Good hotel but the thing i dont like its too near the russian border

I came to Narva without any accomadation and I found this place closer to night.This hotel is a very nice hotel and I would say one of the most plesent hotel stays that I have ever had within Estonia. Because they have big rooms. Rooms are clean. Had breakfast - one of the nicest cozy setups I have seen. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was super helpful. Felt like I am in my own house. She was so kind. And the receptionist Olga was sooo friendly, polite and helpful. Gave us good tips about the location. I would definitely visit this place. Thank you so much.

Customer support is Terrible, dont speak english and their Estonian is also very Bad. Tried to contact them several times and they dont answer phone.

Cheap as chips and decent for the price but don't believe the hype on the website about soundproofed rooms ;)

In centre of town, near sand beach, near shops, market, restaurants and caffees, bus stop, post office, pharmacy, city goverment - all this in 300 meters or less. 3rd flloor restaurant has an interesting view and it is very good place for parties.

Very clean and tasty Breakfast, very good location (near walkway to beach, Park and shop). Around the quiet forest, you can hear in the distance the sea. Clean air, helpful staff.

The hotel was not as advertised. The rooms were dank, the hallways had a weird old oder to them. The shower was broken although it did it's job. The restaurant was nice although I only has breakfast there.

The worse place in narva or in Estonia. The service was a nightmare. The waiter was a special kind of stupid.
The food, was very disgusting. 9 euros for a piece of fish the size of a thumb and a veggie the size of a baby tomatoe.
Do not come here. You’re better off buying a kebab or shawarma for half the price.
