Funny…I was reading a review by someone who wanted to rate this place a zero because she felt it was cut into the mountains and the service was horrible…I just completed a four nights stay here and I was in love with the view of the marina & picture of calmness. The staff was the best part of the hotel. They were wonderful, caring and loving. The food was amazing and the Chef sat with us and conversed with us on the roof top bar for some time. He shared a few secrets about his preparation of his menu and tastes. When I read the review and then visited the hotel…all I can think of was Adam Sandler’s SNL skid “If you sad over there,you going to be sad over here!” The place I visited was wonderful and the staff was the best part of it!

Excellent service and security 24 hrs. Gated entry to parking area. Staff was great. Pool is excellent and open until 10:30 pm with poolside bar.

The property location is just incredible, and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel definitely has potential, and with a few tweaks, it could be much better and take the hotel to another level. Changing the white bulb to yellow would create a better atmosphere instead of a clinical feeling. There is a lack of a trash can in the room, a sign that says "do not disturb", an eye in the door for security. In the shower, there is a lack of grout for the ceramic tiles. We were in the room 1309.

Supposed receive a room upgrade, they didn't or they just ignored it. Thumb up for Mr. Rogelio in their restaurant, he corrected all the cook mistake. Watch out their prices. One shot of Hennessey V.S.O.P cost you 1,000 pesos at their rooftop bar🍸.

I went with my husband and the stay was amazing. Very relaxing and comfortable. The room was nice and the property grounds well kept and cozy. The breakfast was amazing. The best part was the attention we received from Jonel, Neil and Frai. Excellent staff! Would definitely return!

It is a nice and quiet place to stay in Samana. On the rooftop, it has a beautiful infinity pools and bar. Also, the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is respectful and friendly. If you have a car, there is plenty parking available. Located by end of the malecon, it offers amazing views of the bay and you can easily walk to different places like restaurants and bars.
