Best spa in Pärnu. It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty. Definitely recommending!

We liked our stay at the hotel!

- It was my birthday during the stay and the hotel staff surprised me with a little gift waiting in the room! That was very kind and attentive!

-Good quality-price ratio. Our package included unlimited access to the Spa, breakfast and room. The room was in a decent condition even though external condition of the hotel may need renovation.

- The Spa was very nice with various saunas and spacious swimming area, including various jacuzzi options.

- The hotel restaurant food (dinner) surprised us positively offering multiple options at reasonable prices.

I also took Spa treatments : classical massage and classical massage with honey. The first one was good. However, the honey massage was a disappointment and overpriced. There is confusing information on their website: honey massage is offered under the massage section rather than body treatment section. In fact, the procedure was just covering the whole body with honey, not massaging the body. I think that should be specified on their website to avoid misleading customers with the massage word.

Probably the best SPA in Parnu.

Visited this place a couple times both with my family and my girlfriend and every time i enjoy my time there.

The rooms are tidy and clean. Depending on the room you either get a balcony or not.

The spa pool area is really nice - Filled with a lot of different saunas that is always a good thing. One thing that i absolutely loved - outer jacuzzi with a sauna next to it so when it is cold you go from sauna to jacuzzi - you get hit by that really nice cold breeze.

Spa - it was great. I took back/neck area massage for 30 min and all 30 minutes felt like I was levitating.

Breakfast was great!

It wasn’t our first time here, so we can compare, and to be honest, I was impressed, because there have clearly been some renovations done, because the rooms look much better. The mattress was nice to sleep on, because it wasn’t too soft.
The restaurant looks really nice and the breakfast was good.
The spa zone is kept very clean and the prices in the spa bar are really good. If you stay in the hotel, you can go to spa how many times you want, so there is no limit.
The parking near the hotel building costs 15€/24h but right across the hotel/near the spa building it’s 5€/24h via EuroPark app. In the reception, they have instructions for foreigners on how to use the app.

We enjoyed times spent in the hotel. The biggest opportunity is unlimited spa time, each day. SPA is a bit “tired”, but still great with large pool, steam sauna, salt sauna, black sauna, 100 degree sauna, joy sauna (for kids with TV&cartoons inside) and two outdoor jacuzzi’s and possibility to visit dead sea pool. Highly recommended place for relaxation. Parking 15 eur per night on the front of the hotel, 10 EUR in 50 meters, secured.

Have been here several times. The hirel is one of the most expensive in Pärnu so you have the right to expect very good quality of the premises, services and the staff.

The hotel is being constsntly renovated snd at the moment it is in good condition. The breakfast is ok. However at the spa they have removed the glasses for drinking the water - which is needed as you are in a spa - to a school type water fountain with quite warm water. Must for sure be very cheap for the hotel but from customer side feels very unhygienic - can understand it in a school but not in a expensive hotel.

Stayed in deluxe twin room, it was quite big and had all the necessities: soap, conditioner, body wash, shower cap, slippers, robes, towels, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee, sugar, honey, mini fridge with water.
Air conditioner saved us from the heat and was easily controlled. Super location next to the beach and walking distance to town centre. Very nice, clean spa with warm water and various saunas.

Little things that I noticed in our room was stains on the carpet, marks on the walls and dirty mirror on the wardrobe door. Hair drier looked cheap in relation to the whole interior but it's not really important.

Great breakfast! Although we found it weird that there was no table service in the restaurant during luch/dinner time and we had to order at the bar.

Very good experience overall, nice location, friendly staff speaking in all spoken languages in region, great breakfast and for all gym people an amazing hotel gym, was a pleasant surprise.
Spa also good. Would say this is one of the best ones I've been in Baltics

Spa was great: large pool, many saunas and Whirlpools. The room was very small, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good with some vegetarian options. Only the vegetarian options were next to meat with shared forks. The staff was very friendly.
