My second all inclusive hotel on this trip so far so good. We were permitted to check in early. Nice beach and the hotel does not seem to be too busy.

We had a stay there in January of 2020. We ended up upgrading to the Select VIP side on day 2 due to how busy the other side was. Like many reviewers have already pointed out, the front staff are not very attentive nor polite. They will also likely stick you in an unrenovated room, and give you broken remotes (for a TV that has choppy cable), non working telephone, a shower that barely has pressure, and 4 stories high with no elevator. Excellent resort! On the beach and access to rock to jump into the ocean. Food is delicious and unlimited drink all day at the bars. Staff extremely helpful and nice. We gave very short notice about a birthday in our group and they made a personalized cake on the spot!

The staff was amazing. They treated us very well. The food was superb and the view during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was beautiful. The eating area is covered but its open for the ocean breeze to come in. There is a beach accessible from the hotel. The only issue is that Wi-Fi costs $25 to use for seven days. The rooms were well made. The bathtub was tolerable.

New garden is a popular Hotel for Sousa. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Restaurant and swimming pool available here. I recommend this hotel for single men, couples who are open minded. This is definitely not a family structured hotel. If you have kids stay elsewhere.

Soon as I got there the toilet didnt work. It was gurgling back up whatever you had flushed and sometimes didnt flush at all. I complained to the front desk and they went to look and said "yup its flushing slow" and that's it. They didnt switch my room or fix the issue. I stayed one month. I had my original apartment changed. And was moved to an apartment with best ocean view. You can hear the waves. Breakfast was included and was good. I've been in many accomodations, but nothing like this one. The personalized service is the big difference. The infrastructure is first class. Everything is take into consideration for the comfot of the guest.

Lovely ambience, very good food but service was excruciatingly slow. We were told on arrival that there was a problem in the kitchen and that things would be slow but over 90 minutes to get our main course was still very frustrating.

Theu don't let you squeeze any extra people, youd have to get another room but it comes with a full breakfast where you can get an espresso drink, smoothies, yogurt and fruit and hot and delicious food made by their chef. Beautiful grounds in a convenient and secure location. Two pools - one is an infinity pool facing the ocean with a perfect sunset view. You can't beat the private beach - one of the prettiest in the DR.

This is hands down the nicest view of Sosúa Beach that you can have. It literally feels like you can jump in the watery from your room. The Victorian House itself is old and needs some repairs but overall it is a great value with an incredible location and a view that you'll remember forever, even on rainy days it's breathtaking.

The best play to stay in sosua. I have been to sosua for like over 10 times and this place is like a 5 star resorts. It has two infinity pools and a water side and kids pools and playgrounds.
