Is nice cozy place to stay. I have been using it for almost 10 years so far. No complaints at all.

I stayed at this hotel for about 13 days starting February 14th 2022. I enjoyed every single moment of it. Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi are provided. They cleaned my room everyday and provided me with extra towels, soaps whenever needed. They will also exchange for you up to $500.00 into Dominican pesos. I only visited the restaurant and I was nicely surprised by the ambiance. Loved the wooden ceiling. It's apparently also a cigar aficionados favorite. Food was good and cheap. I waited more than the average but the place was full and I think they supply the hotel and outside orders. Their menu is mostly criollo (local). I'll definitely go back there. No 5 stars because they need More waiters.

Service and food. But a night you can't sleep because downstairs the music and people talking so loud. The owner when he drinks get too loud with his friends.No a great place if want rest.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The surroundings are beautiful and the views are breath-taking. This is a family administered place, so they make you feel like home since day 1. Since it's surrounded by many trees, some bugs are expected but this is not reason for the 4 stars rating. The pool, although very cool, needs some rework. Great hotel! Has private parking. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, with a nice balcony. There isn’t much in the lobby or any amenities in the hotel. The restaurant was good. AnaIng value for money. What we liked the most - you have 15% discount for a lot of restaurants, and also getting 2 welcome drinks. Recommended.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are small but new, and the amenities are great. The location is near the monument 12 minute walk. Be sure to go to sleep early because the motorcycles and cars beeping their horns will begin promptly at 0430. As well as the motorcycles racing up an empty street with loud pipes. The breakfast is top notch, simply delicious.

This is a very nice hotel near the city center. I stayed there on two separate occasions. There is a new section where the rooms are completely renovated and have balconies, which is very nice. The old section room I was in was not renovated and did not have any windows. Service was great and the location was great so if you spend the night there ask for a room with a balcony. Very nice big clean rooms and bathrooms. Modern and bright. Food at the the restaurant is amazing! Big portions, delicious and reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet is really good. As American tourists both my wife and I were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The rooms and the entire facility are pristine clean, our housekeeper Yanilka Ramos was very professional, fast, and made our room perfect. For us there is no reason to stay anywhere else in Santiago. We will be back!

Nice place, has a small casino, night club next door. Great service from all staff. Armed guards at night.

If you choose a hotel instead of a resort... this is the best. Or closeone... good price. Center of santiago city, good parking. Decent service. I will go again.

A budget hotel with an excellent customer service. Private parking is available. The rooms are practical to spend a night or two, outdated but does the job and they are very very cleaned. The breakfast is included and is awesome, lunch and dinner has extra cost and is delicious. The place is quiet and nice. I will visit this place again.

Needs a major renovation. The rooms are small and have a horrible bed. The lighting in the rooms feels like you are in a community hospital. Please renovate soon. The location is great. There are a few places you can walk to that are safe and good food.

Great awesome 👏 l needed to sleep 💤 I usually have difficulties in sleeping outside of my bed but in this hotel I felt at home, clean and quiet the ac was just right. Staff was friendly and attentive

Underground parking is a bit complicated to access

I love it here. Very clean and the staff is very professional and very nice. It is right in front of the monument which is very historic and it is located right in the center of Santiago. I would recommend it to everyone

Hodelpa Garden Hotel located on Juan Autopista Highway is very noisy from traffic driving by. My room smelled moldy, the air stale. Furniture is outdated. Wi-Fi wouldn't work. The shower didn't work, maintenance had to fix it after I put my clothes back on. When I initially went to the room housekeeping was still cleaning the bathroom, then sprayed something on the carpet which didn't smell good to...

We were there to gather for my father’s 90th. and we got exceptional service. They made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. The entire staff is professional and willing to work to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Loved it

The rooms are nice, but it's inconvenient to get a taxi here. Uber can't get a driver. The location is very close to the airport, and the hotel has a car to drop off at the airport. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor gym. There is no kettle in the room, you can get water from the water dispenser in the gym.
