Sosua, Escondido Bay Laguna Beach 🧭 Map
This is literally the most beautiful place you could ever visit. If you get one of the spots right in front of the pool, you can walk to the beach... You could even see the beach from the water. No doubt one of the most beautiful places ever. Definitely recommend
Very good attention a beautiful Hotel in Sosúa in the north of the island, excellent to share with friends and family

Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast and lunch were solid and very good. The lemonade mint ginger drink was phenomenal. Lovely views of the ocean from the restaurants and yoga shala. The cabanas mostly seemed like a 30 second walk to the beach. Gorgeous beach. Note: if you do a day pass, it is required that you pay in cash for the spa and restaurants to take advantage of the discount
Loved the place, the food and the staff. But walking by the beach a person pointed at us with a shot gun literally less than 2 mins away from the hotel and it was very scary and will not do that walk again - something we really enjoyed as it was the path to Encuentro - a surf spot we love - so keep that in mind if you like to walk in nature around the property.
What a great idea to go here, it really was a spontaneous booking to travel up to Cabarate, but here we found relaxation, romance, great places nearby to eat if we didn't want to eat the hotel food, though there's enough to keep you going if you just want to stay put.
Enjoy a massage or exercise if you like. What a treat in a retreat!
Would definitely visit again. Reception has the sweetest lady...
As promised and requested we went and checked out the Natura Cabana Boutique Hotel. A big shout out to the amazing service led by a young man named Nicolas, who also spoke very clear English. This very quiet place is beautifully tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the world we live in today. It post to restaurants both on the water. It lives up to its name being completely natural in its...
Great, rustic place right by the beach in Cabarete.
If you get the Ceviche, just make sure the fish has been sufficiently "cured" by the lemon juice. Had to send mine back to get cooked a little extra. I don't do raw or near-raw fish.
That said, we still all had a great meal and enjoyed our lunch immensely.
Great place for a 'get away from it all vacation' ..lots of yoga meditation and massage available here also good just to visit the fantastic restaurants directly on a semi private beach ... Great food reasonable prices ..

This place it’s amazing and they treat you basically like royalty! Good value and even better amenities! Love the pool (day and night) and you can get your own groceries!!!
This place is cute and conveniently located if you want to explore both Cabarete and Sosua. The apartments have a nice view but pretty basic. The pool is grand and well kept. The vibe was pretty womp though. This place would be great for a family trip or solo work trip. Not really for mingling as it’s more on the quiet. Like the perfect in-between of a residential and a resort.
Overall, a good experience. There is a very beautiful pool with lots of space to swim and quite often if not occupied. My particular condominium have air conditioning in the bedroom but not the living room, so I would suggest getting an apartment with air conditioning in the living room because it does get humid.
We booked apartment #209 on Airbnb, which is owned by Super Host Lionel. The place looked awesome in the pictures, has good amenities and for only $50 per night, seemed like a good choice. The Monte Vista complex is 10 minutes away from the beach, and note that the roads leading to this location are extremely dark at night. The apartment is well-equipped, and perfect for 2. I would highly recommend...
