Totally AMAZING SPA in this hotel. I recommend it 200%! Breakfast is maybe not amazing but totally OK considering this very decent price level of this hotel. I recommend all peopl to visit this hotel and the amazing spa!

However, it's worth noting that during our visit, there was a slight inconvenience in one of the rooms we occupied. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the shower drain. Despite this, the overall experience at Narva Hotell was commendable.
The warm ambiance and exceptional service provided by the staff greatly contributed to our enjoyable stay. The hotel's central location made exploring the area convenient, adding to the overall appeal of the stay.
Despite the minor issue with the room, the memorable dining experience at Shagal and the overall hospitable atmosphere at Narva Hotell certainly make it a destination worth considering for a comfortable stay and delightful culinary journey.

Narva Hotell is a very good hotel, very well located and with welcoming staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The M. Chagall restaurant offers very good cuisine for breakfast and meals in a very pleasant atmosphere.

I love this place a lot. They do their good job. Rooms are always clean and convenient. There is a nice restaurant with so tasty food and cool drinks! Strongly recommended! 😋

Staff were helpful when we arrived far too early, and had to leave hours before breakfast would be served. A great experience.

Hotel it self is very nice inside. There is big parking lot for cars behind hotel. If you arrive at night it could be little scary outside, because 1/2 building was not renovated.

We stopped for breakfast as it was the only option we saw. The coffee tasted like colored water. The porridge was cold. Nothing looked or tasted fresh.

The hotel is conveniently located between the city's bus station and the city centre. Our room was spacious, but rather worn. More modern, renovated rooms are available as well, for a higher rate (recommended). Breakfast was included in our rate and offered everything we wished for - would stay here again!

Very nice 3 star hotel. Most of the staff only speaks Russian but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean and affordable rooms.
