Alexia (one of the managers) was very friendly and very helpful. Ramon (assistant) was helpful and friendly as well. It was a good place to go with the family and relax for couple of days. We booked this resort last minute as our other travel plans fell through. We couldn’t have asked for a better resort; from the service to the cleanliness, the food and the Oceans 4 golf course, we had a great time. This is a beautiful resort, we are staying at the adults only side and it's got everything you need for a great stay. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the restaurants have been very good so far. Love the hotel and the entertainment team was excellent. They will keep you on your feet dancing. No worries if you do not know how to dance the team will teach you how to dance, step, by step and I no time you will become an expert. Great service all around. The ambient is so relax at Los Altos that it is a joy to stay here. Some of the apartments have a very nice view to To Die Fore golf course. Pool, Gym, open spaces... highly recommended.

This is a family owned hotel, so as soon as you enter the place the staff makes you feel like home. The breakfast is awesome and filling for person. With local fruits and natural juices done at the moment. We love it.
