Great hotel! Has private parking. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, with a nice balcony. There isn’t much in the lobby or any amenities in the hotel. The restaurant was good. AnaIng value for money. What we liked the most - you have 15% discount for a lot of restaurants, and also getting 2 welcome drinks. Recommended.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are small but new, and the amenities are great. The location is near the monument 12 minute walk. Be sure to go to sleep early because the motorcycles and cars beeping their horns will begin promptly at 0430. As well as the motorcycles racing up an empty street with loud pipes. The breakfast is top notch, simply delicious.

This is a very nice hotel near the city center. I stayed there on two separate occasions. There is a new section where the rooms are completely renovated and have balconies, which is very nice. The old section room I was in was not renovated and did not have any windows. Service was great and the location was great so if you spend the night there ask for a room with a balcony. Very nice big clean rooms and bathrooms. Modern and bright. Food at the the restaurant is amazing! Big portions, delicious and reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet is really good. My recent stay at Centro Plaza was overall pleasant, despite a few drawbacks. The staff, particularly the bellboy Juan, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. As American tourists both my wife and I were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. The rooms and the entire facility are pristine clean, our housekeeper Yanilka Ramos was very professional, fast, and made our room perfect. For us there is no reason to stay anywhere else in Santiago. We will be back!

A budget hotel with an excellent customer service. Private parking is available. The rooms are practical to spend a night or two, outdated but does the job and they are very very cleaned. The breakfast is included and is awesome, lunch and dinner has extra cost and is delicious. The place is quiet and nice. I will visit this place again.

Needs a major renovation. The rooms are small and have a horrible bed. The lighting in the rooms feels like you are in a community hospital. Please renovate soon. The location is great. There are a few places you can walk to that are safe and good food.

I stayed at this hotel for about 13 days starting February 14th 2022. I enjoyed every single moment of it. Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi are provided. They cleaned my room everyday and provided me with extra towels, soaps whenever needed. They will also exchange for you up to $500.00 into Dominican pesos. I only visited the restaurant and I was nicely surprised by the ambiance. Loved the wooden ceiling. It's apparently also a cigar aficionados favorite. Food was good and cheap. I waited more than the average but the place was full and I think they supply the hotel and outside orders. Their menu is mostly criollo (local). I'll definitely go back there. No 5 stars because they need More waiters.

Service and food. But a night you can't sleep because downstairs the music and people talking so loud. The owner when he drinks get too loud with his friends.No a great place if want rest.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The surroundings are beautiful and the views are breath-taking. This is a family administered place, so they make you feel like home since day 1. Since it's surrounded by many trees, some bugs are expected but this is not reason for the 4 stars rating. The pool, although very cool, needs some rework. The place has WiFi which was a surprise for a place in the mountains...

The hotel is right off the highway so getting in and out is very easy. The rooms are huge and the beds are minimum queen size. The only issue I have is the TV, the TV is super annoying that it’s so frustrating to change channels and even to turn it off I had to completely unplug it. The service is great and room service is until 11pm. There are car parking areas and the pool is of decent size. Bathroom...

we stay at the Hotel for 1 week, the service is amazing. Miguel Angele Lajara offer a excellent service in the breakfast area. the Cleaning lady let the room perfectly fine. The pool area always offer clean towels. Its a family place.

I booked a dozen rooms for a large group. The staff was very accommodating and gave us great service. All the common areas were very nice and well-kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the management was exceptional, especially in arranging airport shuttles for such a large group. I will return in the future.

If you need a decent hotel near the airport this one is good. They do have a nice breakfast and the pool area looked nice. Unfortunately no hot water during my stay and I’m not sure if this was normal or an equipment issue.
