The power went out a couple of times but that’s because there was a storm, and the flies mentioned in another comment can not be helped due to it being such a hot tropical country, it happens

Our stay was amazing, thanks largely to the incredible entertainment staff. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making every activity—from pool games to nightly shows—unforgettable

It's also a great place to walk along the sandy beach - from one point you can walk barefoot to another point about 1

This is a beautiful resort, we are staying at the adults only side and it's got everything you need for a great stay. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the restaurants have been very good so far

The resort also has 6 restaurants (3 on the adult side and 3 on the family side): 2 French, one Italian, one Brazilian, one Japanese, and one seafood restaurant

Food has been amazing would definitely return again came on holiday for my wife’s birthday and you all helped make it a special one she will never forget !

The ambient is so relax at Los Altos that it is a joy to stay here. Some of the apartments have a very nice view to To Die Fore golf course. Pool, Gym, open spaces... highly recommended.

Well situated, incredibly well maintained, private pools and grills between units, a nice gym and walking distance to Altos de Chavon. Loved staying here.

One was so determined to get the particular sunbed she wanted it was dragged over my partners foot. The beach is fabulous and we have swam in the sea every day. Very little weed and no sign of jelly fish

Wonderful holiday at this hotel. Amazing staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms are beautiful we had a junior suite on the beach which was light and airy plenty of room and cleaned on a daily basis

On our final day of a fabulous 2 weeks stay. Room is immaculate although a little worn looking. Only down side was the fan which was very noisy and we were unable to turn off. If s2t it to off it Heated the room up

Yesterday saw a sudden influx of Spanish speaking guest who are incredibly noisy and rude. Pushing us out the way to take all the food in the dining room, each playing their own choice of music around the pool

The water is a little murky but put that down to the storms. Would definitely recommend this hotel. They have endeavoured to make our stay as wonderful as possible

Until today the service has been excellent with prompt response and everyone attempting to communicate when they realised we didn't speak Spanish
