Nice Hotel, great Restaurant with great food and friendly service.
The superior room was spacious, sleeping and living room and balcony with sea view.
Comfortable big beds and soft towels in the bathroom! the only minus was the very small sink.
All in all , it was a nice stay and we would like to come again!

Beautiful hotel on the shore of the lake, wonderful service and fabulous food. Provided e-bikes to tour the lovely countryside. Definitely the place tonstay in Wasserburg.

Positives:
Great location by the lake.
Excellent Michelin Guide restaurant and lakeside bar/cafe.
Recently renovated so rooms are quite new.
Breakfast was great.

Negatives:
The suite we stayed in (1st floor) was described to be "light-filled" and have a lake view. Both of those things were barely true. Suite actually struggled with natural light and view of the lake was mostly obstructed.
The design of the suite was quite poor, bedroom too small with little space for luggage. It was hot but impractical to keep windows open as there was no insect netting.
There was a party on one night that went on late, impossible to relax or get any sleep in the room.
Smoke alarms went into some sort of test mode without warning on a Sunday morning for approximately 30 minutes.
Spa was under construction.

Really nice and stylish hotel. Near by all one needs. Service was friendly and individual. Place is peaceful with a great view. Hotel has even own yard right next to the lake. Hotel restaurant was just excellent! Incredibly good food beautifully presented.
We stayed 3 nights and will come back. The place is built up with a good eye and soul.

Food is fantastic. Property is very beautiful, modern and clean.
Service staff is a little too young for the prices charged here. Some of them seem to be even school students. Some do not speak German or English. The bar / lounge by the lake is not open on weekends when the main touristic traffic is here in the Summer months. This means you are not able to have a drink or coffee while lying by the lake. If you are thirsty and the restaurant is shut you cannot get a drink. This was surprising because at check-in it was announced the bar is open every day as of 3 PM. When calling the reception to ask about this there was no answer. Reception staff were missing during official reception opening hours.

We went there for my husband’s birthday dinner. The environment of the restaurant is very comfortable, but elegant. The service was super - friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing - exquisite plate design, fine Ingredients, great tastes! At the end of the dinner they presented us some chocolate as dessert for free, after knowing we had a cake waiting at home - very considerate. I can only recommend.
Tips:
📬need to make a reservation in advance (1 week when it’s high season).
📬there’s a parking area closed to the restaurant (ca.100m), please prepare some coins for the parking ticket.

We celebrated a lovely wedding there! The location, food, atmosphere, and charm are really a highlight! The rooms are a bit small and pricey for what they are...

My review is related to the restaurant. The restaurant supposed to be the high cuisine, but the service was really slow for us.
Even if the food was tasty, we were disappointed. I belive the comfort of the guests is more important then the white gloves. We arrive to the hotel after the long trip, but needed to wait ages to get any appetizers, any piece of bread. Just to follow rules of the "gourmet restaurant" it is not enough to become great.
