Visited as a day guest to use the natural swimming pools. Very well set up and nice to cool off.

For an ecotourism destination, there is no place better than this. The food is awesome and people are nice. Just make sure the bring some good repellent, as the noseeums ate us alive!

We did not stay at the hotel but you can buy a day pass to go into the natural swimming pools for 300 pesos per person (kids are 200 pesos). The water was cold but refreshing since it was very hot out. It is a nice place to escape from the heat.

Positive good hotle for price range, excellent breakfast, friendly staff who served breakfast at 07:30 although breakfast start at 08:00, balcony room with amazing view. Negative some rooms need renovation, breakfast start at 08:00, too late if you plan whale watching at 08:00. out of town center so only book if you have a car.

We had an amazing stay at Figaro in Jan2021. The view is gorgeous for sure but the staff is also super friendly and willing to help! The breakfast is great and the staff team also sets up bbq on the roof for weekend days, which makes the atmosphere even cozier. This property is very nice,, the small refrigerator doesn’t get cold at all,, and ice is very scarce there. I called Room service twice in two nights asked for ice to have for my warm drink, water, or soda and they said that the bar didn’t have ice.. However, the limited food availability and sometimes quality was not great as well as locations for food, having my 82 year old mother coming down every day to olas was a challenge as there was no elevator available to take her down there.
