Breakfast is great and the sauna is lovely

Had a single room, everything was presented. Only down side was no airconditioning, on a day being 30 degree celsius these would have been amazing. Staff is well rounded, speaking fluently English is a plus for Germany

Very satisfied with my stay. Nice rooms, splendid service from the staff and good food. Beautiful surroundings that is perfect for a morning run. Here I will return if the possible occurs.

Our family loved the Forellenhof Walsrode. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had amazing food and drinks. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly helpful

Worth a small detour Family-run, apparently very popular place among locals. A few on-going events while we were there: a wedding and a 50th, but not disturbing at all

The room was very spacious and the hotel staff was also very friendly. The view from the rooms is very beautiful as they have a garden. The breakfast was also pretty good

I organised a trip with 26 people to this hotel for a weekend at Serengeti Park and Heide Park. The location is perfect as it is in the middle and easy to reach both places

I have never stayed like that clean room before in Germany. Breakfast was good and Hotel team was smiler. thank you for your hospitality

Expensive but lots of fun. Best avoided during holidays as it can be packed with long waiting times. I appreciate the high level of safety, always double checked before the thrill rides. Well done Heidepark staff!

There were so many people but you didn't have to wait really long so it was more than fine. I could go everywhere at least one time and I only had 6 hours. The food is kinda expensive but it's alright

very nice rooms (we had pirate suite) which the kids loved. We were not sure about dinner buffet, but it was very good with average price 98 euro for family of 4. One improvement point for the room

Just had the Buffet, but it was a great expiriance. Good Food, free Beer, Whine and beverages, nice Restaurant, like Pirates Tartuga... The Bar was a Ship, also great areas for kids.

We had a great time spending 3 days in the park. First day was school day so we could enjoy all without queues. Was awesome! Other days most attractions had 30-40 minutes queue

It looked like the floor haven't been washed and it was a bit sticky on arrival. But could easily solve it on our own. Thanks a lot for a very good weekend!

At this moment, someone suggested we contact Landhotel Schnuck, and thankfully, the lady at the reception who received our call not only spoke good English, but also was patient, polite, and offered us a room after taking some time to check her system

To our horror, as we reached towards the evening, hotel after hotel turned us away and we were stuck in the cold with a child wondering if we should head back to Hamburg

Been here 5 days or still will be until next Tuesday. no star deductions, everything was great, great sauna, great breakfast, parking, very nice staff, be it at the reception, in service or with the cleaning lady

For some stupid reason, we were under the impression that a tourist spot like the Heide would always have hotels where we could check in

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer geräumig, sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant, gute Cocktails. Sauna und Wellness umfangreich und sehr gut.

An unexpectedly great café visit. Very nice team and cozy atmosphere with a great view. The coffee drinks are very tasty. But the highlight is the selection of cakes. The pieces are very large and very tasty

Great place. Spa in the basement with pool and sauna. Nice breakfast. But unfortunately terrible beds. No air conditioning in the room

A ray of hope on such a cloudy day!! Although it was quite busy, we found a nice spot and were served very friendly and received our order very quickly. The coffee (mug - large cup) was great

Frisian cake and buckwheat cake. It's a shame that the prospect of Hamburg didn't work out. We'll probably have to come back there

This place is awesome! If you are staying nearby then please take the time to visit. I'm not a fan of theme parks, but this one is really worth the money. There's so much to do, lots to eat and more than enough rides

After reading the reviews I regretted booking it. But I must say we spent a great time there. My daughter (4yo) had a lot of fun. It's a pity the swimming pool could be visited only once

A few of the rides are outrageously hardcore and some people may not have the stomach for them, but there's many rides for younger children too

When we visited, some of the attractions were closed due to covid restrictions, but there was still plenty to do

Lovely setting in a fantastic part of Germany (SO MUCH to do in the area). The accomodation is fairly basic, particularly for cooking in, but worked fine for our family of 5, plus doggie

Absolutely wonderful hotel, with a fantastic restaurant, situated in a beautiful landscape. The staff were top class, responsive and friendly. This hotel and restaurant cannot be improved, highly recommended!

A nice hotel, which is very close to Heide Park. Ideal for a stay if you are going to the amusement park! The breakfast was good and actually much better than we hoped for 👍 The rooms are fine and have all you need

I have stayed here a couple of times for business. The rooms are small but clean and adequate for a short stay. Some of the older rooms have creaky beds which are not ideal but the newer rooms are more comfortable

Beautiful location right in the woods. Dont be afraid of spiders or other insects. Cottages are very quiet and rustic. Would be even better if there would be a small kitchen in the cottages, the space is there

Surprising hotel - certainly not what was expected. It's in a beautiful remote setting. But it is the natural beauty there that makes this our favourite place we stayed on our trip to Germany

This is my first time to visit Europe. I booked this hotel and stayed for one night only, as I will continue to other city in Germany. This hotel was awesome! Best hotel in a small city, Celle

The room was spacious and they have heater for both room and bathroom as well. 30 to 10 AM on the weekdays, meanwhile it will be available till 11 AM on the weekend

Ths is a very nice hotel and a short walk into the city. It has beautiful scenery and a nice shopping area.

Classy hotel in a small and culturally interesting city that I unfortunately did not have the time to visit this time making a short stop in Celle traveling from Copenhagen back to Switzerland

This is the kind of five star hotel that you only find in the German speaking world. They still have single rooms with a roomy bath room, shoe polishing service and a brush to remove the dust from your seldom used tuxedo

My review is based purely on the hospitality of management staff for going out of their way and doing us a favor to allow us and take photo's in their hotel. coming to unlock the building for us personally

And based on the aesthetic of the hotel, it was absolutely gorgeous. Their meeting rooms and lobby are stunning. We were so impressed, we cannot wait to stay here as full guests once the hotel reopens

Not cheap, but worth the extra. The staff is superb, friendly and helpful. The breakfast layout is excellent with a la carte available as well. Beautiful hotel and very well appointed rooms

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this hotel because they were closed due to COVID, however we did have the pleasure of taking some of our wedding photos there while we were in town
