Not so happy about service and room wasnt clean.

Great stay Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

Excellent Hotel Good location next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center. Sauna included in the price.

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

No isolation in between hotel rooms. Next room had drinking party and it felt like we were in same room. We called reception and they send someone to take care of it. Didnt help, same party continued after. Not very relaxing time after spa in bed listening that noise. Too bad, overall premises are quite ok.

We spent 3 nights here. The overall atmosphere is rather sterile and ”hospitally” with long corridors and difficult to find various rooms. Our room seemed a bit dated as well. On the other hand, we had a balcony and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a good spot near the beach and old town.

Good location. We had asked for a children’s bed, but waited all evening for it to arrive. Spa was full on Saturday, breakfast very delicious.

An economy-class hotel with simple and basic rooms. The plus is the spa, which is quite cozy, a bit outdated, but pleasant for relaxation. Tasty breakfasts, though it’s a fairly long walk to the beautiful sandy beach. An added plus is the parking.

Very nice architecture of the interiors -- lobby, restaurant. Good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful location, very green and pleasant, with nice nearby walks to the beach and natural park. The rooms are a little basic but comfortable and OK overall. A nice stay, we would come again.

Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

Over-priced dated hotel with lackluster spa. We stayed in a Junior suite in the beginning of July 2024. While the hotel is clean and decenly decorated - considering the age - it was clear the rooms could use a bit of maintenace or renovation. The two-floor suite was rather inconvenient with the main bedroom and the only shower located in the 2nd floor behind a climb through a spiral staircase. For...

The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

Have been to soo many SPA retreats in Europe. This hotel truly offers an amazing range of saunas (regular ones, hot, mild, aroma, infrared, salt, steam), various pools and also an outside jacuzzi. The rooms are clean and cozy, they provide the bathrubs, too. The breakfast is INSANELY good and broad-range and with prosecco as well. We were here for one of our first dates and came back after our wedding...

In Pärnu this is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The spa is excellent with many saunas, pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, and the location is just a short walk to the beach. On 3rd floor of hotel for day passes for 3 hours sessions closes at 10pm. So clean and all on a chargeable watch. You can get drinks and pay whwn leaving so can leave everything in lockers. Best spa in Pärnu. It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty. Definitely recommending!

Very nice hotel but the only problem is the children. It takes off any SPA experience that could be exist and turn it into an hotel for families.

The Hotel and Spa with great sauna optiins as well as the Restaurant and Breakfast are really fantastic. The only negative we can tell is that we have only booked one night.

There were problems with the electricity, the corks were broken! The sauna is visited by drunk people, which makes the air stink. Visitors with glass containers and alcohol are allowed in the spa area itself.

We've had amazing holidays at the Estonia Medical Spa&Hotel. The rooms were simple, cosy and clean. The food - simple and delicious. But the offer of the spa zone was excellent. Apart from that I ordered a Thai massage and it was superb. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for our amazing holidays!

We really, really liked everything. This is our second trip, and we'll definitely come back again. I would like to have robes in large sizes 3XL-4XL, for larger people.

A hand-held shower would have been highly desirable in the family room we stayed in. I really liked the staff, the kind service.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park The hotel is right on the beach and you can enjoy the water park even after chek out.

Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark). Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river...

Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be. The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

We traveled in summer and didn’t realize apartments are not in main building and some distance. Included parking was nice and self-catering worked for us. Spa was fine and all worked well

Very good trip. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Also dinner in hotel restaurant was delicious! It's a place where we want to come back again.

Everything was very favourable. Despite the arrival, we were quickly checked in and checked out. We liked everything . Bath complex, igl sauna and ice sauna. Also a great choice of refreshing drinks in the sauna complex.

Happend to have a smokers room.. or to they all smell like that, pretty noisy atleast turning summer times when all the car noises are heard insidebut overal nothing speical just a place where to spend a night and move on, breakfast is as usual plenty of choice.

Nice location in the city centre. Breakfast could start earlier than 7am.

Parking behind the building was a bit of setback, but the rest was fine. Gym was unspectacular but offered what I could make good use of. Breakfast was good and rich enough in choice, room view was great, beds were very good, location central and very handy, it was warm, cozy and pleasant. Staff was helpful and responsive. A decent play to stay.

Trip.com , you betrayed us, until now you were always about euro 10 cheaper. This time, I did not even crosscheck with other apps ; and I booked. At the same time afterwards I checked on booking and I paid euro 20 more per night. Lesson learned : never trust anyone, do your homework before buying

Lovely place. Cost 15 euro to park you car so be aware! Aside from that it was a nice clean and presentable hotel. Rooms were spacious and modern. Also located right over the road from a few lively eateries! Handy! Also located right on beach which was ideal!

This was a nice surprise. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but inside and the rooms are so nice! Our standard suite was spacious and very quiet, which we appreciated. The room also had a kettle with tea and a fridge, which is great if you are travelling around. The breakfast options were also great. A very pleasant stay! To our surprise we got our room upgraded. The suite was spacious and clean and we slept unbelievable well. The decoratìon inside the hotel is very stylish. Nice hotel from 1920's. Yes, there are some details that could be updated but I think it gives this place a character. For the small price we paid including breakfast it is definitely a bargain and excellent value for money. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and staff vere very helpful, polite and pleasant. Value-for money. Hotel Victoria is ideal for those on a budget who only need a place to spend the night in Pärnu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also really good and varied. Yet, we struggled with the room as it was very hot and there was only a small fan to keep us cool. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable.

Very cute hotel! The house itself is very beautiful and historic. The location is super but the best part was the service! The roomas are not new, but ours was still cozy. During summer it could get really hot as there is no air-conditioning in rooms.

We visited with a Japanese colleague and we were very welcome and comfortable! I recommend the Hotel Victoria to anyone who seeks comfort and a hotel with character!

the location is excellent, and the breakfast is well taken care of. Negative: The spa is very small and overcrowded with children and babies, making it hard to truly relax. The hot tub does not feel hygienic because of this. The superior room was disappointing: the bathroom is very small, with mold in the joints and a shower head covered in limescale and mold, leaking and clearly in need of replacement...

The room was very spacious and super clean. Small TV with mainly Estonian channels. En-suite was compact but functional. Staff members were welcoming and professional - went above and beyond to make the stay of our group very special.

The experience I had here during my trip from Helsinki - Pärnu along with my family, I would say that there are a lot of good sides about this place, some down sides which could be fixed, and some which would be more difficult to solve. We stayed at the two room apartment. It was really nice just wish the sofa bed in the hall was a bit more comfortable. The place is nice and sauna is great. Very near to the beach and some nice restaurants. The staff is nice and super helpful. My family was sick for the original date of travel and they were kind enough to let me change dates even though it was last min.
