Jaz Crystal, Almaza Bay

We booked Jaz Crystal for our honeymoon and stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The beach was absolutely beautiful, golden sand and crystal clear sea. The staff at the hotel is super pleasant and there to help you with whatever you need. I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to Mr Saed, a cleaning gentleman from the ground floor, who made sure our room was always replenished, neat and tidy. He always greeted us with a smile and was so pleasant to talk to. We would also like to thank Mr Islam, from the Waves restaurant, who took really good care of us and was always there to assist. We will definitely come back again. Thank you Jaz team, you were amazing 🤩😍

I recently stayed at Jaz Crystal and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Ali Taha, the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, Ali was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. He provided great recommendations and was always ready to assist with any inquiries. The hotel itself was lovely, but Ali's exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have the pleasure of being helped by Ali.

Simply a magnificent stay, special thanks to Doha (from Guest relations) who made it extra special for us with her helpful attitude, friendly smile and evident dedication to customer satisfaction, we always felt welcome and at ease. Would like to thank all the staff for their warm hospitality and service. Definitely will do it again.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, I went here for a week during september, which is perfect and I would highly recommend it. The weather was great, temperature around Mediterranean coastal is absolutely amazing, I did not feel hot during the day, sea was extremely warm and pleasant, I can’t remember when have I stayed in the water for longer than here. As for hotel, this is resort made for young couples, calm, friendly and with good vibes. Awesome food, friendly personnel, nice rooms, clean pools, nice gardens, clean beach with white sand, turquoise water clean as in Caribbean. Recommend it, 10/10.

Our stay at Jazz Crystal was exceptional, and a large part of that was thanks to the outstanding service provided by Doha Mohamed at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Doha’s warm smile and helpful attitude made us feel welcome and at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering excellent advice on local places and activities that truly enhanced our trip. Whether it was solving a minor issue or simply greeting us with a friendly smile, Doha’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Jazz Crystal is fortunate to have such a remarkable individual on their team. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for another wonderful stay!

A beautiful place, has a lot of charm and character. Service is not great and the prices are a little unrealistic!
If you want to just use the huts on the Beach, you have to pay more than 100 Euro/day 😎 A small bottle of local Beer in the room is for 13 Euro 🍺 A, not so good, burger sandwich is for 19 Euro 🍔
Nevertheless, we had a great time 🙂
