My friend and I stayed here for a week and we honestly couldn’t stop saying out loud “this place is amazing.” Not only amazing, but absolutely beyond beautiful. I had to stay here last minute after getting off my sailboat home due to an incoming hurricane. As a solo woman! They were available to accommodate! Incredible location, 1 block away from the beach, and 1 block away from the main action of Sosua. Great place to stay. Beautiful swimming pools and so close to the beach with lots of fish we saw while snorkeling. Very secluded and quiet considering how close thee raucous nightlife was. Felt very safe there.

The location and views are second to none! However, my stay could have been a lot better. When you stay at an oceanfront accommodation, you expect to have extra towels. Some things are a little run down in the apt we stayed in like the windows dont seal well and you can hear everything outside. Its ok, but sucks when someone passes by with their car stereo blasting, The microwave was not working, and they were quick to bring us another one. Over all we are happy with our stay.

This place has changed bit since the pandemic and my last visit. As far as the restaurant part mostly before you paid a fee to enter day pass and could order food if you wanted to. Now you pay a deposit and you get credit for food/drinks. The beach and pool were still nice and relaxing. The food we did get was good also. Still work going to for a relaxing day.

The best thing about this location is the beach and the poolside bar. The beach is incredibly clean and the days we were there, we enjoyed every bit of it. Beautifully build and maintained beach front condominium complex

Beautiful grounds in a convenient and secure location. Two pools - one is an infinity pool facing the ocean with a perfect sunset view. You can't beat the private beach - one of the prettiest in the DR.

The room was clean and comfortable but dated. The air conditioner is in the bedroom but was able to cleap the entire apartment cool. The one television was in the living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness because this is the only place I visited in Sosua that did not have an ant problem. It is easy to find and everyone there was very friendly.

Stayed for 5 nights. Place is on a quiet street but near lots of restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean, had what I needed, and the balcony and pool, which was empty when I was there, were nice. I had to find my own bottled water because it wasn't supplied.

Common areas, we feel like staying in a jungle near the sea

Dinner at the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast and lunch were solid and very good. The lemonade mint ginger drink was phenomenal. Lovely views of the ocean from the restaurants and yoga shala. Loved the place, the food and the staff. But walking by the beach a person pointed at us with a shot gun literally less than 2 mins away from the hotel and it was very scary and will not do that walk again - something we really enjoyed as it was the path to Encuentro - a surf spot we love - so keep that in mind if you like to walk in nature around the property.

Great, rustic place right by the beach in Cabarete. If you get the Ceviche, just make sure the fish has been sufficiently "cured" by the lemon juice. Had to send mine back to get cooked a little extra. I don't do raw or near-raw fish. That said, we still all had a great meal and enjoyed our lunch immensely.

The closeness to Kite Beach, with Kite Club Cabarete right next to it was great. Where they were really helpful launching and catching the kites. And Kenneth the portier was really helpful taking our luggage to our room, giving us tips on where to eat and where to buy food for the room. If we had any questions he gladly answered them.

Spent in this hotel 4 months - 3 in apartment and 1 in a room. Great botanic garden, great stuff, safe place, nice pool. Room wasn't extra, but it served, apartment was cool - spacious, 2 teraces. The onli minus is internet - always up and down, when raining mostly network not available... if you come here and would like to work, I suggest Claro internet sim, otherwise it will not work.

Very quiet - a rarirty in DR - hotel. AC and I think the hot water worked. Some places say they have hot water... What makes this hotel stand out is that it is close to the main drag and beautiful gardens around the pool for great effect. You will pay less if you don't make reservations. Most places in the DR charge the gringo rate over the internet.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The people that work here are terrific. The property is very clean and located in a great spot on the beach, and in walking distance of many good restaurants. Very good choice in case you do not want to stay in the hotel. This place has a specific atmosphere, some things are little bit older and they should be repaired but it s really cool place to hang out in the middle of palms, flowers and beautiful garden not far from busy beach and centre of the town. Nicely nestled away from the noise in Cabarete, this great gem of a location is ideal for more relaxed and quieter getaway. Not to say it doesn't get traffic. Also has a restaurant on location and is close to many other options, including a supermarket a 3 minutes walk away. Rooms are clean and well equipped, with the junior suites being my recommendation. Absolutely peaceful. Additionally, the staff are friendly and superior in every way. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, this is the place. The rooms are huge with a kitchenette. Very beautiful, quite lovely flower garden and fruit trees. My wife loves it.

Manager was very kind and super helpful. Pool was beautiful, room was very cute. Super quiet and only a few people on the grounds. For the price given, it was more than enough. We loved it!
