Already passed 7 days in Fantazia with Bravo tour operetor.
We are a Family, 2 child 9 & 7 ages - first time for us in a resort.
Fantazia is fantastic. Food very very good...as you know, we are italians so for us is very important this point. Structure are amazing, beach with very good coral reef, yiou have to go near red buoy.. bar service all the day, new water park amazing... rooms in front of the sea.. only point bring to light: air condition in pur room wasn't work well...it was leaking water. Room service are very quick but they can not resolve problem. Anyway, we still slept well! We suggest Fantazia Resort!!!

This place offers excellent value for money, and the staff is extremely friendly. We stayed in the deluxe area and really enjoyed our time. The meals were generally very good, though the spices may not suit everyone’s taste, particularly European visitors. The grill area features something new to try each day, which keeps the dining experience interesting. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was fresh and tasty. The territory was very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.
The animation team organized a really fun and interesting program every day — it was never boring! The staff were incredibly polite and always ready to help with a smile.
And most importantly, the nature around the hotel was breathtaking. Beautiful views, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings made this place truly special.
Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Disappointing stay at Fantazia Resort (June 2025)
Our experience at Fantazia Resort was very disappointing. Breakfasts were repetitive and tasteless, with stale pastries. Only dinners were decent. The beach has just one small sandy entry, so everyone crowds there, and swimming is uncomfortable.
The hotel caters almost exclusively to Italians. Entertainment is only in Italian, with no English spoken — even children can’t participate. Non-Italians are clearly not a priority.
Reception staff was rude, with one manager even threatening us with the police. Only after contacting the general manager did we receive an apology.
We do not recommend this hotel to families or non-Italian guests. Poor service, bad attitude, and zero inclusivity.

Overall, a good hotel with a few serious drawbacks.
The general experience was positive — we enjoyed the sun, the sea, and the tasty food. However, food hygiene is questionable at times, and you never quite know where the next bout of stomach trouble might come from. One issue that stood out was the plastic glasses used at the bar — they didn’t seem very clean.
Room service was excellent: polite, responsive, and always ready to help. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and professional, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the Receptionist ( He seems to be in charge at the reception ) was a major downside. He had an exaggerated sense of self-importance and was consistently rude and unpleasant. Our interaction with him seriously affected our vacation. From the moment we refused to pay an extra 100 euros for a so-called “super promotion” — which meant moving to a shared deluxe apartment for four people instead of keeping our two separate standard rooms — his attitude toward us changed drastically. After that, he was openly hostile and unhelpful.
Another issue: rooms on the ground floor had large cockroaches in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Again, aside from the receptionist and hygiene concerns, the rest of the staff and the experience were lovely.

My daughter and I were completely satisfied with the doctors, they treated us very kindly, explained everything in detail what they were going to do, informed us about every next step they were going to take, we recommend them, we are 100% satisfied

I had an accident, I cut my leg on the reef, thanks to the quick reaction of the Doctor from the Fantazja Abanoub Clinic, a very versatile person who was able to anaesthetize, sew, administer very good medicines and change dressings for several days and even after returning to Poland he contacts the patient and directs the treatment, which cannot be said about the care in Poland, he is still involved, in my opinion he is a doctor by vocation, thank you very much once again. We recently stayed at Sirena Hotel in Marsa Alam (possible upgrade from Fantazia Resort), and while the overall experience was mixed, one person truly made our trip memorable – Esmail, the bartender at the beachside bar, just below the Sirena restaurant. Unfortunately, most of the staff were rather unfriendly, sometimes even arrogant unless you tipped them – something we’ve never experienced in a 5-star hotel before. However, Esmail was a shining exception! He was incredibly kind, always smiling, full of positive energy, and treated us with genuine friendliness. Because of him, we spent every evening at this bar, as it was the only place where we truly felt welcomed. For his outstanding service, we award Esmail the title of Best Employee of the Hotel! Thank you, Esmail, for making our stay so much more enjoyable. Andrea & the Slovak family :)

Nice resort with a nice beach. The lagoon prevents the usual distance differences between tides, makes it ideal for little swimmers and snorkeling, and the food is super excellent. However, not the local alcoholic drinks I couldn't drink except the Beer is OK.
