Very ordinary. For 3 star superior, there was no provision made for fans in the summer heat. If you opened windows you were invaded by mosquitoes. The management was not very obliging. We were in the hotel for 5 night and had taken 3 rooms and yet we were charged 7 euros to wash 7 plates for a birthday cake! Not the money but reflected the lack of hospitality of the owner.

We booked a room for 2 days and could not attend as it was impossible to be there without methods of teleportation. There were floods in the region and austria in 2024 (see picture added) and WE CANCELED the reservation, again, as there was no possible way to arrive in time without a possibility of death. They wanted the money anyway as the cancelation was to close to the date. And called lawyers on us. Sorry that we can not see into the future that floods arrive a few days before the date we wanted to be there. We are going to pay, as calling our layers and suing them is not worth the stress and time. But this hotel not accommodating the situation we were in is plain rude, we did not have bad intentions, we just were not able to come due to floods - again.

Great travel/on the go hotel. Quick. friendly check-in and food and drinks served till late with option to purchase sandwiches and snacks 24 hrs. I particularly like the fact that they have an ironing room on each floor with a top-notch steam iron. Nice location to airport and quick access to taxi.

Room was nice and clean and hotel is close to the island of Lindau and really nice restaurants. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and polite

As we were checking out, we had a long drive ahead so we couldn’t stay for breakfast. We asked if we could have a cup of coffee to go, he charged four euro and wasn’t very nice about it. Just a bit disappointing.

It was such a lovely experience, beautiful, lovely sweet owners, great hospitality, great location, breakfast super and rooms very cozy and extremely clean. I'm definitely going back and give my highest recommendation. Thumbs up all the way 👍😁🫶
