Noorus SPA Hotel

I recently visited a highly anticipated spa in Estonia, expecting a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant service did not meet my expectations. Firstly, our food arrived before the drinks, which disrupted the usual dining flow. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of coordination as both starters and main courses were served simultaneously, leading to a cluttered table. The dessert, regrettably, was overcooked.

When I addressed these issues, the managing staff were dismissive, unfairly suggesting it was the customer's fault, and showed reluctance to engage in a constructive discussion. Also, there was a clear lack of knowledge about their wine selection, which was disappointing.

Comparatively, I've experienced superior service in South Africa, which further highlights my dissatisfaction with this particular restaurant in Estonia. My advice to others would be to consider a more casual dining pub instead, where the service might be more in line with expectations.
