A pleasant place for vacation. Feel always welcome, lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff.

I had a great stay there. I’m not sure if I got any VIP treatment or an upgrade. They didn’t say anything, but maybe they just gave it to me without telling me. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it. Probably the nicest hotel in the city.

A very good hotel with a very good environment. I especially recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The service is very good. There is a ** when you turn right when you go out. I didn't go in, but it looks good. The surrounding is very safe. There is a Friday steak house when you turn left when you go out. The price is expensive, but the taste is good.

I been staying here for a while and I have to say that I'm so happy with the staff specially one cleaning lady. Her name is Yajaira. This woman is just amazing. I only had to leave a note once explaining how I like the bathroom and bed to be and since then it's been just perfect. In the details you can see that Yajaira really cares about the guest of the hotel. Even if she sees me walking in the hallways...

Last weekend I stayed at this hotel and I liked it very much especially its view of the city is beautiful, it is central, incredible attention, it is in the city and its location is perfect. I liked the place very much without a doubt I could return without thinking about it if I have to stay again in the city of Santiago.

All the staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really attentive and always with a smile! You leave your room and the house keeping great you with good morning! We had the most amazing experience.

Great location if you need to stay near by the airport. The room and the pool was good. The breakfast was good I would recommend to add more options.

Only stayed here for one night, super clean, beautiful property, staff is excellent, I got a one hour massage from Sheila, she was awesome. Great massage, super kind and even gave me some instruction on stretches I should be doing to help the tightness in my shoulders. Would definitely recommend booking a massage with her.

The Hodelpa GC is a wonderful hotel, I love coming here! The breakfast buffet and omelet station is delicious. Hodelpa Garden Hotel located on Juan Autopista Highway is very noisy from traffic driving by. My room smelled moldy, the air stale. Furniture is outdated. Wi-Fi wouldn't work. The shower didn't work, maintenance had to fix it after I put my clothes back on. The property was very nice the Cosino was very nice. Walking around felt unsafe and there was nothing to see on that location.

Secure parking, very nice staff, excellent included A la Carte breakfast, low price compared to many other options. Only issue was that in the bathroom the shower cabin was too small for my size and weight.

It was quiet and clean. The ladies at the front desk are not friendly but gentlemen that work after midnight are very friendly and give excellent customer service. The property is outdated and needs upkeep but it’s clean and functional.

The facilities are average. Anyway, foreign hotels can't be compared with domestic ones. I booked an executive room, but I don't know if they arranged an executive room for me. Anyway, it was a very small room.

Great hotel! Has private parking. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, with a nice balcony. There isn’t much in the lobby or any amenities in the hotel. The restaurant was good. AnaIng value for money. What we liked the most - you have 15% discount for a lot of restaurants, and also getting 2 welcome drinks. Recommended.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are small but new, and the amenities are great. The location is near the monument 12 minute walk. Be sure to go to sleep early because the motorcycles and cars beeping their horns will begin promptly at 0430. As well as the motorcycles racing up an empty street with loud pipes. The breakfast is top notch, simply delicious.

The service is pretty good and very welcoming.

This is a very nice hotel near the city center. I stayed there on two separate occasions. There is a new section where the rooms are completely renovated and have balconies, which is very nice. The old section room I was in was not renovated and did not have any windows. Service was great and the location was great so if you spend the night there ask for a room with a balcony. It is clean, tidy and bright, the service of each staff is sincere and comfortable, and the price is affordable. There is a small restaurant on the sixth floor where you can dine at a cheap price. The location is located outside the city center. The traffic noise is a bit loud. It is not suitable for those who need quiet. It is close to the Heroes Monument and can be reached within 10 minutes on foot

Great awesome 👏 l needed to sleep 💤 I usually have difficulties in sleeping outside of my bed but in this hotel I felt at home, clean and quiet the ac was just right. Staff was friendly and attentive

Historic landmark, a bit worn down The hotel is all right. Breakfast only available from 7.30 am, not ideal for a work trip. The ****** is not operating and looks like something out of a 70s horror movie. But the Chinese restaurant next door is great and good value.

Met our expectations for a place to stay close to the monument.

Not much to do around the area and there are rumors of it being in a not so good area of Santiago. I would challenge that claim since I walled all over the place even at dark without feeling any kind of threat. There is a very excellent Chinese restaurant next door which I highly recommend. Very close if you are going to the hospital or clinic for any appointments. Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable

⸻ I stayed for two nights and unfortunately the experience was not good. The beds were dirty, with stains that looked like urine. I took several photos and asked for the sheets to be changed, but the ones I was given were also stained. Honestly, I think they should be discarded, as this is a matter of hygiene and health. The check in process is fast! Just know that this hotel is located in the middle of the city and it feels more like a motel. Parking is very limited. Only 2 spots in front of the property. If those are taken, then u have to do street parking. The room was clean, however I did found female hair everywhere. Some people might not like that. Wifi is decent, it just goes in and out for some reason....

I liked the impression I got when I entered the property. Very intimate and elegante. The only thing I didn't like was the parking.

The place has a very good view, the employees are friendly, I consider that breakfast should have more options since on my visit they only had one option which was mangu and it had already run out and my children do not eat that type of food so they were left without eating, another point is that the room was not very clean and the hot water ran out.

Absolutely enjoyed my time! The service was great. The room was beautiful, very very clean. We even got a tour of the property which had a pool, pool table, a nice scenic walk to see some animals. The view is AMAZING. The cigars were good as well. Sooooooo happy I found this place last minute. And it’s animal friendly !!! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

The best of cotui to spend with the family

It is a very quiet and beautiful place to spend as a family. It has a pool and a beautiful view of the valley, the room did not have air conditioning but it is not needed, the temperature is super nice, a very good Dominican breakfast and an excellent area. Worth it.

its decent. they should market the hotel to the affluent locals in the area not to people that will never come. Have tourist packages ready and breakfast at least for that price. The "hottub" outside is cold. The rooms are beautiful and the views impressive. Dinner is ok, waiters need to listen to the patrons when ordering. I want my steak medium, do not over cook it. Nice cozy little B&B with only 4 rooms. Rooms are a nice size room 2 has a large walk-in closet area with person restroom. Full size beds with clean linen. Cannot speak highly enough of El Emilia! The front desk staff is so kind and accommodating. The rooms are simple but clean and comfy with great ac. The included breakfast is delicious on the open air patio. It's peaceful and quiet, perfect for a few nights en route to your final destination! Very affordable as well!

I stayed here because my dentist is next door. It was a good stay with clean rooms private bathroom and beautiful atmosphere. Continental Breakfast is included or a small fee for American, Domincan or other options. Coffee was always available.

Affordable and convient place to airport however the next morning I woke up my car battery was stolen :-( on the good note, the owner replaced my battery within minutes of discovering.
