Very nice place. The rooms are roomy and clean and windows can be opened. The restaurant is very good to the fish we got was well prepared and tasty. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we did not get our invoice as promised. We had to sent them a few mails before we go it settled.

Fantastic price/quality. I loved the schnitzel and the room was very quite and the bed very good. Not too soft not too hard. Hotel is situated on a square and a lovely street with shops.

The hotel is located not far from the Zwischenahner Meer. Everything is within walking distance. Parking spaces behind the house. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights. Staff and service in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was very good. The table was beautifully decked out and decorated for a birthday. There was also champagne. Since the hotel was quite full, there were not enough parking spaces.

We have rarely felt as comfortable as we did in this hotel. We received a very friendly welcome. Our dog was bribed with a dog blanket, bowl and treats. Friendliness, cleanliness and service as well as the breakfast were unparalleled. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Great hotel and great spa but horrible beds. We booked the suite. They were extremely hard and we had a hard time getting decent sleep. I don’t understand why a hotel purchases mattresses who are so hard and therefore so specific for a small group of people. Too bad.
