Hotel staff is extremely kind. Many Thanks to Regina on reception and her special treatment to us;) Made our stay so nice! There are beach towels, flip flops, robes, minibar- all included for the guests

Literally everything! Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The building itself is very romantic and has a historical vibe. Also enjoyed amount of interesting art and paintings all over the building

Breakfast is very rich, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely come back

- the walk-in shower of junior suite has no glass pane, so you will end up easily with half bathroom wet. Strangely, the normal room has glass panes all around the shower

The hotel has new rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own parking space in the courtyard, which costs 5 EUR. The water and sauna center is a great place to relax for the family.

This is a very odd place - not bad nor good per se. We booked massages, and our only point of reference is therefore this specific service

Everything is super clean, smells nice. Breakfast is modest, though it had everything we needed. The hotel also has a playground for kids

The only minus is: our room didn't have an AC, it was hot and one of us could not sleep

Additionally, there are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining out a convenient and enjoyable experience

Superb location, perfect service, beautiful interior. Pool outside makes it even more enjoyable. Good restaurant/ cafe.

One thing kind of disappointed: we got a ground floor room facing the stadium, with huge windows and even a small porch (amazing), but there were constantly people walking past our huge windows, peeking in, and we needed to close the curtains every time we needed to change or just not be on display

There's no real need for people to walk there, and just adding a divider/fence between the house and the stadium fence would stop this foot traffic and add privacy for the people in this room

Positives were that everything was simple and clear, room and the neighborhood were nice enough. Walls were a bit thin and breakfast could have had more options. All in all would recommend.

Wee needed room for sleeping and taking a shower and those things were covered. Sheets were clean towels we got. jeah the furniture was bit tired but room was clean and smelled fresh

On the 3rd floor there is a great eyelash technician I visit 😉

I cannot say anything bad about this hotel because it is really affordable and in the very center of old town. Offcourse there was loud party just under our window but hey. it was sunday early morning and summertime

There could be more water, perhaps a water area 🤗

Very good and cozy. I've been here many times and will come back again and again. Pleasant, skinny, yet everything you need is there. The dishes are very tasty, the buffet is eaten.

We ended up at a time when the house and the procedures were occupied by the neighboring people. The houses would need updating. The location is very good, within walking distance to both the city center and the beach

Simple new small spa and good food in restaurant

Very nice architecture of the interiors -- lobby, restaurant. Very beautiful location, very green and pleasant, with nice nearby walks to the beach and natural park

Oh, and in the first floor toilet (in the room) the towel dryer is placed so that wet swimwear will be dripping on you while taking a dump

The rooms are a little basic but comfortable and OK overall. A nice stay, we would come again

Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

So, summer mornings will wake you up, unless you're used to sleep in daylight. We come from Finland, so we are very used to "white nights" or nightless nights, and it still bothers us when you can't shut the windows

Bolt, app recommended) will take you to town with only 3-4€. Finally, I must say that the pricing of 500+ € for two nights in that room and hotel were too much. Even if it is high season, I would not pay that money again

Spa area offers a lot of pools and saunas plus Dead Sea pool. Spa area can be accessed from outside as well and you don't have to book hotel if you just want to visit spa. Perfect place for a few days off

It offers variety of pools and saunas, each with different temperatures and atmospheres to suit everyone. Spa and rooms are clean, well-maintained. Breakfast has wide selections and is very tasty

We liked our stay at the hotel! - It was my birthday during the stay and the hotel staff surprised me with a little gift waiting in the room! That was very kind and attentive! -Good quality-price ratio

Improvements that could be made: - Rooms are fitted with a cold atmosphere, could do with some more love, looks quite sterile - Sink in rooms is way to small, water splurges everywhere - Some fresh air in the spa area, while its nice to have a warm spa area, it could do with some fresh air now and then

Our package included unlimited access to the Spa, breakfast and room. The room was in a decent condition even though external condition of the hotel may need renovation

Spa was great: large pool, many saunas and Whirlpools. The room was very small, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was good with some vegetarian options. Only the vegetarian options were next to meat with shared forks

Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool

We (2 adults, 3 kids) got two rooms, breakfast and pool access for €50 pp per night. Dinner in the Kuu restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast is pretty good

They did not clean our room during the whole stay and we did not have any new towels as well that was a bit weird as we stayed 2 nights

