Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

A very pleasant stay! To our surprise we got our room upgraded. The suite was spacious and clean and we slept unbelievable well. The decoratìon inside the hotel is very stylish. The breakfastroom is also spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast much-there was everything we needed. The location is perfect. I believe the summertime is fabulous. You have the sea right in the front of you - breathtaking...

Had a lovely stay.Room was perfect got an upgrade for 20 euros what was worth it.Enjoyed the food in restaurant too.

We traveled in summer and didn’t realize apartments are not in main building and some distance. Included parking was nice and self-catering worked for us. Spa was fine and all worked well

Very good trip. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Also dinner in hotel restaurant was delicious! It's a place where we want to come back again.

Everything was very favourable. Despite the arrival, we were quickly checked in and checked out. We liked everything . Bath complex, igl sauna and ice sauna. Also a great choice of refreshing drinks in the sauna complex.

It is a great spa hotel. We spent wonderful time in various saunas and baths. Breakfasts are of great value: there was choice for every taste.

Very good, nice room, great location, decent breakfast. One thing kind of disappointed: we got a ground floor room facing the stadium, with huge windows and even a small porch (amazing), but there were constantly people walking past our huge windows, peeking in, and we needed to close the curtains every time we needed to change or just not be on display. There's no real need for people to walk there...

Superb location, perfect service, beautiful interior. Pool outside makes it even more enjoyable. Good restaurant/ cafe.

Positives were that everything was simple and clear, room and the neighborhood were nice enough. Walls were a bit thin and breakfast could have had more options. All in all would recommend.

On the 3rd floor there is a great eyelash technician I visit 😉

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel because it is really affordable and in the very center of old town. Offcourse there was loud party just under our window but hey...it was sunday early morning and summertime...so we werent complaining. Wee needed room for sleeping and taking a shower and those things were covered. Sheets were clean towels we got... jeah the furniture was bit tired but room...

Price value solution, navigation wasn't perfect since property doors are in the yard. Enough parking spots and good breakfast.

A beautiful functionalist architecture in the exterior, and a bit outdated postsoviet interior design. An ok budget place to sleep, but don't expect anything special. No hairdryers in the room.

We ended up at a time when the house and the procedures were occupied by the neighboring people. The houses would need updating. The location is very good, within walking distance to both the city center and the beach. The service is friendly.

Nice place, very close to the beach and to the centre of Parnu;, very nice and helpful owner; the house needs some renovation, but in general is fine. The room was clean and quiet facing a little garden; very good breakfast was included in the price. If you are coming to enjoy the beach this is perfect place for you.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was great, it's cooked by the husband of the husband/wife team from Finland who run the place. It is very near the main beach in Pärnu (max 5 minute walk). The property is a villa converted to hotel. The rooms are small, we stayed for 2 weeks and maybe that's a bit too long living in such a small room as we had. But the room itself was no issue...

Wonderful little villa and well accommodated for 4 people in junior suite. There is no luxury, but it was enough for this kind of ordinary Finnish family. Close to the beach and any other nice, quiet location.

Best spa in Pärnu. It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty. Definitely recommending!

Very nice hotel but the only problem is the children. It takes off any SPA experience that could be exist and turn it into an hotel for families.

The Hotel and Spa with great sauna optiins as well as the Restaurant and Breakfast are really fantastic. The only negative we can tell is that we have only booked one night.

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach. An added plus is the parking.

Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

Over-priced dated hotel with lackluster spa. We stayed in a Junior suite in the beginning of July 2024. While the hotel is clean and decenly decorated - considering the age - it was clear the rooms could use a bit of maintenace or renovation. The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

No isolation in between hotel rooms. Next room had drinking party and it felt like we were in same room. We called reception and they send someone to take care of it. Didnt help, same party continued after. Not very relaxing time after spa in bed listening that noise. Too bad, overall premises are quite ok.

We spent 3 nights here. The overall atmosphere is rather sterile and ”hospitally” with long corridors and difficult to find various rooms. Our room seemed a bit dated as well. On the other hand, we had a balcony and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good spot near the beach and old town.

Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark). Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river...

