Wonderful holiday at this hotel. Amazing staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms are beautiful we had a junior suite on the beach which was light and airy plenty of room and cleaned on a daily basis. All inclusive drinks are excellent and food is excellent. Anyone wanting to travel to the D R, I would highly recommend this hotel fro a relaxing chill out

I really loved the place! The food was so good, the entertainment was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Everything was so beautiful and nice. The drinks were delicious, they have some great bartenders too. If you ever go, make sure to go the pool bar and have a chat with Luis, very fun and interesting guy. Overall every worker was nice pleasant to speak with.

We had a really nice stay. The staff is friendly, the food is good and the activities were fun. The room was clean and the grounds well maintained. They are regularly doing upkeep. The water at the beach isn’t clear but it’s nice to swim, sail or kayak in. Good temperature for us and our kids. We feel well rested.

Alexia (one of the managers) was very friendly and very helpful. Ramon (assistant) was helpful and friendly as well. It was a good place to go with the family and relax for couple of days. This is a beautiful resort, we are staying at the adults only side and it's got everything you need for a great stay. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the restaurants have been very good so far. Love the hotel and the entertainment team was excellent. They will keep you on your feet dancing. No worries if you do not know how to dance the team will teach you how to dance, step, by step and I no time you will become an expert. Great service all around. It's an average hotel inside La Estancia Golf Resort. The rooms are wide but there isn't cabinet to putting clothes. The doors are not safety. There is a restaurant inside of it. The nature and location is good.

Not the best area to be able to walk to points of interest. And the area around the hotel is very dirty and right off a main road but inside the property the hotel feels resort like with a garden and pool with a swim up bar. Property was well kept albeit a bit simple, but a good value for the price. Food is ordinary, but ok for a short stay. 10-15 min taxi from the cruise port. Not near the beaches, so if that's your thing, look elsewhere. Also helps to be bilingual .

This property is very good for a one night stay if you are boarding a ship in the nearby port. They have a pool and a restaurant and you don’t need to leave the compound. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a decent spot to stay for a few days and not spend much. Everything is kind of old and some things are in need of repair. The mini-fridge in my room had been unplugged for a while before I got there. The humidity trapped inside of it grew mold. The place can be a bit noisy. I could hear the staff joking and laughing in the hall outside the room and outside the window in my room facing the parking...

Now I stayed here because my vehicle was being repaired and needed a nice inexpensive place to carry me for a few days... the beds were very very comfortable... good cold air conditioning...not a 200.00 a night hotel, but for about 50 to 60 dollars a night..I was ok with it because they even had a breakfast at the price.. walking distance from many mini stores and shops...after 2 nights. The hotel needs a complete restoration. Do not expect a spa, or Jacuzzi. Nothing like a resort. It's only a quiet place to sleep in for a couple of days, and go outside after breakfast. They need to redecorate the place. Very good attention. I was expecting a good breakfast, and had it. I would like the place to be upgraded with kind of decor and the breakfast area to be rebuilt better.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Didn’t get what I ordered but it was just for three nights so I said nothing. 3 stars because it’s very loud the whole time and there is no parking in front of the hotel or directly there.

This is a family owned hotel, so as soon as you enter the place the staff makes you feel like home. The breakfast is awesome and filling for person. With local fruits and natural juices done at the moment. We love it.

The ambient is so relax at Los Altos that it is a joy to stay here. Some of the apartments have a very nice view to To Die Fore golf course. Pool, Gym, open spaces... highly recommended.

Just hosted a week-long retreat at this resort, and it was breathtaking. The location, the food, and the service were all worthy of a 5-star rating. The site is remote so the owner, Simon makes sure his guests arrive smoothly. I never camped before but wanted to try something new. I booked an ocean front tent which is spacious. I was only staying one night, breaking my journey to Punta Cana. Wonderfully quite and awesome view, just be aware that you might find it remote if you don't have a vehicle. Still, what a view! I recommend it just for sleeping. Clean room and bathroom. There is TV but it had no cable signal, although I didn't ask if I had to pay something extra to see it, I don't know. They have an executive cooler in the room and the air conditioning was good.
