Loved it. Entrance shows chocolate, reception chocolate, foyer chocolate, during dinner chocolate, in the bar chocolate etcetera. So nice. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. We should really go back there again. Great.

2 hotels in 1 Room was comfortable, quiet and clean but a bit dated. We arrived at the hotel Altes Stadthuis and were told that our room was in a different hotel, Hotel Busch across the town square. Not a big deal but I would have wanted to know in advance that we were staying in a different hotel. No elevator and we struggled a bit with our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Fantastic hotel & restaurant. Turned up at hotel a little early and there was no one on reception but the lady that was at the restaurant was fantastic. She gave us free tea & biscuits while we waited to get some one to book us in. The room was great with free bottle water and TV etc. Great bed & on suite. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel actually deserves 25 stars. Very friendly staff and the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The cleaning staff is extremely attentive. When I arrived late in the evening, I just took my "clothes" out of my pocket and hung my work clothes over the chair. Very nice place. The rooms are roomy and clean and windows can be opened. The restaurant is very good to the fish we got was well prepared and tasty. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we did not get our invoice as promised. We had to sent them a few mails before we go it settled.

Fantastic price/quality. I loved the schnitzel and the room was very quite and the bed very good. Not too soft not too hard. Hotel is situated on a square and a lovely street with shops.

Thought the hotel was lovely, particularly the bedroom which was a single room. The lobby was a little bit outdated, but this did not matter. The views of the lake from the restaurant and my room were stunning. Great setting.

Great hotel. Friendly with dogs 🐕 😊. Nice area for dog walk along the lake. Breakfast was also Vegan friendly. Tell them beforehand and they will bring out vegan entries for your morning breakfast. And finally, great spa area with sauna, Finish sauna (super humid) and steam room.

The hotel and is nice and clean. We had to checkout day early because of change of plan. Hotel staff told us they will provide full refund for 1 night. After checking out early we were told hotel didn't approve the refund.

Nice hotel, great location I liked this hotel a lot but the sun was shining, I'm not sure there were many in-hotel facilities if it had rained though but it didn't so all was good. Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also...

Service and the room very good

The large room with a view over the lake makes it easy to enjoy Bad Zwischenahn. The hotel is well-situated asnd is a good starting point for a walk along the lake. The city centre is just around the corner, with its Christmas market, holds various places for a coffee break. I liked it.

We only had a short (1 night) stay and we loved the service. Our room was under the roof and it wasn't too hot. A fan is also available for such days. The beds are top and perfect, the furnishings are of good quality and functional. We had also eaten in the hotel and it was very lekker, the service was great and courteous. So gladly again.

SEA Site room 217 with our dog was perfect. Renovated bathroom, much better than 217 landsiteroom . Nice friendly service. Great sauna.

Cold shower! There was only cold water in the bathroom (including the shower) both days we were there. That's too bad! Otherwise we were very happy.

We saw no other guest aged below 50 years...

Can't understand the negative reviews. We stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was ok and was always refilled. The boss and the staff very friendly and helpful. So always gladly.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service at a good price. The spa and pools are extensive and offer true relaxation. Restaurant four courses priced decent with their own homemade wine, which tastes fresh and easy. Decent size apartments and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very, very good meat and a super cozy as well as pretty resturant. The service was also really good, and our waitress was good at taking care of our gluten free needs.

We have had a family vacation here since 2015. It is nice to see the same faces and also new ones every year. The loyalty of the employees is a good sign for Jagdhaus Eiden as an employer. Very relaxing, warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautiful, spa was amazing. The location is great - private and quiet but only a few minutes walk to the downtown of the town. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of local specialties! Service was top notch! Would love to come back for a longer time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; our apartment was large, not modern but well-maintained, functional, and, like everything else, very clean. Breakfast was decent, with constant refills, and, in our opinion, there were no large amounts of food thrown away for later, as in many other places. The swimming pool (approx. 10 x 5 m) was sufficient for getting fit for the day.

A nice and clean hotel, you get a warm welcome there and everyone is very nice and friendly to you. There is a very tasty breakfast buffet with plenty to offer. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come here again.

I was only a guest in the nice little hotel for one night and can highly recommend it! Before the first-class breakfast, I enjoyed yoga in the hotel garden and then swam a few laps in the indoor pool. I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel zum Rosenteich! The service was really great - the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which is second to none. There was a large selection that made the perfect start to the day.

However, the 80x80 shower and the entire bathroom were too small for me, but that was only the only point of criticism...

We booked an overnight stay. The hotel is in a top location, our double room was modern, very clean. The breakfast had a large selection, a bit of everything. It was always cleaned up very quickly and the service was really very good throughout the house. Here you can really escape from everyday life. Many thanks to the whole team and keep it up. We have rarely felt as comfortable as we did in this hotel. We received a very friendly welcome. Our dog was bribed with a dog blanket, bowl and treats. Friendliness, cleanliness and service as well as the breakfast were unparalleled. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
