The hotel has new rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own parking space in the courtyard, which costs 5 EUR. The water and sauna center is a great place to relax for the family.

This is a very odd place - not bad nor good per se. We booked massages, and our only point of reference is therefore this specific service. This hotel seems very hospital-like, and its spa service seems to be catered to people with health issues. There are different "wings" of the hotel, just like in a hospital, and it's a bit of a maze. We loved our stay here. Everything is super clean, smells nice. The spa is also amazing. Breakfast is modest, though it had everything we needed. The hotel also has a playground for kids. The only minus is: our room didn't have an AC, it was hot and one of us could not sleep.

I enjoyed rooftop outside sauna! Snow sauna and salt steam sauna was unique experience. Very nice indoor pool!

Very good, nice room, great location, decent breakfast. One thing kind of disappointed: we got a ground floor room facing the stadium, with huge windows and even a small porch (amazing), but there were constantly people walking past our huge windows, peeking in, and we needed to close the curtains every time we needed to change or just not be on display. Positives were that everything was simple and clear, room and the neighborhood were nice enough. Walls were a bit thin and breakfast could have had more options. All in all would recommend.

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel because it is really affordable and in the very center of old town. Offcourse there was loud party just under our window but hey...it was sunday early morning and summertime...so we werent complaining. Wee needed room for sleeping and taking a shower and those things were covered. Sheets were clean towels we got... jeah the furniture was bit tired but room...

A beautiful functionalist architecture in the exterior, and a bit outdated postsoviet interior design. An ok budget place to sleep, but don't expect anything special. No hairdryers in the room.

We ended up at a time when the house and the procedures were occupied by the neighboring people. The houses would need updating. The location is very good, within walking distance to both the city center and the beach. The service is friendly.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was great, it's cooked by the husband of the husband/wife team from Finland who run the place. It is very near the main beach in Pärnu (max 5 minute walk). The property is a villa converted to hotel. The rooms are small, we stayed for 2 weeks and maybe that's a bit too long living in such a small room as we had. But the room itself was no issue...

Wonderful little villa and well accommodated for 4 people in junior suite. There is no luxury, but it was enough for this kind of ordinary Finnish family. Close to the beach and any other nice, quiet location.

Happend to have a smokers room.. or to they all smell like that, pretty noisy atleast turning summer times when all the car noises are heard insidebut overal nothing speical just a place where to spend a night and move on, breakfast is as usual plenty of choice.

Nice location in the city centre. Breakfast could start earlier than 7am.

Parking behind the building was a bit of setback, but the rest was fine. Gym was unspectacular but offered what I could make good use of. Breakfast was good and rich enough in choice, room view was great, beds were very good, location central and very handy, it was warm, cozy and pleasant. Staff was helpful and responsive. A decent play to stay.

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach. An added plus is the parking.

Over-priced dated hotel with lackluster spa. We stayed in a Junior suite in the beginning of July 2024. While the hotel is clean and decenly decorated - considering the age - it was clear the rooms could use a bit of maintenace or renovation. The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

Best spa in Pärnu. It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty. Definitely recommending!

We loved our stay here. We stayed in the villa, which was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the service impeccable. There’s free parking and it’s a short walk into town of the beach. The building is beautiful and interesting.

Super staff and amazing service, nice and elegant rooms and extra points goes to breakfast. This is really something, where a morning bubble is also offered. You can choose warm breakfast from the menu and my omelet with goat cheese was huge. The art nouveau building and garden around it are amazing.

Villa Ammende is an awesome art deco Villa with exceptional interior. On the night we came they had a fixed three course concert menu which was most delightful. Also, we got an outstanding service. On top we got a personal guided tour to the awesome building and all its beauty. Next time we go to Paernu we plan to stay at the Villa Ammende. We can certainly recommend it Claude

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly. They did not clean our room during the whole stay and we did not have any new towels as well that was a bit weird as we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast buffee was okay and the selection is small, the food did not taste very good.

Went there for a weekend relaxation (name of the package). 2 nights. Impossible to relax, as the beds are bolted to wall and whenever neighbours closed the door (or whatever the f they were doing) the whole bed was shaking. I relax better at home. Services were really good though!

View straight to the sea and beach area. Has the only waterpark in the town wich is full during rainy days. Free bus to Kaubamaja and back.

Hotel is on the great location and the rooms are great but the amities that came with the stay made me sad!! Waterpark had a whole second floor closed but we were still charged full price for that visit. The tubes water flow was so weak that people got stuck in them. Visited during winter for calm romantic stay. Cannot comment on activities near the hotel, because stayed only for a night during a travel. Very nice rooms, clean, specous. Breakfast was very good also. Water park was great. Great hotel to spend a night while trawelling across Estonia.

Nice rooms and awesome spa area. However, it would be great to know in advance about the baby water aerobics (5-7 babies 5-7 months old) twice a day in the main pool. It's not the best for the tranquil & serenity spa relax. At least the schedule of the classes on the reception will work so you are able to plan your stay. The selection of food is not consistent with the one on the website as well....

Don’t just stand there. Get on yer nearest bike and clarinet yourself into this vast Mansion. The rooms are roomy, the lounge is loungey. There’s one lad who I swear is the image of Karl’s Darwin. He sits by the bar drinking Bass. Says he wrote the fairytale ‘Orangina of the Pea Seas’

I haven’t slept this well in a very…. very long time. Room felt newly furnished, curtains were dark against the light outside and the bed and pillows were nothing short of amazing. The water from the tab was very fresh and tasted insanely well (I’m from Tallinn)

I would recommend this hotel and spa for a weekend getaway. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bath robes and towels are provided. The hotel has a very good location and I want to highlight that the breakfast was excellent. Everything else in the hotel is mediocre. We paid a lot at the Akord restaurant, but drank the worst and most expensive wine, the food was mediocre🙈 There was also a problem situation in the room, which the hotel solved with great difficulty. Lovely spa, but sadly, very poor service. Having arrived there for my birthday weekend, the check-in was rather painful. To make sure the check-in bit would be smooth for everyone, I made sure to pay everything upfront (days before). 3 hour silent spa was 33 euros, it comes with a little kit to help you enjoy the full spa experience. I did get a little lost in finding the rooms, so I spend a bit of time walking around looking for the different numbered rooms. Our room was in the old mud bath house and was amazing. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was extensive and we may have had a glass or two of cava with our breakfast. Enjoyed the silent spa so much we did it again on our second day and even managed to have a dip in the Baltic sea

A bit older SPA, but still very good. Have visited several times. The second (through the first one) steam sauna is the best, when working.

Location is great, stuff is friendly, spa is ok. Rooms: no air condition it means that during the summer time windows have to be opened and mosquitos will be in the room. In family rooms show is close to the door and flour is always slippery. Food: very basic and some times not fresh!

Long story short it's a decent place for the money to spend a night or two BUT I do not recommend! One of the biggest disadvantages of this place is the absence of any airconditioners in the rooms, so we really struggled during the hot weather. No mini fridge, no kettle. There was soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer. No hooks to hang towels whatsoever. Uncomfortable pillows. Room was old but clean...

Nice hotel with a good selection of breakfast, decent gym including spa facility access to Termid which is attached to the hotel. While lobby and floor lounges feel a bit dated, rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable.

Thos hotel is as warm as their workers are. We found out as a coincidence and we stayed during the time that we are going to stay in Pärnu city.
