Wonderful holiday at this hotel. Amazing staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms are beautiful we had a junior suite on the beach which was light and airy plenty of room and cleaned on a daily basis. All inclusive drinks are excellent and food is excellent. Anyone wanting to travel to the D R, I would highly recommend this hotel fro a relaxing chill out

On our final day of a fabulous 2 weeks stay. Room is immaculate although a little worn looking. Cleaned well every day. Only down side was the fan which was very noisy and we were unable to turn off. I really loved the place! The food was so good, the entertainment was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything was so beautiful and nice. The drinks were delicious, they have some great bartenders too. If you ever go, make sure to go the pool bar and have a chat with Luis, very fun and interesting guy. Overall every worker was nice pleasant to speak with.

We had a really nice stay. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the activities were fun. The room was clean and the grounds well maintained. They are regularly doing upkeep. The water at the beach isn’t clear but it’s nice to swim, sail or kayak in. Good temperature for us and our kids. We feel well rested.

Alexia (one of the managers) was very friendly and very helpful. Ramon (assistant) was helpful and friendly as well. It was a good place to go with the family and relax for couple of days. The restaurants were good but the buffet was okay, nothing special. Overall the stuff there was friendly and nice. Jhongelin was very friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful resort, we are staying at the adults only side and it's got everything you need for a great stay. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the restaurants have been very good so far. I'd recommend this resort to anyone, the only downside is the sea isn't as clear as other resorts I've stayed at because of a river outlet just along the coast. We visited saona island yesterday...

Love the hotel and the entertainment team was excellent. They will keep you on your feet dancing. No worries if you do not know how to dance the team will teach you how to dance, step, by step and I no time you will become an expert. Great service all around. The waiters and housekeepers are on point excellent. Will highly recommend the romantic dinner by the sea.
