Noorus Spa Hotel in Narva-Joesuu

Good hotel for the families. Nice Spa and Aquapark. Better to go during the week days to avoid the rush during weekends.
Disappointed by the room that we had, some mold on the roof and bathroom sink was dirty, all look very tired. Food good basic. Location is beautiful just in the first line from the sea, supermarkets are nearby.

We visited the spa centre with the family and were using gift card. First thing to mention, that you would need to use the gift card all in one visit, there is no option to split it and use the money next time for other services (for example massage, procedures and other things). You need to spend everything at the same day, which is very inconvenient.
Another important thing to mention that the parking is NOT free of charge. Anyone who is using Hotel services including logging, restaurant and spa centre need to pay the parking.
Keep this in mind while visiting to avoid extra charges and fees. The cost is pretty high. 3 hours - 7 euro.
Apart from these things overall experience was satisfying, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a two nights family spa holiday in Noorus at the beginning of January 2025. Food: I want to start with most terrible service experience in my life. We have booked a table in a restaurant, but they booked it in a pub. It was no problem for us at all where to eat, we were hungry. But it was just a start of our "good" night. After 1 hour the waitress came and notify us that they are very sorry, but there are no food we ordered and we need to order other food. We tried to amend it, but no luck again and again. Then I just asked to tell us what they have got. But what a surprise. About 10-15min after this conversation we have received the originally ordered soups. After that we have been notified that kids food needs to be amended too. But about 10 min later one of the original meal was on the table. 10-15 min later, the second original kids meal has arrived as well. But kids were expecting already the other food. After some time our meal we have amended to has arrived, but two of the meals were as per request but the third one wasn't. We just took it, because we were waiting for it for so long that could not wait for another hour or so for a new meal. The manager promised a good discount. We haven't received it when I asked to pay. I have mentioned about it and unhappy waitress made 10% discount (but if you do calculate it, it was actually 5% only). I have made a complaint about out bad experience during this evening and instead of apologising the waitress was telling me hundred of excuses. I never had that bad service before. I think in this kind of hotel must be a much better service, than we had. As a result, non of our group have a wish to return to this hotel for a stay, just for a spa visit. Do not recommend this place for lunch /dinner. Rooms :rooms were good. But in our room one of the long high window close to ceiling was without curtains and it was bright all night in a room, which was hard for me personally, but it could work in favour for other people. Other than that rooms were warm, good, comfortable. Spa centre: we had an access to both spa and sliders centre. Kids and adults were happy. Everyone could find something good and relaxing /active for themselves. We really enjoyed spending time in both centers. 100% recommend a spa centre.
