Great hotel and great spa but horrible beds. We booked the suite. They were extremely hard and we had a hard time getting decent sleep. I don’t understand why a hotel purchases mattresses who are so hard and therefore so specific for a small group of people. Too bad.

Very nice place. The rooms are roomy and clean and windows can be opened. The restaurant is very good to the fish we got was well prepared and tasty. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we did not get our invoice as promised. We had to sent them a few mails before we go it settled.

Fantastic price/quality. I loved the schnitzel and the room was very quite and the bed very good. Not too soft not too hard. Hotel is situated on a square and a lovely street with shops.

Fantastic hotel & restaurant. Turned up at hotel a little early and there was no one on reception but the lady that was at the restaurant was fantastic. She gave us free tea & biscuits while we waited to get some one to book us in. The room was great with free bottle water and TV etc. Great bed & on suite. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. This is a very nice, tastefully furnished hotel, the reception staff were very nice and helpful. The food in the Treibholz restaurant was very, very good, the staff were very polite. The breakfast was very rich, varied and good, and we were greeted very friendly. Overall, we were very enthusiastic.

We only had a short (1 night) stay and we loved the service. Our room was under the roof and it wasn't too hot. A fan is also available for such days. The beds are top and perfect, the furnishings are of good quality and functional. We had also eaten in the hotel and it was very lekker, the service was great and courteous. So gladly again.

It was an average room which was maybe a bit overpriced. It was nicely renovated, although personal taste may differ. Despite the non smoking rule, our room still had this somewhat dirty smell from years of smoking to it. Staff was friendly.

Very friendly staff, extensive breakfast buffet. Price-performance ratio is great. However, the rooms are very noisy. The small, cozy terrace doesn't help either.

Park possibility and wellness area (even if guests have to pay an extra for it and there is a limited time for using).
