This is my 3rd visit there and the hotel and area had improved 👌🏾 a lot. They are now working on expanding the pool and the building, so in the future, it will be much better it's close to a nice beach and has a restaurant on the property and in the area . I would recommend this place it's not a 5 star yet but will be in the future.

This resort is perfect for family vacation, a very quiet place, kid-friendly you do not have to worry about safety everything are under control and it's perfect if you are traveling on budget.

It was not my first time but it will be the last, this place is terrible, they kept receiving people even though it was under construction, there is no cleaning, we had to clean and ask for chlorine to use the bathroom, the same day we wanted to leave, and the Italian receptionist told us that the owner was going to go and never went, then another young lady told us that the owner told us to stay until the next day, we told her that we did not want to stay and still they made us stay. In the afternoon we tried to calm the stress by using the pool but then we had to leave because of the sand from the construction. The next day the owner wanted to charge us for the night to which we said no, and that we were going to communicate with the ministry of tourism, that man began to shout that we should not return to his hotel, which we were not going to do because no one pays to be in a construction and disgusting place.

1st of all my wife and I went over there my wife is from the United States and we went on expedient and they said it was all inclusive so when we got there even though the prices very very cheap it was $19 for both of us I couldn't even believe that she found a place that says on cruises for that amount of money the parts that have thing is the Room with very very clean the people at the bar were very very nice we had a really nice time but at the same told him they said that the beach was on the premises no it was not it was across the street the front desk she was very rude to my wife besides that we had a nice time

For the price you can not expect much with the facilities and confort. But a bit of maintenance and cleanliness would be great.

This hotel is not safe and provides no security to the guest. My 35 year old cousin was found dead in the hotel pool Sunday August 4th,2021 at approximately 9pm. He came to DR to celebrate his birthday and lost his life. His 2 gold chains were not found with his body.
His death was ruled as “drowning “ but details leading up to his death is suspicious. Although there’s camera all around the pool area, our family was first informed that the person to view the camera was not working that day. We returned the next day and was then told their cameras were not working.
The lack of effort from the hotel is unacceptable.
