Great hotel!!! Beautiful and clean rooms, great pool area, delicious food, tasty drinks, friendly bartenders and the reception crew (thank you Daniel from the reception for helping us!) Highly recommended! The hotel also cooperates with a local tour company and we are also very happy about the tours.

What a wonderful experience! Starting with the professional greeting of reception staff who were able to communicate in English if required to, the delightful welcome drink 🥤 ( non alcohol), the smiling positive attitudes of all staff encountered. (The manager: Wellington, actually offered to help me navigate the local bus system) Wow, that is above and beyond expectations!! Every aspect of this hotel, from the immaculate lobby, to the spectacular roof top pools, bar, and restaurant, to the fine dining at the Hacienda restaurant demonstrates excellence! As do the spotless, well designed rooms. The customer service skills displayed by staff demonstrates a sense of pride not often reflected in the service industry. Hats off to Hacienda Samana Bay Hotel and Restaurant!!

The hotel and his roof top bar and restaurant is incredible best location of Samana city. The underground parking garage is another big point ... also the 5 (!) roof top pools. You will love the wonderful view of the sea. This is the all the best, but than you need to hide your disappointment very well: the Mojito is just only a 4-rated one, the bar service is slow and unaltered, the music box plays only 1 song again and again and again and very loud, that you get headache. The meal come late and cool, because they need to bring in open dishes from first to six floor in an elevator. Sorry, they need teach and train the staff again: the high expectations are not met.

The hotel was very clean and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
