insights about the city and the region.

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Wifi was terrible. It's DSL and struggles with 2 connected devices. I'm still giving 4 stars b/c the stay was pleasant, and the location is great - so I'm excusing the 1990's internet situation. Something to improve though.

Last week we celebrated our wedding here and all the guests loved the details and food preparation done by the hotel. Almost all our guests stayed in the hotel as well and it was a smooth experience with checkin and breakfast. Very friendly staff and owners. A beautiful place connected to many areas of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Everything worked out well. Hot water and heater. Very large and clean junior suite with a great box spring bed, a kitchen and a view of flowering trees. Friendly service. Small point deduction: Unfortunately, the plug was missing in the bathtub, so you couldn't enjoy a bath.

A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Very nice room This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but that's just us. Clean and modern property The hotels in the centre of Leimen are not very nice so chose Engelhorn even though you need a car because it’s in a more industrial type location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. Staff very friendly, free parking on site. Would return if I had to stay in Leimen (instead of directly in Heidelberg)

The breakfast is good, the rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms have everything you need ... shampoo, gel and toothpaste with brush. The checkin service out of hours are very well explained so you do not stay out of the hotel. There is a very large parking lot just in front if there is no space in front of it. Hotel recommended

I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the Jim Clark Historics motor races at The Hockenheimring. The reception is efficient, the rooms clean and modern. Hotel Heidelberg is located outside downtown Heidelberg. We enjoy staying here because the area is walkable with convenient access to the street car to get to the main train station. We enjoy the local shops nearby. It is an older hotel with the charm and quirks of such. Our room is very quiet with no noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway.

Great place for long stays. I've stayed there with 2 other people for a few nights, and the stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment was wide and fully equipped, so we could stay in, cook, relax and enjoy the serene view of the yard. It's outside Heidelberg but only a few minutes by car, which was very convenient. Very good German cuisine with dishes that you don't get everywhere. Very loving preparation, reasonable waiting time for the freshly prepared food. Very friendly natural but professional service. The only slightly unpleasant point of criticism is the fact that the boss did not inquire whether everything was ok, even though he was two tables away for a conversation. We'd love to come back anyway!

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably

I stayed at this hotel in connection with a visit to one of the residents of the nearby Augustinum carehome, which could not offer guest accomodation. Used this hotel as a base for my trip to the 2016 German Grand Prix. It's located about 2km south of the city centre but it is perfect for the purpose I needed it for. There's abundant transport links to the city centre, central train station (Hauptbahnhoff) or both. On top of that, the hotel ensures that you get to your room even outside of reception hours.

The place is nice, with two tram. lines close that can bring you to the downtown. The room was good, with nice bed. The main problems were that the room was cleaned only once in two weeks (what is not very relevant for just one weekend). Before arriving make sure that they send you the entrance code and the number of the room. The codification system of the key was also anoying.

Excellent accomodation with parking space. Appartment has everything you need even for longer stay. Public transportation is near, all shops also. Walking to centre is quite long, so public transportation is recommended because it works excellent. Very nice place to be. Thank you acora.

We have booked Leonardo Heidelberg hotel for a week and it was one of the best choices we've made in this trip!! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped with everything we needed! Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. I went there for a wedding party. The service was very nice. The buffet table was a little small for this many people, but the food was delicious. Great location for this kind of event. We stayed overnight in the guest house which was also nice. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.