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

View straight to the sea and beach area. Has the only waterpark in the town wich is full during rainy days. Free bus to Kaubamaja and back.

Hotel is on the great location and the rooms are great but the amities that came with the stay made me sad!! Waterpark had a whole second floor closed but we were still charged full price for that visit. The tubes water flow was so weak that people got stuck in them. Also, food that was part of the experience, breakfast and dinners were very cheap looking tasteless and cold! The dinner ended by 7 pm...

Visited during winter for calm romantic stay. Cannot comment on activities near the hotel, because stayed only for a night during a travel. Very nice rooms, clean, specous. Breakfast was very good also. Water park was great. Great hotel to spend a night while trawelling across Estonia.

Nice location in the city centre. Breakfast could start earlier than 7am.

Parking behind the building was a bit of setback, but the rest was fine. Gym was unspectacular but offered what I could make good use of. Breakfast was good and rich enough in choice, room view was great, beds were very good, location central and very handy, it was warm, cozy and pleasant. Staff was helpful and responsive. the location is excellent, and the breakfast is well taken care of. Negative: The spa is very small and overcrowded with children and babies, making it hard to truly relax. The hot tub does not feel hygienic because of this. The superior room was disappointing: the bathroom is very small, with mold in the joints and a shower head covered in limescale and mold, leaking and clearly in need of replacement...

The room was very spacious and super clean. Small TV with mainly Estonian channels. En-suite was compact but functional. Staff members were welcoming and professional - went above and beyond to make the stay of our group very special.

The hotel has a very good location and I want to highlight that the breakfast was excellent. Everything else in the hotel is mediocre. We paid a lot at the Akord restaurant, but drank the worst and most expensive wine, the food was mediocre🙈 There was also a problem situation in the room, which the hotel solved with great difficulty. Lovely spa, but sadly, very poor service. Having arrived there for my birthday weekend, the check-in was rather painful. To make sure the check-in bit would be smooth for everyone, I made sure to pay everything upfront (days before). The receptionist, however, misread the numbers and told us that I had ‘’only’’ paid 147 euros to which I replied that it had in fact been 747 euros. After a few back and...

A bit older SPA, but still very good. Have visited several times. The second (through the first one) steam sauna is the best, when working.

Location is great, stuff is friendly, spa is ok. Rooms: no air condition it means that during the summer time windows have to be opened and mosquitos will be in the room. In family rooms show is close to the door and flour is always slippery. Food: very basic and some times not fresh!

Long story short it's a decent place for the money to spend a night or two BUT I do not recommend! One of the biggest disadvantages of this place is the absence of any airconditioners in the rooms, so we really struggled during the hot weather. No mini fridge, no kettle. There was soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer. No hooks to hang towels whatsoever. Uncomfortable pillows. Room was old but clean...

Nice hotel with a good selection of breakfast, decent gym including spa facility access to Termid which is attached to the hotel. While lobby and floor lounges feel a bit dated, rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable.

Villa Ammende is such a pretty historic property, a short walk into town or to the beach. My room was comfortable and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious. (Look for the wedding gown on the main floor - there's a story behind it.) Wish I could have stayed more than one night!

Stayed here as a feature stay on our Intrepid Tour. A heritage listed, old main building with lots of character but thus with stairs and design features that make an overnight stay a bit more challenging. We were able to get a garden view room not in the main building; but it was then 100 m away across rough cobbles. The floor heating in our bathroom was too hot at 29 C and we could not turn it down...

The hotel is a historical, gorgeous, well-maintained hotel. We had a large room with a roomy sunporch. The bedding was very soft and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining room is a lovely place to fine, as well. The location is wonderful - located in a park with both the beach and the little downtown a very short walk away.

Villa Ammende was a wonderful stop on our trip to Estonian. The art deco hotel is fascinating in design. Our room was terrific, including having our own sauna. The restaurant was another highlight both for dinner and breakfast. All the people working in the hotel were very pleasant helpful and occasionally funny. We hope to stay here again.

The room was located in the garden villa and everything met expectations. Especially the comfortable mattress and pillows that ensured a quality sleep!

Thos hotel is as warm as their workers are. We found out as a coincidence and we stayed during the time that we are going to stay in Pärnu city.
