Noorus SPA Hotel

Best place where to stay in east. Are you coming with family or with ur missis. If u are coming with kids this is the place for u. Waterpark, pools, saunas... here u got everything for everybody. 3 different places to eat, bars, exet. You can choose all shorts of rooms. Beach is close on summer time. With kids or with out nice place to stay.

Really nice SPA and waterpark, lots of activities for children, nice and clean room, but the breakfast was not good at all. We wait our dinner in pub almost an hour, dishes were there okay but nothing special. So when eating somewhere else, then it is okay :)

The best place to enjoy holidays, a school break or a weekend with kids! The water park and, well, another water park with saunas, jacuzzis and icy raining showers are simply awesome by Baltic standards. And all of this is included! For those who fancy sea breeze and endless sand beaches this is also the right place to stay.

Nice hotel with aqua park and spa.
Highly recommend: dinner buffet, sunset on the beach, walk on the boardwalk through the forest along the beach.

Breakfast only thing to improve.

Our family holiday for 9 nights, consisting of four adults and two kids, was planned two months in advance. I reserved our accommodations through the official Noorus webpage, selecting a SUPERIOR ROOM (30 m²) and a SUITE (48 m²). Let me begin with some constructive criticism that I believe deserves the management team's attention. Unfortunately, the superior room was not suitable for a family of two adults and two teenagers, boy and girl (10 and 12 years old). The only sleeping option for the teenagers was a small sofa bed. While this may work for younger kids aged 3-6, it’s simply impractical for a teenage girl and boy to share one bed. I brought this concern to the reception desk, and while they offered us two separate rooms, they did not have a connecting door. Like many hotels in Estonia, the accommodations were not particularly family-friendly. Although the furniture in the room was clean, some pieces need to be replaced. In room 404, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, and rooms 404, 405, and 515 suffered from inadequate ventilation in the bathrooms, which was also an issue in the communal corridors. The bathroom floors were extremely slippery, and, unfortunately, our 12-year-old daughter fainted and lost consciousness for a few minutes. The Noorus hotel lacks a medical room and first aid staff, which is common in many European hotels, so the reception team had to call an ambulance. Thankfully, the ambulance arrived promptly. Another major concern I raised with the management was the slippery floors in the sauna area and aqua park, which pose significant safety risks. My mother fell and injured both arms, resulting in severe bruising and swelling. The management’s response was, “Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep the floors completely dry in a water environment, especially when the center is full of visitors. We assume that our guests understand that they are in an injury-risk environment and take precautions themselves.” Furthermore, the aqua park staff did not adequately monitor guest behavior, often spending time on their mobile phones. The management assured us that they would conduct additional training and reinforce policies to ensure staff remain attentive and effective. The Noorus Spa Centre is open to the public, attracting groups from nearby hotels for sports sessions, which can create a crowded environment. One aspect that may be noteworthy is the lack of privacy in the shower rooms. Be prepared to see others in the buff (though there are separate areas for men and women). On a positive note, the water in both aqua centers was warm and comfortable, and the dressing rooms were clean. The best time to visit is in the evening when it’s less crowded, and there are plenty of saunas and jacuzzis—a lovely setting to spend time with kids. Stayed here so far twice as a family with two small children. The children enjoyed the waterpark thoroughly and the adults enjoyed the wellness centre, especially the masseuses. In October the place is relatively quiet and if you are looking for personal space and long walks on almost empty beach, then October is a good time to stay. If you want a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and don't mind having a lot of people around, then summer should be the best time for you to stay in this hotel.

Definitely the place to stay when in east Estonia. Good options for dinner in and around. Spa is awesome. Do try the vip area.

We stayed at Liivarand hotel and visiting Noorus Spa was included. Because of that I can't say much about the Noorus Hotel rooms and staff.
The sauna area has large pools and many saunas, but its starting to show it's age.
The water park area is in better shape and offers a lot of fun for the whole family.
