Great hotel! Has private parking. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Rooms were great, with a nice balcony.
There isn’t much in the lobby or any amenities in the hotel.
The restaurant was good.
AnaIng value for money.

What we liked the most - you have 15% discount for a lot of restaurants, and also getting 2 welcome drinks.

This is a very nice hotel near the city center. I stayed there on two separate occasions. There is a new section where the rooms are completely renovated and have balconies, which is very nice. The old section room I was in was not renovated and did not have any windows. Service was great and the location was great so if you spend the night there ask for a room with a balcony. Pictures posted below were from my room with the balcony.

Very nice big clean rooms and bathrooms. Modern and bright.
Food at the the restaurant is amazing! Big portions, delicious and reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet is really good.

I can't believe I haven't written a review on this place before. I have been staying there for many years. This is a great hotel to stay in the downtown area of Santiago. The rooms are very comfortable and well kept. It's very convenient and walkable to several places. Make sure say hello to Pedro as you walk in. He's the best. Reasonable dining accommodation in the hotel and great free breakfast buffet.

My recent stay at Centro Plaza was overall pleasant, despite a few drawbacks. The staff, particularly the bellboy Juan, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.

While the hotel's location on a bustling street contributed to constant external noise, Juan and the rest of the staff ensured that any inconvenience was minimized through their attentiveness and professionalism.

Although the room's soundproofing could be improved to mitigate street noise, Juan's friendly demeanor and helpfulness more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Despite occasional disruptions from street noise and Wi-Fi issues, the hotel's attractive rates and Juan's outstanding service make it a viable option for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

As American tourists both my wife and I were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The rooms and the entire facility are pristine clean, our housekeeper Yanilka Ramos was very professional, fast, and made our room perfect. For us there is no reason to stay anywhere else in Santiago. We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay at Centro Plaza Hodelpa. The hospitality was great, rooms were accommodating as can be.

Pros: great ac, bed felt comfortable, complimentary coffee in room, breakfast as well and upon arrival you enjoy a free drink from a selective few.
You are walking distance from a few common food areas; kfc/pizza hot/ McDonalds/ Helado Bon to name a few. There’s also a small casino but with machines only

Lots of people during the day time, after 6-7pm it starts to die down which is not too bad.

Con: they do lock the fridge if you’re not going to drink any of the beverages (have to ask to unlock the fridge if you need to refrigerate anything).
-I thought this location had a pool because I had seen a review about it but it doesn’t not Hodelpa has a lot of other hotel chains. It has a gym. -It does have one restaurant inside which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner but you are walking distance from other places to eat.
-would’ve loved a deck view, balcony room (not all have)

Overall is a convenient stay, food was good, hospitality was great can’t complain, I would’ve stay again if need be.

Very nice hotel, I would say 4 stars. Personnel are amazing, very helpful and friendly. It's at the old santiago and it's a 4 minute drive to the monument.