Different saunas: infrared, Turkish, aroma, steam, salt sauna. Delicious evening and breakfast. Close to both the beach and the city center

Don’t bother with the lunch buffet - there are better options in town. Very spacious and not crowded. All in all - highly recommend for a family stay - located near both the wonderful strand and charming town centre

Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options)

We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark)

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

Visited during winter for calm romantic stay. Cannot comment on activities near the hotel, because stayed only for a night during a travel. Very nice rooms, clean, specous

We really enjoyed our one night stay here. But we got to enjoy 2 days of water park as they allow you to use the water park up to 3 hours after the check out

We settled in, and immediately headed to their spa, which consists of a big swimming pool, two saunas and a steam room

I would recommend this hotel and spa for a weekend getaway. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bath robes and towels are provided

Pool, hot tub, saunas (only 2) could be enough if you just want to chill for a couple of hours. The food at the restaurant was tasty. What was disappointing for me were the spa massages. I took a head and feet massage

Nice rooms and awesome spa area. However, it would be great to know in advance about the baby water aerobics (5-7 babies 5-7 months old) twice a day in the main pool

Get on yer nearest bike and clarinet yourself into this vast Mansion. The rooms are roomy, the lounge is loungey. There’s one lad who I swear is the image of Karl’s Darwin. He sits by the bar drinking Bass

But we realised that it is actually a one bedroom with a living room that has a sofa-bed. The apartment was clean, and it had a well-equipped kitchen with an induction for cooking (but no microwave)

In my opinion this is a pretty good hotel. at least the location is the best. if You pay for a sea view check that your room number is less than 312( 311, 310 etc) , 212. otherwise you will have a “ tree view “

I guess that winter-spring time it “ doesn’t work “. Because the trees don’t have any leaves. and probably you will have a sea view. On the pic you can see the view from the number 312 room

was very surprised by the internet check-in option. you can open the door of your room by your phone. Without any contact with a check in desk

Lovely spa, but sadly, very poor service. Having arrived there for my birthday weekend, the check-in was rather painful

To make sure the check-in bit would be smooth for everyone, I made sure to pay everything upfront (days before)

The spa area is also mediocre, nothing special

There's water massage, there are various types of saunas, a warm swimming pool. My favourite was sault sauna, where you scrub yourself with sea salt in the sauna and then take an extra hot bath

Sunday evening was such a great time to visit spa as it was empty and no rush for pools

Essential but nice and clean, in a perfect position to visit Pärnu. The SPA is quite complete, with all sorts of water pools and saunas. Plenty of beauty and health treatments, even medical.

There was soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer. No hooks to hang towels whatsoever. Spa was OK, although I wish the water was warmer. Lots of beauty and health procedures, didn't give a try

Only thing missing was a hairdryer in our room, just because I forgot to bring my own. Everything else was top notch. Nice and friendly hotel staff.

Nice hotel with a good selection of breakfast, decent gym including spa facility access to Termid which is attached to the hotel. While lobby and floor lounges feel a bit dated, rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable

Thos hotel is as warm as their workers are. We found out as a coincidence and we stayed during the time that we are going to stay in Pärnu city.

Good place, parking spot just beside the corner. Bathroom has a strong smell of mold, very poor breakfast. All in all not bad with some quirks which someone may find too disappointing.

Rooms are bit tired, but the staff and the breakfast were great.

Fancy and squeaky clean apartments. Smack dab in the middle of Pärnu downtown. Watching Eurovision and listening to the locals scream-fight on the street was hilarious. The breakfast, oh my god, words fail me.

Also washing machine in bathroom, our case useful- as at least my small kids manage to get dirty everywhere. Breakfast also very good quality

Luxury accommodation with very cosy atmosphere and excellent service. Good place to be if you want to spend some quality time. On site restaurant is one of the best in Pärnu.

We stayed with kids at family suite- rooms are very clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped if you want to cook yourself

Would definitely recommend to stay here when in Pärnu. Breakfast for 15€ per person per night is definitely too much for what's on offer, this is why we only give four stars

We would have breakfast in one of the lovely coffees next door next time

One staff member was yelling at someone as we arrived. In the evening, a lady staff member claimed we do not need internet in our room. A different lady in the morning demanded that we explain why would we need internet

Nice place to stay. Good location. You can reach either the center and walk around or the beach. We had a delicious breakfast. Very polite personel. Rooms are clean and cozy. Recomended to take a room there.
